Firstly, I'd like to apologise that your ALL Platinum status wasn't recognised on arrival. We truly value our loyal members, and I'm sorry that you didn't receive the recognition you should have. I'm also very sorry to hear about the condition and cleanliness of your apartment. The issues you described, particularly the bathroom, are simply not acceptable and are certainly not the standard we aim to provide. I've shared your feedback with our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams so the apartment can be thoroughly inspected and the necessary improvements made. I'm equally disappointed to hear about your check-out experience. While I'm pleased your check-in was friendly, it's upsetting to know your final impression of our hotel was such a negative one.
