The common toilet lock was spoiled, the en-suite toilet door hinge came off and the door is “resting” on the floor and couldn’t be closed (which also poses safety risk for my kids), the wardrobes, hanging racks, hangers and everywhere is full of dust! It was a very bad experience. We requested for a change of rooms but only managed to changed it on our 3rd and 4th night. Lastly, the WiFI was not working at all. Horror experience.

The grounds were beautifully manicured and the whole place so chill and quiet. The apartments are styled well and the layout of the apartments were interesting and functional. We especially loved the big bathroom off the master suite.
