Great room and facilities. We really enjoyed soaking in the hot tub at the end of a big day out and about. We also really enjoyed the location, which was halfway between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba. I only wished for free Wifi.

we stayed in a studio unit which faced the ocean so the view of the blood moon rising over the Friday night was brilliant. Unit was pleasantly decorated though for comfort sake it would have been to much better have 2 armchairs or 2 seater settee rather than the one armchair we had so both of us could sit and watch TV rather than one in the chair and the other either on the bed or the very hard dining chair.

Service excellent. Very tired accommodation needing a clean at the very least but a major upgrade and freshening of the room is required.

Handy location however dated rooms for a four star

At the time of booking location and comfort was a priority.!upon arrival roofing works was happening which was never disclosed on booking which block some views from the room. Decor in room was old and dated and miss matched not to mention the outdated room itself. When asked for fresh towels as booking was five nights they wanted to charge additional. There was no room cleaning provided over the stay. COVID has been an ongoing excuse for many businesses not to offer what was once the expected such as room service/ linen changes etc. This resort had a nice pool area for those who do not like to swim at the beach. Close to restaurants but no way should be classed as a four star anymore very tired.

Short break for myself, my daughter and 3 friends. Comfortable room 229. Well accommodated. Good parking, Good value, Great location love the icecream shop and Japanese restaurant on the door step. Road works outside and maintenance work on the complex were a bit off putting but were not noisy. amazing pool highlight of the stay. Room needed some maintenance. Rusty panel in bathroom and damage to door badly repaired. Would not have expected this to be left unattended at this level of resort. Also off-putting seeing all the privately owned and lived in apartments with untidy belongings on the decks overlooking the pool. Sofa bed needed a clean - used mask and crumbs inside the sofa bed. The girls pulled it out to lay on to watch a movie but was too dirty. Also very unexpected at this levle of resort.

We stayed for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. We got the room on first floor and there was some renovation going on in front of our balcony. The room was quite small and old. We were traveling with a 13months old and he triped quite a bit at the sliding door between bedroom and living room. Overall, we were enjoyed our stay but hopefully next time we might book a 2bedrooms.

Great location of the building but had asked to be on a higher floor. The noise from the pool day and night was too much.

Over two phone calls, I had specifically asked for us to be put on the highest floor possible. This did not happen. The last two years, our family had rooms on floor 4, which were quiet and well presented. This year, we were put at the bottom, in the corner and by day we had the noise of kids in the pool and noisy air condtioners. At night, the pool was full of noisy, drunk adults who did not respect the 9pm curfew for the pool. The last two years, our rooms were lovely and clean. Equipment was in good repair. This year, on level 2, I had to start cleaning as soon as I walked through the door. Next year, if my husband’s work chooses Alexandra Break Free for its weekend away, my husband will be coming on his own and not have an extra night.

Loud noisey blower next door & mould

On the Friday night a loud blower was running in the room next door and kept me awake most of the night. There was lots of mould in the bathroom it wasn’t cleaned properly before we arrived.

Problem Noise

We were very disappointed with the amount of noise caused by some children in the pool. Pool hours 7am to 9pm so was nearly continual. If looking for a quiet relaxing holiday this is not the place.

Friendly lady at reception. The apartment was Overpriced, outdated and worn out. Linen was clean. The rest of the apartment needed a good cleaning, mould, dirt, hair and oil on cupboards, splash backs, kick boards to name a few. For $320 per night we have stayed in better, cleaner
