Beautiful spot, large room with nice balcony area. Major downside - bathroom was extremely dirty. Shower floor covered in body lotion/conditioner?? Hair throughout the bathroom everywhere. Unknown marks and chunks of ?? all over the shower walls. Clumps of hair throughout the room. Stains on sheets in main bedroom. Broken curtain in main room - light beams in. Very disappointing! We thought we had found our new place to stay for the Sunshine Coast as so convenient, but very disappointed.

Room was clean and tidy ,but the bathroom ,there is a problem with the shower area drain ,back flow happens after only few seconds of turning on water.

They didn't check whether I can use my gold ALL membership benefits (late check out). The attitude and the way she was talking when I asked about late checkout was unpleasant experience in general. The room was full of disgusting smell and asked for the clean because there was no extra room that they can swap us over. The staff was providing clean instead but it didn't happen at all.

We were a little disappointed with our stay as our phone in the room was not working and there was no information around room service. I would have love to order room service for breakfast but there was no menu in our room and the phone didn’t work.
