This is the second time we've booked a Sebel apartment. Our 2 bedroom last year was more tastefully decorated and seemed bigger in size than the 3 bedroom this year, but we still enjoyed the outlook over the lagoon. May we advise on investing in simple perculated coffee machines as making coffee for 7 is a lengthy task with only a small Italian Press!

I love the location of Sebel. Every year a group of us come up from Brisbane and enjoy a long weekend at Sebel. Usually it’s 10/10 however the Novotel has started charging Sebel guests $25 per person per day to use their pool. As a result our Saturday and Sunday was instead spent in the Sebel section with bbq and store bought beers. I’d estimate Novotel bar missed out on 1000’s in food and bev from our group alone. Shame for all parties, but hopefully this issue is resolved soon. Love Twin Waters and Sebel!

The apartment was in need of a good clean, we didn’t turn on ceiling fans due to the dust on them. Mum got bed bugs from one of the single beds and the room had a musty smell

The property was well located for our needs and the management team were super helpful but the house that we had in the complex was well below what ive come to enjoy in other Sebel locations. The house had many defects including lights out, a spare that didnt operate, lots of water damage, air conditioners that failed and generaly a property that is in despirate need of some TLC
