Engulfed in smoke from nearby residents and staff management inaction and ineffectiveness

7 reports of smoking/vaping to reception including an after hours night call with communication to manager - no action. 100 percent smoke free property advertised is rubbish. I expressly requested a unit away from smoke and what we got was rubbish as we had to close up and go inside - copious smoke on the balcony and back hallway on last night was absolutely disgusting as it went on all through the night. Gerri is recovering from a chest infection (notified to Staff) and we came to Breakfree for the closeness to the beach and the fresh air as advertised 100% smoke free. Rubbish and rubbish inaction.

Great location, car parking was very challenging not enough yellow dot car parks. Housemates car was hit and damaged in the front/top car park. Reception staff were great at check in, when I gave housemates registration there was a different staff member who could have been a little more friendly, was like she didn’t want to be there at all.
