We’re so pleased you enjoyed our attractive location, close to both the beach and town centre, as well as the rooftop jacuzzi and BBQ area, they are certainly guest favourites. We appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the apartment presentation and outdoor area. As our units are individually owned, we will be sharing your comments with the owner of Unit 53 as part of our ongoing improvement program. Your suggestion regarding clearer instructions for the jacuzzi is also a great one, and we will look into implementing this to improve the guest experience. I do apologise for the inconvenience with the folding bed not being prepared prior to your arrival.
