We stayed at this property 5 months ago & was so delighted that we returned. Unfortunately we were a little disappointed this time. Lots of small things add up eg. only half the pool was useable as workmen had closed off to add non-urgent lighting. This was not advised before arrival or on check-in. No upgrade was offered with our Gold Accor Advantage Plus Membership and 1 hr later check-out request was only granted extra 30 mins. Our Room slept 5 & crockery & cutlery was only included for 4 which meant that dishwasher had to go on 3 times a day. I would expect minimum dinnerset size for 6 in this apartment. The 1 plug provided in the kitchen did not fit either sink so water escaped making washing up frustrating. Cleaning of the unit had not been done to the standard of our last visit. The ensuite bathroom in both units of our 2 stays need to be renovated. There were cupboards that were unable to open, permanent staining from water damage as water from the Shower sprays everywhere making it unsafe. With water saving policies this bath is too big to use anyway. I am not normally a whinger but hope my comments are taken as constructive feedback so improvements can be made to this lovely Resort. Thank you.

Your comments regarding advance notification have been noted and will be addressed to ensure clearer communication in future. We also regret that an upgrade was not available during your stay and that your late check-out request could only be partially accommodated. While upgrades and extended check-outs for our Gold Accor members are subject to availability, we understand your disappointment and appreciate you raising this with us. Your feedback regarding the apartment setup, including crockery and cutlery quantities, kitchen layout, and cleaning standards, has been taken seriously. This is certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we will be reviewing these matters with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure our apartments are appropriately equipped and presented. We are particularly concerned to hear your comments about the ensuite bathrooms and water issues. These observations are very valuable, and we will be sharing them with our management and refurbishment planning teams as part of our ongoing improvement program. We had a great time staying at the Mantra Sirocco. Great location, easy to find. Beautiful apartments & very spacious. Loved the main bedroom & ensuite with spa bath. Beautiful ocean views. Parking spot was abit hard to get into. Secure parking is great.

This was the second time we have stayed at the apartments. This apartment was not clean. The air conditioners were really dirty and had mould all through them. As a Platinum member who stays at Accor all the time this was very disappointing.

Our 3rd floor appartment was terrific with great views. The rooftop private spa area was great. Mantra Sirocco is well located to restaurants, shops and beach.

Sirocco is in a great convenient location to cafes, restaurants, general shopping and of course the beach. Foreshore renovations, which will continue till the end of 2026 did disturb the view and access to the beach, but unavoidable. I was in room 203 which was beside the pool and had private access. I would have preferred a floor above level 4, but the view was fine. The apartment was huge and had all needed amenities. I spent a lot of time on the balcony.
