I thought I'd booked ocean views which I did have but would prefer higher level. First time we were that level.

At the present times 2024 December The Sebel Maroochydore has No Pool it is a construction zone. It will be this way until April 2025 . The jack hammer is deafening every day. DO NOT STAY HERE. After work is complete it will be okay but for the next 5 months do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Good location, but nothing outstanding

Noisy construction going on next to the Sebel, so we couldn't leave doors open for fresh air. No fans in the room, so we had to have air conditioning going for most of the time. The blinds in the main bedroom leave a 10cm gap which results in the sunlight coming in around 5am.

Room was dirty had mantainance issues and only had 3 satules of coffee for a 3 day 2 person stay. Also when you used the sink in the kitchen a bad smell lingered in the main ensuite.

Receptionist was busy chatting out the back. Was bored attending to us. Very unhelpful. Not welcoming at all. Room was nice but not worth the money. Glass windows and doors were dirty. Pool wasn't open - we should’ve been told this in booking
