The position and facilities were very good. The unit needed maintenance. The breakfast at the Novotel was disappointing. not good quality, bad service.

We stayed for 10 nights and loved the facilities and accommodation. Heaps of room for our family of 5. We liked that we were able to use the facilities at the Novotel too. The NYE celebrations were very well organised. There were a lot of activities for the kids to do. The only negatives were the WiFi didn't work in our apartment so I had to walk to the Novotel and use their free WiFi to do some work. Without the use of a car, we felt a little isolated at times with no supermarkets or shops close by other than FoodWorks which had limited choices. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at the Sebel Twin Waters. We stayed for three nights. The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful. The activities at the lagoon and the easy access to the beach made our stay even more memorable

We love the location and resort facilities. Unfortunately, our stay was somewhat impacted by very noisy neighbours with lots of children. They were up early banging and crashing about and yelling. Whilst we understand to a point, we also have paid for a relaxing holiday and should be able to enjoy some peace. I’m not sure if we will be back due to this experience. The staff were lovely and we really do appreciate the efforts made to keep the resort looking so nice.
