First stay at the property and impressed overall. Location is great right on the Esplanade opposite the Surf Club with great public transport connections at the door. Booked a studio and did not receive any upgrade for Platinum status but I know that the resort was fully booked but it would be nice to know if the resort would otherwise normally upgrade as per Accor policy. Nevertheless the studio room is extremely well-appointed. How they fit so many amenities into the space I do not know. And it was immaculate - really appeared to be very recently refurbished. Have booked another stay.

Very disappointing

We were given Apartment 213 in the Bondi section. Very run down, outdated, dark and dingy room. Definitely not value for money. The outdoor facilities were great. Good location and very friendly staff. Will never stay there again purely because of the state of the room.
