I had originally booked at the Sirocco which is next door to the Zanzibar. I received a called from the Office Manager, Amanda, a week before who advised that there was an issue with the room's air conditioner and it was unlikely that the parts would arrive in time for our stay. Amanda was checking that it would be okay to move to the another property and it would be an upgrade to a 3-bedroom unit. Amanda was amazing. I was concerned that the new unit wouldn't be as nice and smaller. How wrong could I be? The unit we were given was immaculate and stunning. I have never been in such a well equipped unit. The only thing that Amanda ensured that we had was a Nespresso machine which was available in our original booking. Amanda also offered to take photos of the new unit to ensure I was happy with the replacement but I trusted her judgement. The ocean views from the balcony were lovely. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the spa in the master bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything you could possibly need. We were also unexpectedly arriving later due to bad weather and their after hours check-in procedure was informative and easy to follow. I'd definitely come back because of the amazing service I received from Amanda and of course the stunning unit. What a professional and caring person! She will definitely go far with her attitude and attention to detail. Please pass on my sincere thanks.

The staff reception was lovely and very helpful. She made us feel very welcome and suggested to sign up for Accor for the benefits which was great. She gave us vouchers for ‘The Pavilion’ which was very thoughtful and handy for us as we had the whole family staying there. The room was very big and spacious. Fit the 7 of us really well. Was so happy that we could request for a rollaway bed, all beds were very comfy! Balcony view was great! The room was just a little bit dusty and outdated. The floors were very sticky, there was rubbish under the couch and crumbs from food when we arrived . Doesn’t seem like the room was cleaned thoroughly. The dishes weren’t really clean either, I had to rewash them in hot water before use. The speaker in the living room next to the TV didn’t work. Other than that, the staff were 10/10. The pool was lovely as well as the location which we were able to walk down to Sea Life to take my nephew and go out to dinner/breaky as well as enjoy the beach.

This was not the accommodation we originally booked. Apparently there was a double booking and we had to be moved. This particular hotel is dated. There was far too much noise beneath us as renovations were underway, so there was no rest throughout the day. Guests in the unit above us were constantly dragging chairs across the floor. Very annoying. Will never return and will never recommend this complex.
