Hotel is well located, swimming pool is great. Our room was good, however being pool view/access, there was no undercover terrace or patio to use. With the rains this wasn't great to dry stuff and we couldn't sit outside.

The location is great, the pool and Spa amazing. Have been coming for years. What I don’t like is you don’t have a say in which apartment you stay in. Ours this time was old and in need of an upgrade, the aircon didn’t work in the master bedroom and the kitchen was tiny for a 3 bedroom.

Family stay, had total of 3 rooms booked. Our first allocated 2 bedroom apartment, the air conditioning was not working. Staying with my elderly mother, we needed air con for her comfort. Tried calling reception from room phone, it was not working either. Went down to reception and they managed to get us a different 2 bedroom apartment with working air con. Very grateful for that change of room. No trolley to be found to assist in moving belongs from car park. Previous stays, there were trolleys available in car parks to take belongings to rooms. The room was clean but old and in need of renovation. Paint peeling off bathroom door. Kitchen cupboards stayed ajar and not able to be closed. Bathroom cabinets old and laminate chipped. State of rooms was disappointing. The grounds and pool was well maintained

We stayed in a two bedroom suite for three nights. The outdoor accommodations were nice and the hotel is in a great location but the rooms were very dated. It appears there are some rooms that are updated but I’m not sure how you can choose those. The room also didn’t have a coffee maker and instead offers instant coffee.
