My wife and our two friends came and stayed for a weekend and we couldn't have been happier with everything. We received a call the morning of our booking letting us know we had an early check it, which work out great for us. With the COVID policy everything was a smooth transition, 30 seconds to pick up the keys and we were set. Our apartment was well kept, well styled and had all the amenities even a BBQ. They also left us a bottle of wine. Wow ! My family and I have been coming to the Sebel twin waters for years and we will continue to come back. Always amazing service ! Kaydon L.

Great Location

Very friendly staff and great location. Well appointed large unit. Unit is showing some signs of age and is in need of some minor maintenance - eg bottom trim to external balcony door, main bathroom cavity slider need adjustment, Master Bed a little small and uncomfortable.

Just what we needed

We had a family wedding to attend on Sat 1st August and were booked in close proximity to the Sebel, our family had booked the Sebel and we were happy enough to be close by. 48 hrs before leaving our home we were advised that our accomodation had been cancelled, so I called the Sebel who were only too happy to assist with our request to book. The resort was beautiful, accomodation outstanding and facilities second to none. Although we were not there for majority of Saturday staying within the surrounds really made me feel as refreshed and invigorated. Thank you for accomodating us at such short notice, we will return.

Accommodation amazing

The accommodation and facilities as always are amazing. Unfortunately we stayed in a 2 bedroom downstairs apartment. This apartment was set in amongst permanent tenants. The rules and regulations inforced were a little extreme, with time frames on being out on the balcony after 10pm. We also found that we were being watched all the time. This did not make for a relaxing stay at all.

Nice resort, good room layout but needs to be cleaned

We really enjoyed the location, the facilities and room layout. The room was only superficially cleaned, and was very dusty in locations. Under sofas we're filthy, which wash very obvious on wood floors and was a problem with young kids as the sofas are high off the ground and frequently accessed by the kids. Similarly, was dirty under the beds and needs a clean. There was a beer bottle left on the balcony from a previous resident.

We loved it so much. Only thing I suggest is getting the cleaners to check under beds when cleaning. I saw a pair of socks and rubbish under main bedroom bed. I only look in case we dropped something there.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms. It was a spacious and well equipped apartment with see a few quirks. Service was great and location was ideal ie close to the beach and within the Novotel resort’s facilities. Overall a great stay but more attention to detail with cooking appliances and better TV signal would have made it a 10/10 stay.

Excellent rooms for the extended family

The 3 bedroom unit was massive. Huge out door area with a bbq. Beautiful out look, quiet and short walk to the restaurant and pool. We highly recommend and will be back. Staff at check in and check out were excellent too.
