We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Sebel Maroochydore. The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and the ocean view was fabulous. We were on the 9th floor near a lift and found both bedrooms noisy with either road noise in the main bedroom and noise from the lift in the other. The beds in the second room were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in the mattress. The tiles in the bathroom were grimy and the spa made such a noise we turned it off after a few seconds. Overall our feeling was that it needed an update, a deep clean and a refresh of furnishings
