The front desk service was underwhelming, the lights in the guest bathroom did not work and neither did the clothes dryer. For the amount of money we paid for one night I was highly disappointed.

We stayed for 6 days at the Mantra Mooloolaba. Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment on the 14th floor was exceptional. The location is excellent, with easy access to all amenities.

Amazing ocean view. Bed uncomfortable, too soft. A little disappointed to be charged a fee for a one hour later check out. Have not experienced this before.
