unfortunately I didn’t get the room that I wanted that was next door to my brother and the room that I did get was okay except I wasn’t happy with the shower having the spa and shower together isn’t suitable for people who are over the age of 70 if it becomes too dangerous

My boyfriend and I stay here for our 3 years anniversary and were immediately disappointed with the room. Everything in the room was extremely outdated and we were missing several commonly used utensils (eg. spatula). On top of that there was no effort with the cleaning. Before using any of the facilities we noticed toothpaste splattering on the mirror as well as old dried urine under the toilet seat. And if that wasn’t enough our bedsheets and pillows smelt of mildew. We saw the manager about these issues (this was before we smelt the sheets) and she was helpful. But this shouldn’t have ever been an issue in the first place. Considering the amount of money we paid I would’ve thought we’d be entering a clean, modern apartment with utilities so we could actually have a decent meal instead of eating out every day. Only good thing about this place was the view and the accessibility to shops and restaurants down stairs. I will never book here again.
