The room was adequate in size, and was cleaned daily. Being at the back of the property I had no interruptions.

Very small room for a couple with a young kid, even we have asked in advance for a crib, we got a very small room. We even paid for 50 euro for early checkin and 73 euro for the parking, still we got a tiny room when we arrived at noon at hotel. The receptionists came to tell us that we can have a crib but we will have no space to walk in the room so we said it’s ok not to have a crib. Then, no additional towels available even we asked the reception in the afternoon of Friday, until we came back from diner around 1am the next morning, no towel at room. We had to use our clothes after shower to dry up. Why we had to ask for additional towels? Because the toilet had a problem and the water flushed out on the bathroom floor, so we had to use all the towels to absorb the water.

There was no plug in the bathroom sink. The power socket cube on the desk did not work at all. There was no hot water for drinks available in the room. There was a charge for left luggage.

Regarding the defective power strip, the issue has been reported to our technical team so that it can be resolved as soon as possible. For hot beverages, please note that a self-service machine is available 24/7 in the breakfast area (accessible from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM). Concerning the luggage storage, this service is subject to a fee. However, it is complimentary for guests who are members of the Accor loyalty program starting from Gold status.
