There were problems with our apartment. Upon walking into the ensuite, there was an overwhelming smell of mould and mildew. There was visible mould against the vanity that I had wiped down with baby wipes. It reduced some of the smell, but not entirely. On our first night, we rolled down the blinds in the second bedroom, and came back to the entire blind on the floor. We had a look and it was held up with elastoplast bandages. I tried ringing reception that evening, but there was no answer. I came back to reception the next morning to see Diana who had apologised and said that maintenance would not be available until Monday. She confirmed my number with me and said that someone would contact me that day with compensation - we just wanted it fix or covered. I did not receive any phone call during our stay and was told on Monday upon check out that there may have been a misunderstanding. We stayed for 3 nights and had no blockout blind in that bedroom at all, and was not offered any solution. Lastly, at checkout, there were two staff members at the reception desk. Neither one of them greeted myself and my husband. I said I was there to checkout, and the younger staff member looked at me, and offered her hands to receive the keys, with 'okay'. It was awkward and uncomfortable, and not to par for a 4 star hotel. No receipt or statement of our stay was offered. I raised the issue of the blinds, to which the other staff member said they were aware and that it would be looked at today - but that too late for our stay. Overall, a very disappointing weekend for us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Unit 71. Access and space was good for my wife who has mobility issues and uses a wheelie walker. However we both found the dining room chairs were very uncomfortable.

Great location across from the beach and a special Property. Walking around the property, kangaroos and Bird life could be seen everywhere, great experience for young families. A unique Property due to it’s size, with expansive grounds.

Accor app systems don’t seem to upload to hotel systems. Cancelled accom and hotel never received cancellation and still got Charged for 2 nights accom that wasn’t used.

The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was very spacious and had everything we needed. Very safe and secure. The pool is not heated which was disappointing however the grounds were beautiful. Great location for us and what we had planned for our holiday.

Absolutely amazing stay. As a Heartist from the CBD of Melbourne, arriving at a new kind of Accor property in "The Sebels" was a great experience. The lady at reception who checked us in - forgot her name but was Argentinian I think - was delightful and helpful. The accomodation is great. Clean, easy, spacious and comfy. And the facilities are just perfect. Such a beautiful resort with so much to do and so much close by. We were very happy and out of the 5 Accor properties I visited on this trip, The Sebels was by far the best one.

We stayed in the bedroom house, 2 adults and 2 kids (12,14) and it exceeded our expectations. There was so much room for all of us, the house had all of the amenities needed for a home away from home stay. A short walk to the Novotel and even closer walk to the beach and a 2 minute drive to a great set of shops that had fish and chips, ice cream, Italian and cafes. Highly recommend.

Check-in was easy (arrived after hours and key left for us with good clear communication on how to access). Clean and comfortable. Good showers. The lady at the counter in the morning was lovely - happy to help out and answer our questions. The heat pumps worked well when evenings cooled off. We loved having a bbq but the hot plate was on quite an angle so this was quite tricky to cook evenly on. No oil, salt, pepper provided. The dishwasher didn't work that well, we learned to put it on the longest, heaviest wash for success. The walk around tō Novotel was easy, even with the bridge closed for maintenance. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast there and also dinner at Sola. Our teens loved the gym and also the pool back at Sebel. No hairdryer which I really missed having. We stayed a week and there is no service during this time - so we did need to wash our own towels and also return to reception for more toilet paper and detergents. We really liked being in our own wee area, away from shops and traffic. It was a very relaxing and peaceful stay and an easy location to get to the motorway to go see other places - easy drives to Maloolaba and Maroochydore. Was no trouble for us to go to Eumundi markets and then a drive around Noosa.
