Great family stay with rooftop spa. Close to shops, market, foreshore walks, playground and beach. Only downside was the pool renovation but will be ok for our next trip!

Well located - though too hard to get to Reception via going outside & steps when I had a mobility walker !!

Lots of dust on ceiling fan in twin room & also on bedheads Black muck at back of hand basin in ensuite Ironing board cover was a ripped disgrace - I had to put a blanket on top to press a $1,000 chiffon costume!

Our stay was great! However the pool area was under construction ! We had been notified of this prior to our stay! We were not aware of how difficult it would be to get around the hotel to visit our friends! I think we would stay at break free again but would like better information as to anything happening and its repercussions!

Our stay was comfortable but the rooms need updating. The decor is from the 1990's so well overdue to be done. I am sure they will be as the lobby has been and looks great and outside the pool area is under renovation.
