Stayed in a studio with a queen bed. The bathroom window was see-through that I could see my friend getting undressed, but the hotel team did a great job of putting a sheet over it. Absolutely amazing swimming pool with long opening hours and heated pool as well. Would love to stay here again. +free parking

I have stayed at the venue several times and it has been very good but this is the first time I have complained because the room that I was put into was subpar.

We regret that the room allocated was not up to the standard you have experienced with us previously. Please know that our team did thoroughly review upgrade options at the time of your stay, but unfortunately, we were fully booked and unable to provide an alternative. The room you stayed in is the only one of that particular category in our inventory (hotel room), so unfortunately this limited our option to offer you better. Our hotel room do not offer a sink or a kitchenette, it is indeed a standard Hotel Room which is stated in our website. We will share your feedback with our housekeeping team and the apartment owner to ensure improvements are made.
