The location was perfect, rooms need an upgrade. I still can’t believe the rooms were not serviced or our towels weren’t changed throughout our entire stay. Also disappointed that I wasn’t offered my accor welcome drink.

Not having your room serviced or towels refreshed during your stay unfortunately this is not the style of our accommodation as we are fully self-contained apartments with laundry facilities in your apartment. We\'re also sorry you were not offered your Accor welcome drink — this should have been part of your arrival experience, and we understand the disappointment. Please know your feedback is being shared with our team to ensure improvements are made. We found the staff very polite and friendly. We were not happy with the particular unit in which we have stayed in previously. The coffee table has a large glass top which is quite dangerous. The long lounge is far too deep and most difficult to get out of and requires many cushions to bring one foreward to be comfortable at all. My husband has mobility problems and uses a wheely walker and find the glass topped coffee table as I said very dangerous.

We had a Hens party and chose to stay at the Zanzibar, it was amazing, easy access to hotel, very clean rooms and facilities and perfect spot as you walk out onto the main esplanade. Staff were so helpful and lovely.
