My family and I experience was amazing. Staff really well mannered. We had asked for a room to pray in and they were so pleasant about it, no questions asked. Overall a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

You need to love to walk. The water view was a pandanus view. There was no lighting in the room, only a lamp beside the bed and a light at the door. I had trouble doing any sort of work at the desk. The carpet was old and dirty and the room needed a paint. The block out curtain's track was had it and I had a lot of trouble closing it. There were large mosquitos in the room when I arrived. Plenty of towels which was nice. Hard to find the room if you drive there as the signage is terrible. A lot of people were walking around lost looking for their rooms. The stairwells looked like the staff access. Needs a good clean. I won't be rushing back especially at that price.

Could not connect online, except in the evening after dinner. Poor connectivity by cell too. Amazing nature preserve. Much better connections at less expensive hotels.

The stay itself was relatively fine but the process leading up to our event was unpleasant. There were issues leading up to the start, some of which were the fault of our organisation but the way in which I was spoke to on the phone on more than one occasion coupled with poor email communications was unacceptable from my perspective. The two people in question were Tayla Revel and Jenna Cosgrove. Tayla's responsiveness and clarity in communication I found to be less than ideal, but in fairness to her I found her pleasant and easy to work with in person when on location. Jenna however, was extremely unpleasant to communicate with and I have never been spoken to with such contempt by a hospitality professional before. I would have emails go unreplied to or take over 24 hours to provide an insufficient response. When on the phone (which was a challenge to have happen) I was constantly spoken over top of and when attempting to clarify potential issues her tone and response was highly combative and, frankly, seemed aimed to make me feel like a jerk. It was significant enough of an issue that I felt entirely unwelcome to reach out at all after multiple negative interactions. As for the stay itself, The rooms met our standards and the facility was enjoyed by all. I would say, though, that the room which our conference was held is due for a deep clean. The caked on dust on the ceiling fans is quite unattractive.

The bed was comfortable but the room was far too cold no matter what the temperate was set to. The heat function didn't seem to work. I've left with the flu. Room was far too far away from the conference I was there for and there was no sound deadening. I could hear the room next door cough quite easily and other noises meaning a thorough sleep was not possible either.
