Dear Lee, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us for 13 days. We appreciate you sharing your experience regarding the servicing frequency during your stay. Please note that our housekeeping service for extended stays is scheduled after every 8th night and then weekly thereafter, in line with our accommodation policy. We understand this may not suit every guest arrangement, particularly with higher occupancy apartments, and we appreciate your comments as they help us continue improving the guest experience.
