Checking in and parking and finding the room was a major problem. Place was unsafe and poorly signed. Rooms were old and tired. Construction going on so hopefully the place gets a major facelift.

We have stayed at the Break Free before which is why we returned. The unit we had was a generous size but is overdue for some updates. The two lounge couches need replacing the bathrooms could do with a bit of work.

The online advertising compared to the room that was allocated, was disappointing. $355 for one night and the spa bath on the verandah couldn’t even hold water to enjoy a bath. Whilst the location was great, it was extremely over priced for such a dated and worn room.

After booking we were told the pool was inoperable , which was ok with us we had a rooftop spa room. On arrival we found out The spa did not work. We reported to the front desk and they sent a man up to have a look and he confirmed it was broken and could not be fixed during our stay . Front desk told us we would receive a call from the manager on Tuesday 8/10 . We have still not received any phone call .
