Poorly Managed Hotel

Several examples (1) on arrival I was given a room that on entering was under maintenance with the engineer still in the shower who asked me to contact reception and find another room; (2) the towels were so small and thin yet these wet towels were not changed by cleaning team, (2) on my 2nd day the was switched off for the full day and not switched back on until 18h, yet there was no notice to all rooms with letter to each room, email message or posted notice in the elevator. Hotel management is a complete mess ! The one good thing I would compliment is the breakfast. Very good.

The hotel was very near to the metro and bus stations. The rooms were too cramped and not clean. The air conditioner was not working and the management was rude and un-professional.

The hotel does the job if you don’t have high expectations. Rooms are very basic. But it’s clean and comfortable enough for transit stay. It has A/C for summer times. I found it a bit far from the metro. The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is okay.
