One of the rooms in our suite smelt like musk and mild so much we did not allow our kids to sleep in it. Maintenance came and cleaned the air conditioning vent which was black and helped a bit but still could not use the room. No follow up or room switch offered. I get that it’s an old facility but disappointed with air quality concerns. Pool was nice and location was convenient.

Great location, pools are fabulous, very relaxing and central to everything you need was able to be located. Room was good with a sofa bed that was easily made up each night.

Staff were amazing from intial booking, phone and email enquiries and the stay. We had 3 rooms. My son and his family killed 9 cockroaches during their stay. My husband and my room very clean, our balcony always Pooled with water and very slippery, no broom or mats supplied to sweep away water or dry feet. My granddaughter and myself slipped and fell over on 2 seperate occasions Daughters room no issues. Pools are terrific, playground great and bbq area kept well maintained. Grounds very clean and well maintained. Location great with lovely restaurants, corner shop well priced, stocked and open long hours . A nice variety. Best Thai restaurant.

Good location and good for kids. More parking bays desired when booking for 7 people. Having an option to park two cars would be better. Throughout our stay there were many free parking bays.
