I always enjoy staying at the Mantra. I prefer to be at this end of the esplanade close to Coles with back entry from the Mantra. Pool area and outdoors beautifully landscaped with manicured gardens. Indoor pool is also a plus.

Our family five had a lovely stay for five nights in the penthouse spa suite. The staff were friendly. The views were lovely and the accommodation was comfortable. Our only suggestion would be that the staff service the room perhaps every third day. Staying at a beach location with lots of swimming and towel use means that it would be more appreciated to have the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned during a stay of our length, at least once. Also, we had a toddler and it would’ve been nice to have a vacuum cleaner to clean up after him given that there was no servicing of the room.

For the room title and price expected more, as in ocean view and better bathroom. Bedroom needs better blinds to block out light, wardrobe needs more space to hang clothes.

Disappointed with the room, requested top unit great ocean view, level 10 was ok but felt the balcony view was around the side of the building which wasn't the best location.

We’re glad we could allocate you a room on a higher floor however you did book the standard One Bedroom Apartments, these are located on the sides of the building, so an ocean view is not guaranteed with this room type. Had a great sleep, and the access to shops and beach views was awesome. My only negative feedback was the shower - the steam triggered the smoke detectors because there were no real air vents or flow. Interesting design with the tub but it lacked air flow bro. Other than that it was all peachy.

For a gold Accor member the room wa less than average
