So, the location of the hotel was excellent, easily walkable to the heart of the city, but with lots of excellent places nearby to eat and drink in. The Staff were an absolute delight, very helpful and friendly, especially Floran who was there when we checked in. The rooms are slightly basic, and on the small side ( you expect that in Paris). The breakfast, as ever was excellent. The only negative thing was that the hotel has no licence, so you cannot get any alcoholic drinks, and a beer would have been most welcome when we arrived!

Comfortable hotel located near Gare de Lyon and Bastille, exactly what we were looking for. Room was small but comfortable and had everything needed. Breakfast was good. Definitely recommend this hotel.

My family stayed for 3 nights. We arrived at approximately 10am and while we were unable to check in immediately we left our bags to explore. We are Accor Gold members and we booked 2 rooms with a 50% discount rate. The staff member confirmed that they had upgraded one of the rooms to double bed. We were also encouraged to have a free hot drink before we left for the day to warm up as it had just started to snow. All the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English or were very patient with our terrible French. When we came back to check in we were given rooms at the end of the hallway that had the hallway in between but enclosed by another door to create a suite of rooms. This meant we could leave the bedroom doors open into the hallway as the hallway was only accessible by us. It was a great set up for a family. The rooms themselves were small but quaint. The view, especially from the front room over the Parisian street was stunning, especially once the snow started to stick. Both rooms also had reverse cycle heating/cooling so the temperature was adjustable. It also had heated towel racks so we were able to do a little bit of hand washing. Both rooms were very comfortable. Far exceeding expectations of an Ibis Styles. We had breakfast included, while being a continental breakfast includes boiled eggs and cold cuts, yoghurt etc so there is more than enough protein. There is also free hot drinks and filtered water available throughout the day. The only negative is the paper cups. However when we got our welcome drinks (4 vouchers provided instead of only 2, that some hotels give) they gave us glass that we kept in the room. The location is perfect, close RER and Gare de Lyon but without the issue of being too touristy. We would definitely stay again!

The staff were brilliant. So helpful and friendly. Good location, breakfast is lovely and the access to the coffee machines and water tap in the kitchen all day is a real bonus. We had hot chocolate before bed after a long day and it was perfect.
