My stay at this apartment was unfortunately quite disappointing. While the space itself was okay at a glance, there were several issues that really affected the overall experience. To start, nearly every room had at least one light that didn’t work, which made the apartment feel poorly maintained. Not all bedrooms had air conditioning either, which made it uncomfortable, especially at night. Cleanliness was another major concern. The floors were not very clean, and the couch had visible stains that appeared to be bodily fluids, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there was mould present throughout the apartment, and I have photos to support this. Parking was also frustrating, as there was no clear signage or proper explanation provided during check-in, making it confusing to find where to park. Overall, the apartment needs significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and communication with guests. I wouldn’t stay here again based on this experience.

We stayed in one of the apartments and the room didn't have enough towls and the main bathroom shower drain was so clogged the water wouldn't go Down.

Accommodation was ideal for our family of 7 adults and 4 children stayed the large house. The house was well appointed but apart from the ensuite, there was only one bathroom and 2 toilets to share amongst the majority of us. Large outdoor areas including large balcony were great. Pool at the house was too cold for most of us, heating was not working but pool at the resort was fantastic for the family. There are beaches a short walk from the house but the surf beach is very rough, the beach at the River best for kids. Enjoyed the use of the water sporting equipment and restaurant at the Novotel.
