Unit 82 needs the main shower head fixed it doesn’t stay in properly and it fell and smashed my daughters head hard, also the main tap in the kitchen needs replacing it just splashes like crazy and water goes everywhere in the bench. Really need to do better maintenance as there’s so many little things like that which should be fixed for the price you’re paying. Also not being able to use the Novotel pool anymore is a disgrace and the main reason we booked! We should have been informed when booking there was a policy change. That should be mandatory disclosure.

We enjoyed it very much. A little disappointing that the kids couldn’t swim in the Novetel pool while we enjoyed a drink.

Love the whole resort, this room #66 was nicely renovated, kitchen is lovely with everything you need, although the second bedroom has no air conditioning unit and it was very hot in there, even with the door open at night.

This is the second time we've booked a Sebel apartment. Our 2 bedroom last year was more tastefully decorated and seemed bigger in size than the 3 bedroom this year, but we still enjoyed the outlook over the lagoon. May we advise on investing in simple perculated coffee machines as making coffee for 7 is a lengthy task with only a small Italian Press!
