However, we're sorry to learn that aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologise for the cleanliness issues you experienced, as this is not the standard we strive to provide. Your feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team so it can be addressed. Regarding your room request, while we always do our best to accommodate guests' preferences, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee specific room numbers, as room allocations can change due to maintenance requirements and owner usage. The apartment we booked was an Executive Suite. it turned out this was on level 2 and one of the most disconcerting things was that we were disturbed by the noise of people moving around in the unit above us. Their footsteps were quite audible in our apartment especially at night. Also, some of the furniture was in need of maintenance and updating. One of the chairs had no plugs in the legs and was scratching the tiles and making a terrible noise. There are also cracking of the floor tiles throughout the apartment which would indicate movement in the floor slab. In regard to parking, our designated parking was the last carpark on the lowest level so it was a long way from the lift. Again, surprising given we had booked an Executive Suite.

We have been staying at Sirocco for 7 years, every Melbourne winter, it is our “ Go To “ place. Great position on the esplanade at Mooloolaba. Close to shops, Surf Club and supermarket, everything you need. It is also very well equipped if you decide to stay in and cook yourselves. Our only criticism would be that the apartment we stayed in needed to upgrade the TV to a bigger screen, that could easily be attached to the wall 👍🏻 Excellent staff, heated swimming pool/Spa and BBQ area on level 2, which gets all day sun ☀️ shade is available if needed. A lot of the resort pools are shaded most of the time 👎🏻 All in all highly recommended 🤗
