The hotel was very nice . The rooms were very nice and the staff at reception were very polite and helpful. The hotel was very well located and close to all amenities. One small criticism was that there was no safe box in the room.

The hotel had good transport links for what we needed to do. There was a bus stop minutes away as well as other bus stops and a train station within walking distance. Gluten free breakfast was available upon request on the morning but there were a couple of times where this got a bit lost in translation. The breakfast staff ended up having to ask the reception staff to translate and this was sorted quickly.

Strange request to show my bank card which I used to pay for the room, and without this they refused to give me a key. The receptionist was irritating and demanded to show my bank card, although I paid for the room on the day of arrival and gave my passport. I was from the road, tired wanted in the room, with a child, but the key was not given to me, I showed the payment in the banking application, but on this they said not that. While I found the card, and it was only virtual, they made me nervous. It was the first time I was met like this in the ALL network. ONLY THIS guy, he didn't have a badge so I don't know the name. The rest of the staff was friendly.
