A very well designed and equipped apartment. When we opened the door we were blown away by how beautiful and clean the apartment was. It had everything that we needed for a 5 night stay. We will definitely be back.

Great accommodation for large groups. Communication was excellent - prompt response and received a call to confirm all the extras. Great location was able to use Novotel lagoon. Three swimming pools options. Everyone had a great time guess my only con would be the rooms do need a Reno the cutleries were rusty. Towels are very worn out (two of our room towels had stains, but we always pack our own towels so it wasn’t a big fuss). Other than that everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay easy check in (well informed and helpful) and express checkout.

The overall staying experience was good. But we saw some downhills in services, mainly the Novotel side. The worst is the dining experience, the seafood buffet is no longer offered, which is a shame; the dining in menu choices are really limited, we had a read and left; the sola bar menu items are quite expensive, and the service was very slow for both dine in the lobby and take away. We used to dine in the whole time when we were there, this time we went out somewhere else to get food. Accor membership can't be used for takeaway, nor for Public holiday, so many restrictions, it felt not worth it to have the membership any more. Novotel's pool does not allow Sebel customers to use, it is quite inconvenient; there are only 3 catamaran left, the queue was super long, there used to be 5. I know there is a change of management to the Accor Group, very disappointed by all the changes made. Not only Novotel Twin Waters, Sofitel Brisbane's dining also went downhill.

Fantastic Family experience. Loved the house, very well laid out, lots of space to relax inside and outside, loved walking around the waters, very peaceful, the kids loved swimming in the pool and access to Novotel, for sailing, kayaking, games room. Easy to stay at the resort and relax all day and feel satisfied but close to great coffee, cafes, and supermarket via car! A perfect stay. Angela, front desk was super helpful and made everything easy for us. Thank you
