Nice 3 story hotel, large well appointed rooms. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Fast WiFi, large tv's with foxtel, Netflix, good location , shame there is no pool but probably not the market they are after. Would definitely return. Easy parking available.

Imagine my surprise on receiving a parking fine whilst having lunch at Wildflower. I have stayed at Accor hotels before and had lunch at Kawana Waters several times before Covid reared its ugly head. My friend and I are of the older generation and were not looking for terms of parking nor were we reminded by any of the staff that we had to register our vehicle. The fine has now been cancelled but still has a $30.00 "booking fee" Guess who won't be back.

Very clean, comfortable room. Dinner in Restaurant was great. Food delicious and staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast good and good variety to choose from. Only negative someone had set the alarm for midnight and I had to unplug but minor issue

On my first night in your restaurant I asked waitress for chips and gravy for my grandson but was told that the kitchen did not have gravy - very disappointing. My daughter in law ordered chicken curry - this was served as a vegetable curry with a crumbed chicken on top - this is NOT A CHICKEN CURRY. I also rang for room service the following day because I was quite unwell and asked for toast and Vegemite, this was about 8pm. The young girl needed to go and ask her supervisor if this was possible even though I told her I had been sick. It eventually came but was bread and Vegemite. Staff were young and definitely inexperienced which was so disappointing and left me with a feeling of annoyance. Will not be back.

I have basic needs when travelling for business. A comfortable bed, hot shower, a reasonable expectation that everything works (phone, air conditioning) and if a food service is available, the food is at a basic level of quality and a reasonable selection on the menu at a reasonable price. I also expect that the standard of cleanliness is impeccable especially at these times. My experience at this hotel has been disappointing: Phone not working - let the staff know, not fixed. Had to contact staff on my cell. Bathroom filthy. Bathrobes from previous guests obviously not washed. The bathroom tiles show definite signs of built up grim and dust. Airconditioning - heat or cool is regulated by reception. Food service was appalling and expensive. No evidence that there was any focus on pandemic cleaning and mitigation to reduce risks to guests. This is my second visit to this hotel booked through work. I requested and was promised a room with a balcony, but this did not happen - I actually don't think that there are any rooms with a balcony available. I was also told that the administration details I provided on my first visit would be saved so that I didn't need to redo the registration form on my next and subsequent visits - this did not happen. People travelling for business have basic needs. My stay at this hotel unfortunately does not meet this basic standard.
