Great location. Rooms and hotel amenities old and run down. Overpriced and realistically a 3.5 star at best hotel

We moved into a unit that was extremely wet and kept on getting wet, it was a slip hazard and very unpleasant. We were moved which was good, we went out to dinner at See and when we returned we could get in, go up in the lift but the card would not open the door to our unit. We called after hours but security could not come for over an hour. By the time we got back into our unit, it was 12.30am so not a pleasant experience.

We sincerely apologise for the condition of the initial unit, particularly the excessive moisture and dampness, which understandably created a safety concern and unpleasant environment. While we’re glad, our team was able to relocate you, we regret that this disruption occurred at all. We are especially sorry for the inconvenience you experienced later that evening when your room access card failed to open your unit and the extended delay in after-hours assistance. Being unable to access your accommodation late at night is certainly not acceptable, and we understand how distressing this would have been, particularly when travelling as a family. Your comments regarding response times have been shared with our management and after-hours support teams for review. Your feedback about the overall condition of the building and units, including concerns around dampness and comfort, has also been noted and escalated as part of our ongoing maintenance and refurbishment discussions. Great layout, well located. Air con was annoying as it was not consistent throughout e.g. one room was an icebox. WiFi & lack of streaming terrible for this day and age.

TV and Wi-Fi need work in room 605. Other then that it was a great holiday spot
