We had a great room with a lovely view of ocean ,the but is, had a penthouse & expected to use the BBQ, spa & outdoor deck area. I had rung & discussed the difference between that & level 2 spa room, I was told that could be noisier. No mention of the hideous staircase to the rooftop.let alone how you get food etc up there & dont have an accident on the way down. So I paid for a 2 bedroom, only two of us , if I had know this I wouldnt have booked it so extremely disapppointed.

Our experience was very good. Apartment was clean & well presented. Being an older person I did find the spa bath/shower in the ensuite a little hard to get in and out of.
