Wet weekend. Mooloolaba is beautiful rain, hail or shine.

Enjoyed the apartment and staff were excellent but must say the jackhammering in apartment above was a bit much on 3 full days.

Comfortable stay

Hi Jenny, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us — we really appreciate it. We understand your comments regarding the accommodation feeling a little outdated. Your suggestions around replacing spa baths with walk-in showers, upgrading to Smart TVs, and introducing king beds in all main bedrooms are very helpful, and we will certainly pass this feedback on to our owners and management team for consideration in future refurbishment plans. We’re also sorry to hear the Wi-Fi did not meet expectations. Reliable connectivity is important, and we’ll review this with our provider to see where improvements can be made. Regarding the pool temperature, we appreciate the feedback. Pool heating can vary depending on weather conditions and seasonal settings, but we understand comfort is key and will raise this with the team. It’s wonderful to hear that the cleanliness of the apartment couldn’t be faulted — our housekeeping team will be so pleased to receive that recognition. Thank you again for your honest feedback. Room was smelly, like blue cheese
