We stayed for 9 nights and we like to eat in, use the facilities and enjoy the beach. We had requested a room with a larger tv and was disappointed that the room had such a small one - 40 inch. The manager was fabulous and organised a bigger tv for us - a 50 inch. This made such a difference. The manager was very lovely and helpful and kind. The room... Beds for 5, table for 6, out door table for 6 and large dinner plates 4! No entree size plates either. The oven had no oven tray pans except for a deep dish one and the frypans left a lot to be desired. The couch has also seen better days. The bathroom mirror cabinets in the main bathroom could not be opened as the ceiling has sagged. Toiletries had to remain in our toiletry bag for 9 days. The second bathroom had the same issue but not quite as bad. The bed was fabulous. A light wasn't working in the bathroom and we had to get it replaced as it was quite dark without it. The pool was wonderful and slightly heated that made it really pleasant. The complex was well kept and maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

From the time we arrived to our departure, everything went well. The unit had a wide balcony overlooking the pool below and the beach across the road. We had 2 bedrooms - the main with a queen sized and comfortable bed, walk through wardrobe and spacious bathroom with a large spa bath. The second bedroom had 3 single beds and a bathroom adjacent with accessible shower. The kitchen included everything you could require while holidaying.

Great place to stay, friendly staff, clean room. Our room was ready early so we could move in as soon as arrived great location we have stayed at the Mantra Sirocco on many occasions will not stay anywhere else at Mooloolaba.

Loved everything about our stay except for the lifts. On 2 of the days, maintenance was being done on one of the lifts so there was only 1 working on those days. It was painful, the lift gave priority to the lower floors so we were squished like sardines going up and down on the lower floors.
