We really liked the hotel and location and room. Thank you that was great and staff were really nice at the front desk. Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water in our toom And weren’t offered a room to exchange to our any communication around rectifying the issue. It was uncomfortable not being able to shower after a long day in Sunshine Coast heat

Reception staff were welcoming and efficient on check in and check out. Given a two bedroom apartment on 12th floor with excellent ocean and beach views. Underground parking was easy and close to the elevator. The apartment looked as if it hadn't long been renovated ie kitchen, bathrooms and new flooring. The only down side was the most uncomfortable old lounge in the living room and the wooden outdoor table and chairs which should have been put in the dump long ago. For the price paid, all furnishings should be of a high quality. It was not good value for money. Close to restaurants and the beach.

Enjoyed 6 nights in a lovely ocean view apartment. The staff on check in were absolutely fantastic, we arrived on an early flight & they couldn’t be more helpful. We would definitely recommend The Sebel Maroochydore.
