Always enjoy our stay here. Great location with many facilities. Upgraded to a suite over the lagoon which was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. The new bar area near the pool is a great new venue. So many facilities to use and enjoy.

The new look is fantastic. Food overpriced but drinks are at a decent price. Stuff is exceptional. Everyone at the resort was courteous and genuinely nice. My suite was very old, not worth the money spent. Overall, being my favourite resort, the weekend away from work, was good.

Food and atmosphere water sports are great I was in a wheelchair as I had a work injury I found it very hard to get around from the pool area up to the restaurant no ramps this is something that needs to be catered for people withinjuries, disabilities etc unless we went all the way back around to the front, the pathway are very rough in some parts there is raised areas in the pathway it was great my husband could push me the entire way around the complex

We were there as part of a Christmas party on the beach. Everything for the event was lovely until one of the group got his guitar and started singing. Apparently there were complaints and he was made stop. I was a guest so I’m not sure if the organizers were aware of time restrictions for noise. We arrived around 8.30 on the Friday night and after checking in were directed to our room. Being dark we found it a little hard to find even though we had a map and there were signs. The food at the deck restaurant was lovely but we were disappointed we couldn’t get a coffee afterwards but plenty of alcohol if we wanted. We enjoyed sitting in our little outside area having some breakfast watching the world go by.

Everything over the 2 nights great. Like the new foyer layout and no more chlorine smell. Shame our favourite bar Aqua and seating spot was closed. The new bar is still a great addition just a little open to the elements. Staff as always are great. Saturday night buffet is awesome.

Couldn't check in till 2.30pm which was disappointing as we were so tired and just wanted to ditch our bags and unwind. Couldn't find a carpark either. Had drive around 3 times until someone else left.

We sampled the Friday seafood buffet and breakfast buffet, excellent. The room was clean and adequate but tired in decor. Staff were professional and helpful. Daytime bars and food were great. Didn't do the pool recreational stuff but they were having fun.

Air conditioner stopped working

Air conditioner stopped working at midnight. We could not sleep after fixing and it stopped again. Didn't bother to call again at 2 am. The room is a bit old need to be refurbished or cleaned probably. Dust landed on the kettle without cleaning.

We upgraded to a suite as I am disabled at double the cost of the original booking and upon arrival was very dissatisfied as the suite was furthest from the car park and I found it very hard to walk the distance and when we got to the suite, found we could not open the door as the key had not been calibrated correctly and my husband had to return to reception and sort it out and I had to stay outside in the heat and wait for him to return. When we finally got inside it was uncomfortably warm and we had to request a fan. This was our third visit and was looking forward to our short break, but found the suite dated and uncomfortable. I reported the faults ie. toilet flush getting stuck, kitchen sink blocking up, insufficient electrical outlets, etc. and as I mentioned in this survey and to the booking office, hence the upgrade that I was disabled and have trouble with mobility but on no occasion was I asked if I needed any help with luggage ect. My husband is 78 years of age and had to manage by himself.

the resort is wonderful and relaxing. so close to the beach. The rooms are little tired but very comfortable. the restaurant is overpriced and only buffet available. Bar snacks and meals are reasonable.

We were eventually greeted at reception after waiting in the correct line. We were given our key, quickly given a map and then sent on our way. First time at the resort so we weren't familiar with it at all. Rooms were run down and it looked like it needed an overall clean and upgrade.
