Overall, the accommodation was nice, but there were a couple of significant issues. 1) On arrival, one apartment's balcony door was found unlocked. This gave people direct access from the pool area to our apartment. And the other apartment's external bedroom door was ajar. While this door did not connect directly to the common area, this was still a concern. 2) We were not informed how to access the property after hours, and we could not see any signs. We were lucky to see another group entering a gate 10-20 meters from the office.

A lovely location & stay. Everything was as I had expected through all information given, written or reviewed. I would have liked to have ( we stayed for three days) one more packet of washing machine powder, dish washer powder and another roll of toilet paper (1 roll only just made it 😏)

Loved the layout and pools but the room needs to be cleaned properly

At time of booking requested a room with walk in shower not the standard rooms where you have to climb into high bath dangerous for the elderly got my request but a 2 bed apart so outdated on the 2nd floor lifts were under construction so damn noisy with workers next to our room plus they need to employ professional cleaners to get the mould out of the showers the bed was so lumpy with the so called underlay on mattress it was a joke .this being our 3rd visit always paid for swim up room rang hotel direct week before arriving to make sure we were getting a walk in shower which they confirmed..I did question room when we arrived they said we had an upgrade which was a 2 bed apartment .. that’s not an upgrade only hubby & I don’t need 2 bed apartment but will not go back again .. go else where better value

We would, however, like to clarify the comments regarding your accommodation. The two-bedroom apartment was the room type that was booked online. It was not an upgrade provided by the hotel, as stated in your review. We completely understand that, as a couple, you may not have needed two bedrooms, but the accommodation allocated was the accommodation reserved at the time of booking. We are also sorry that the room did not meet your expectations in terms of the shower and that you experienced disruption from the works taking place on the second floor. Lifts for our section were out of operation for the whole four night stay. Lack of signage so we spent a lot of time wandering around trying to find our room. Parking should be better organised. Update the website.

Really weird how they want you to drive on the right around the complex to fit in with drivers accessing the swipe card access. It all felt soo wrong and makes you wonder how long before this causes a crash

We were disappointed in the shower bath, my husband and I both have bad knees and it was very difficult to get in and out of the shower. It is not a good set up for short or elderly people. Apart from the Shower/bath the room was well set up. with everything you might need. We were kept awake by people over in the BBQ area, on 3 occasions people were still making noise between 11pm till around 1pm.

Extremely disappointing stay from start to finish. Our one-bedroom pool-view room absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke, making it unbearable to stay in. The hotel’s solution was to offer us a full refund and tell us we could find somewhere else to stay, which was completely unrealistic and unhelpful when we had already arrived and needed accommodation. We were then downgraded to a much smaller studio with no view and weren’t even offered the price difference until we complained. On top of that, the elevator was broken, causing even more inconvenience.
