We have stayed over many years at Mantra Sirocco for usually 8/9 weeks during the Melbourne winter 🌨️💨💦 This last time was for only 3 days but it was up to all expectations, so a flying visit but we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else 😍 Position, Position is what it is all about 👍🏻 Faculties and Apartments are always clean and staff very helpful 🤗 And to top it all off the view 🌊🏖️ is spectacular, even on the dull or rainy day 💨💦 We certainly hope to be back next year ❤️

Short stay. Extremely disappointing that the pool was closed, we weren't informed of this until the day before we arrived. We had already changed our booking from Mantra Mooloolaba Beach in order to have access to a pool.

The unit needed a good clean as I vacuum the unit when we arrived as there was sand on the floors and cleaned the skirting boards were discussing they were black full off dust and bedroom door had brown soiled marked over it so I cleaned the marks off and got rid off cobwebs on the verandah and the weeds that was higher than the safety rail which we pulled out overall your cleaning staff needs a good shake up a unit should not be left like this

we booked this this trip earlier in the year. A week or so out from checking in we get a phone call to say the pool will be closed for the first day of our arrival - no stress with that. The day before we arrive we get another phone call to say the pool will be closed the whole time we are there but can use the pool in the sister hotel next door. a pool half the size and 2 hotels using it. On arrival we were told "dont worry, you dont come to Mooloolaba for the pool but for the beach". Um. thats my call not yours. In either of the phone calls it was never mentioned that the 6th and 9th floor were under renovation. We were on the 5th. the noise coming through from the drilling and hammering was so loud it took away from the reason why we were there in the first instance. I get you need to do work on the building but its the way it was handled. With the pool out and the renos i would have thought it would have been appropriate to be honest upfront, maybe offer us to stay next door, different floor or some kind of compensation but none of this was offered.
