Great Position and views but tired

The cleanliness of our apartment was very disappointing, also the furniture was pretty beaten up. The whole apartment was spacious, but that is all we can say for it. The floors hadn't been washed in a while, and in the 2nd bathroom the floor was thick with dust and hair, yuk! The rug in the lounge was grubby and stained, the net curtains were filthy and mouldy. Kitchen was well stocked but everything was really old. The TV sound faded to near nothing once it got hot, and we received no clean sheets or linen during a 10 night stay. Wouldn't stay again.

The apartment was well appointed. The back bedroom was quite noisy at night from outside noises.

We booked well in advance as we had friends from Canada coming. The only problem was that despite calling us to check arrival time, and us being on time, the room was not ready. We were offered free Breakfast and late checkout, but the restaurant was closed and we had planned a day at Australia Zoo, so were unable to take advantage of the late checkout either.
