We had a studio room on the top floor with water views. The room was very clean and well equipped. Our only criticism is that there were more than 10 people in the pool many times when we walked past, and the COVID safe plan was not being enforced.

perfect location right opposite beach, surf club, skate park and some restaurants. Great place if there was a group travelling together or just a couple going away for a weekend. Great for all travellers.

Stayed three nights just myself and my husband, we had a two bedroom unit his nose. They were comfortable enough and slightly dated with the decor and furniture but clean and comfortable.

We booked this hotel purely for the ability to have a swim out room, which did not disappoint. They kids loved this (although the pool was a bit too cold for the adults). The balcony was a tad small for a family of 6 to be comfortable outside. The swim out was the highlight of the stay however. Unfortunately, we had cold showers. This was report the first morning and was fixed later that day. The cleanliness of the rooms was disppointing, when the kids moved the beds to locate powerpoints, we found stuffed toys under the bed, which was covered in mould and a film of dust, it had quite obviously been there for some time. In the kitchen (small as it was) the cups were turned upside and when we took these out they had a layer of salt or sugar along the top, meaning all the cups had to be cleaned before we could use them. The room could use a refurb it felt quite dark and dirty.

We had a lovely unit at 429, but as there was a distance from the car park, a trolley would have been great to get our luggage up to our room, there was no mention made of any trolleys being available? We had a very annoying dripping toilet in the unit, a maintenance man came to look at it, but he said he needed to get a plumber in. The sound acoustics weren't the best, we could hear whenever our neighbours used their toilets, and there was often sound of voices nearby. But we absolutely loved the heated pool and spa!

Friendly greeting on arrival. Really enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Close to beach and surf club also several little cafes and resturants. Only down side of stay was the shower over deep bath, I slipped getting out due to the height of side. Booked in to stay in October
