The location, amenities and rooms were fantastic. The pool was beautiful and clean, the proximity to the beach and cafes is fantastic. Everything is at your fingertips, even with a hotel entrance to Coles behind! The team were nothing short of incredible. They were so helpful and accomodating to make sure our stay was perfect. Massive shout out to Linell who went above and beyond for us. When we had to cut our stay short due to a family member passing away, the team were so accomodating and compassionate. Would definitely stay here again.

Ideal location, within walking distance to all amenities including cafes, bars, supermarket, bottle store, bakery. Plenty of food options just outside the complex. Pleased we paid a bit more for a sea view. One bedroom apartment was fine, only slight issue was the step up into the bath/ shower. Would have been problematic for anyone with mobility issues. Only other issue was the high step when exiting the pool- an additional handrail would be appreciated. Good carparking available in basement. Overall a great stay, we will be back.

There is no bellman to help with luggage, no laundry service, no housekeeping unless you want to pay $55 per visit, and then they don't take out the trash, and the pots and pans and knives are pitiful. In other words, the Mantra will not assist you in any way. On the plus side, the location is great and the staff are pleasant even if they do nothing for you. The check out time is 10:00 AM. Our driver was to pick us up and 10:30, so we asked if we could stay in our rooms until 10:20 AM. We were told "No, you have to vacate your room by 10:00." I wonder if these people have ever stayed in a real hotel.

As a self-contained property, our apartments are designed to offer guests more independence during their stay. Each unit includes its own laundry facilities, and while we don’t provide a daily housekeeping service as standard, fresh linen is always happily provided upon request. We also have luggage trolleys available to assist with transporting bags to and from rooms. Regarding your departure, I do apologise that we weren’t able to accommodate a slightly later checkout on this occasion. While we always try to assist where possible, this can depend on occupancy levels and incoming arrivals that require timely access to rooms. Your comments are genuinely valued, and I’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to the team for review.
