Resort facilities were lovely and a high standard. The room however, was a bit disappointing in standard of finishes.It appeared to be clean, but needs updating. We were in the suite at the very rear of the resort..

Excellent activities such as Kayaking, terrible room decoration and unprofessional reception

I stayed at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort as an Accor Live Limitless Platinum member and was very disappointed with the reception service. My status was not acknowledged at check-in, no benefits were explained, and I was incorrectly told that complimentary breakfast was not available due to Australia Day. No follow-up was provided despite being told it would be checked. My room was also located next to the laundry, with significant noise overnight, and no alternative room or upgrade was offered. That said, the resort facilities, activities, and restaurant staff were excellent and good value. Unfortunately, the unprofessional and inconsistent front desk experience significantly detracted from what should have been a relaxing holiday.

Absolutely amazing. The Novotel Twin Waters Resort is one of a kind. The best in Australia. It’s perfect for couples and families with the extensive activities over the water, fantastic food and beverage menu, the most incredible staff that go above and beyond for guest satisfaction and if your looking for something truly magical , the unique overwater bungalows are just magical. I cannot thank Thomas and all the staff there enough for the best stay we have had in many years. Treasured memories made.

The food both at our function and for breakfast were good. The gardens and surrounds were beutifully maintained. The rooms were worn though and I was dissapointed with the length of the wait for the room to be ready with no prior notifidcation.
