Genuine smiles on the front desk and nicely appointed room. However multiple complaints about smokers above my room across 3 days did nothing to stop this issue. Ended up having my balcony doors shut for the whole three days

Location is great however the fan in the bathroom could be much better as showering the mirror is all fogged with no vent elation. Also linen could be changed as I was there 3 days with no linen or towels changed unless requested and would need to pay for that .

Washing machine was too complicated and the dryer did not work - housekeeping took all our laundry and had it all dried for us - thank you. Receptionist, Antonio was entertaining and provided excellent service.

It was very noisy and there was an unpleasant odour in the hallway. We requested and paid for an ocean superior room and I was disappointed with the view as it didn't fit the description. I thought we would be on a higher floor than level 4.

We tried to make the most of our holiday but we felt the accommodation did not reach the quality we expected from the Mantra name. We were disappointed there was no flexibility with check in time; despite checking in on a week day, we were told there was no way to check in early because they needed time to clean the room. We checked in at 2pm and were unimpressed by the cleanliness of the room - there was someone's hair stuck to the ceiling above the shower, outdoor furniture was filthy, and there were toenail clippings on the floor of the balcony. Despite paying more for an ocean view room, we did not use this space the whole duration of our stay. Upon checking out, we expressed disappointment when asked if we had enjoyed our stay. The employee dismissively said, "if you'd told us then, we'd have been able to do something about it." I acknowledge this does seem logical, but after the unhelpful response we'd received regarding an early check-in we felt that it was unlikely they'd do anything about it.

The room smelt like dirty old feet so I checked out after one night because I couldn't stand the smell. There were also no block out curtains, has to ask for a sheet to cover the light for me and my baby.

the room allocated was clean and a good size. when assistance with temporary keys after lockout, needed readily helped. good value for money.. responsiveness to resolve issues experienced by other business travellers was good. the offering of facility access keys while awaiting access and after checkout (unable to extend) while awaiting departure flight appreciated.

Great location, room was excellent with direct views of the beach and ocean. Towels were nice and white but a little thin. Pools and spas were heated and very inviting. Everything was pristine and clean. Only disappointment we had was having prepaid our stay and told not more to pay, we were slugged with a credit card fee after we returned! Left a sour taste in our mouths.

We are very happy with our first week in Mantra Mooloolaba. As we are locked out of New Zealand, We have had to stay on in Queensland for an extended period, first in Mantra Esplanade in Cairns and now in the Sunshine Coast. Very happy with Mantra in Queensland. They have been looking after us well.

First time at this hotel, like all rooms the view from the balcony is amazing. Location to beach, restaurants and shops is ideal. Hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Covid rules were ok but we continually bumped into five non maskers who should have been kicked out of the hotel, i did report this to the front desk.
