I was there for a conference however I would definitely return. I found the location superb and quiet. Lots of activities, loved the kangaroos onsite and the close walking distance to the beach. The pool area and restaurant/bars are in reach of one another. Perfect stay if you are looking for downtime.

Rooms need upgrading, beds were uncomfortable, there was a mouldy stench in the room, walls had moisture on them & carpet felt damp when we walked on the floor. A/C wasn't working well at all & no ceiling fan to cool the room down.

We were given the wrong room on arrival, there was another couple in our room, air conditioning not working in our room, refrigerator not working in our room, sheets had stains of them, then our complimentary chocolates in the new room were covered in ants, the room was leaking, water on the roof rafters, wet carpet in the middle of the room and at the bottom of the window, the experience was HORRIFIC, I expected a much higher standard from the Novotel!

I was extremely disappointed in the state of the rooms.. I think the rooms need a complete renovation..very run down dark and musty.
