We really loved our stay at BreakFree Alexandra Beach. The location and facilities are fantastic, and the whole vibe of the resort is exactly what we look for. The staff here honestly deserve special mention — every single person we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Our unit was spotless, comfortable (great bed), and had everything we needed and more. It is showing its age a bit, but it was clean and completely functional, so that didn’t bother us. The only challenge we had was with the full-time residents below us, who were quite rude and smoked constantly, which unfortunately made using our balcony impossible. That part was really disappointing, but the staff bent over backwards to help and handled the whole thing with so much professionalism and care. Their response really stood out and made a big difference. Overall, we still had a great stay and would absolutely come back. The property is lovely, the location is perfect, and the team here is honestly exceptional.

Great place to stay. However, room 220 needs to have the bathroom modified. Very dangerous having to step at least a metre to get into the shower, having the shower and bath combined. With the opening from the shower very small, anyone of any age would have difficulty stepping in. I am surprised there has not been a bad fall
