We were very disappointed as we could not use the ensuite as the spa bath was very high and an 80 year old man could not get in to shower, it was suggested that the shower in the gym was a walk in, and he could shower done there, this was not an option when you are on the seventh floor, the kitchen had an ant problem, the number of items listed on cupboards needs to be updated as not all there, no televisions in the bedrooms. The staff were very pleasant and tried to assist us. Thank you
