We were disappointed that the staff gave no assistance with phoning Air Canada to make sure our flight was not an issue. We also felt that spending 4,000.00 you charged a lot for local calls!Honestly we thought there would be no charge at all! Other than that we did enjoy our stay and look forward to another visit!

Had a Karcher jet gun being used to do garden re-modelling within 50 m of our appt for 3 days! Very noisy people in the pool spa at 5:30am. View was great, room clean.

Not happy at all. Had to cancel because of Covert 19 and got nothing back out of 3 nights proposed stay. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody, but will make sure we tell everybody how every un Australian you people are in this time of country crises.

Stayed on the 14th floor in a 2 bedroom ocean view apartment. Could not fault anything !! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly & helpful. Car parking was easy, the room was immaculate & the view was spectacular. We will be back again :)

Hard times due to Mooloolaba being shut down but all the staff were excellent. Upgrading our room to the 10th floor, welcome bottle of wine, free wifi. All little touches that made our stay pleasurable. Always up for a pleasant chat or a how you going. You should be very proud of all your staff.

We were not advised pools were closed on checkin. Understand why they were closed but we should have been told. Toilet paper was rationed and when I asked for more "Dan" humilated and embarrassed me. Incident with person yelling , moaning right outside our door, apparently some kind of drug overdose was scary and disconcerting. However staff were blase about its affect on us. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. After 2 nights I wanted to leave. We were told we weren't entitled to any sort of refund we left anyway. Will not return to Mantra again.

I was allocated room 704 which had the most dreadful smell, throughout my 3 day visit .It smelled like a dead body or a rotten fish .I could not wait to depart and spent most of my time sitting outside.When leaving I spoke to the cleaners and she said that management were very aware of the smell, which upset me more . I then spoke with Nicole, who was very professional and pleasant, however she did tell me that the reason for the delay of me moving into the room was because, they had to put a vapouriser of some sort to get rid of the smell. For what reason at that stage, could have they said that we can not move you into that room, we will allocate you another. 24 hours later I still have the smell in my nose ,it was like being in a hospital ward with patients that have very bad urinary track infection. I do hope that you find the cause as this may be a health hazard on the occupant of this room Perhaps there is a dead gecko in the air condition but it certainly wasn’t pleasant and I really wish now that I insisted on moving, but I thought perhaps it would get better and perhaps it was the floor cleaning products.
