Great location, run down resort

The location was so good, close to the beach and restaurants. The staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The resort itself leaves plenty to be desired. Our room had two bedrooms without aircon, the kids barely slept. The staff said the aircon was due to be replaced in a few months.. AFTER summer! The fridge wasn’t working on check in which wasn’t great for a Christmas shop! The room clean wasn’t up to standard, balcony dirty and dirty tissues left on the bedside. The pool cut up my son’s feet as the pebblecrete needs to be filled with grout, and big holes in the floor of the pool. For a nearly $1000 a night stay for a little over a week(with no room clean the entire time).. I feel like it isn’t worth the money.

Perfect position but sub par apartment.

There’s a lot to like about mantra Zanzibar like the location and the helpful staff but the apartment itself was disappointing. Although the panoramic views were incredible, there was little else to like. The furniture was cheap and dated, the dishwasher had to be replaced, the dryer had to be repaired, the en-suite shower is lethal to climb in and out of, there were no bbq tools for the onsite bbq, forks were sparse, the second bedroom was super cramped with 2 single beds in it and there was no room clean within the 9 nights we stayed. Photos did not accurately depict what we got :(

Place was run down and had to get maintenance to fix the dryer. Lights not working as well. Needs a revamp. Not alot of room to park vehilce as there was a storage locker in the bay.
