I have left above blank so this isn't on line as I just want it to be feedback for the hotel. Lots to improve on in the actual house. Just some main points: BIG point that needs rectifying ASAP. The pool gate has a small opening between the concrete pole and the glass gate, our 3 & 5 year old would just put there hand through the gap and open the closure to get in. We made sure someone was up everymorning by 5.30 when they woke just to ensure they didn't go in and drown. Easy fix and very urgent - get some PVC and glue on glass so that little arms cant get through. Whilst the unit as a whole was clean, the fridge hadn't even been wiped out let alone cleaned, one of the toilets had wee over the seat and floor. The spa bath and outside spa pool had been disconnected. It did say there was a coffee machine in the manual, among directions on how to work some other things - but there wasn't one and other things where missing. It was okay, but maybe update your manual because I know from owning a hotel that this would be a good way some people would start to winge. I am sure you know there is A LOT of maintenance and wear and tear on the house (number 8), but it was still great value for what we paid. Positive things: Great facilities at the hotel Great value for what you received Lots of little extras in the house that where appreciated Gas ran out on Sunday night about 5pm and they had someone bring a refill within 1/2 hour. We where VERY impressed - thank you Will be back, thank you.

The house was filthy dirty, there were marks all over the walls. The blinds, carpet, couches and beds had stains all over them. We didn’t want to touch anything. We were there for a wedding so couldn’t leave unfortunately. Luckily for us we live close and went home to get our own bed linen and used that instead. Would never stay here again or recommend to anyone else!

Couldn’t use the bbq as there was gas leaking, if the shower was more than half pressure it blew out of the side of the shower head and flooded the floor, the toilet seat would slide when sat on, the walls are filthy, we had Foxtel but the remote was broken so we couldn’t use it, could hear the people above us walking around all night

We stayed at Twin Waters for a quiet birthday weekend in one of the lagoon facing apartments. Check in was easy. We used the Novotel amenities where all the staff were fantastic, namely Shaun we worked on the bar.

We had a 4 night stay at Sebel Twin Waters and could not recommend it enough. The property, room, facilities and amenities were fantastic. All the staff were friendly and so easy going. Such a great spot for families with easy access to the beach and lots of concrete walking trails. Also easy to get to Novotel for a drink but was easy escape the busy resort back to the peaceful Sebel.

This is the second time I've stayed here. It's a really nice and quiet location. Not really walking distance to shops, but I choose to stay here to get away from all the noise and traffic. The staff at the desk are super friendly and happy to help. I must say, being able to use some of the amenities at the novotel across the lake is why I give this place 10/10. If one day the novotel stopped the sebel customers from using their amenities, the sebel would definitely have to provide similar things otherwise there just wouldn't be anything to do.

Unit was well looked after would definitely come back . The resort staff at Novotel told us we couldn’t use the pool and spa. We did anyway. We were told we could use all the facilities . Assuming that meant their pool. Kids had a ball. Way prefer the units to the Novotel.

We had booked for 3 nights at Novotel Twin Waters to visit a sick relative up here. A late change in circumstances meant we had to come up 3 days sooner. Could only get 2 extra nights at Novotel …. Fully booked on 3rd night, so we opted for 1 night at The Sebel across the lagoon. Wow, what a gem. We come up here for 2 weeks each year for our annual beach holiday, usually staying in Mooloolaba in a 2 br sc apartment. Will be looking at The Sebel Twin Waters going forward. Great range of apartment options, spacious, very well equipped apartments, quiet & private location… close to dining options at Novotel or down at Mudjimba Beach, with lagoon or beach swimming options for kids…… and very close to airport.Ticks all the boxes we want for our longer stay holiday.

There were problems with our apartment. Upon walking into the ensuite, there was an overwhelming smell of mould and mildew. There was visible mould against the vanity that I had wiped down with baby wipes. It reduced some of the smell, but not entirely. On our first night, we rolled down the blinds in the second bedroom, and came back to the entire blind on the floor. We had a look and it was held up with elastoplast bandages. I tried ringing reception that evening, but there was no answer. I came back to reception the next morning to see Diana who had apologised and said that maintenance would not be available until Monday. She confirmed my number with me and said that someone would contact me that day with compensation - we just wanted it fix or covered. I did not receive any phone call during our stay and was told on Monday upon check out that there may have been a misunderstanding. We stayed for 3 nights and had no blockout blind in that bedroom at all, and was not offered any solution. Lastly, at checkout, there were two staff members at the reception desk. Neither one of them greeted myself and my husband. I said I was there to checkout, and the younger staff member looked at me, and offered her hands to receive the keys, with 'okay'. It was awkward and uncomfortable, and not to par for a 4 star hotel. No receipt or statement of our stay was offered. I raised the issue of the blinds, to which the other staff member said they were aware and that it would be looked at today - but that too late for our stay. Overall, a very disappointing weekend for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 71. Access and space was good for my wife who has mobility issues and uses a wheelie walker. However we both found the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable.
