Felt the room was a bit tired and needing an update. Found small Fridge for a weeks accommodation unsuitable

Previously the 4 or 5 times I have stayed there, I have booked through an agent and always received a good room. This time i booked through Accor, and got a room much poorer than any other visit. I contested this with the front desk, and they informed me there was nothing else available. I will not book with Accor again, as they obviously treat agent booking better

For your recent visit, the reservation made through the Accor website was for a One Bedroom Apartment, and it did not include an ocean view. Unfortunately, during your stay we did not have any ocean view apartments available for upgrade, and we sincerely regret that our team was unable to offer an alternative at the time. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially given your previous positive experiences with us. Please be assured that we do not prioritize agent bookings over direct bookings or Accor reservations. Room allocation is based on the room type selected and availability at the time of stay. Your confirmation email would have outlined the room category booked. We are truly sorry that you felt your room was inferior compared to past visits. This property is in a great location. The staff were great but our apartment was long overdue for a refurbishment. It was quite rundown.
