With a three year old and a five year old and their parents, we needed a three bedroom apartment. Being on the eleventh level was concerning but once we drew the boundaries with the kiddos, all was well. The furniture was rundown and could use replacement but we got by for four nights. The property staff was very accommodating with extra coffee or dishwasher detergent and pool towels. Parking in the garage was helpful as the property is located on a busy street. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby kept us supplied well.

Upgraded to 3 bedroom but we weren’t to use the 3rd bedroom. This was in the tower so nowhere near the beach and no real view of the beach so that was disappointing

Stay in 2 different room, first room was very nice, second room, unacceptable, refused to stay in it. Third room run down, rooms 63 & 70

Dear Guest, Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really glad to hear you enjoyed your first room, but I’m very sorry the rest of your experience didn’t live up to that. I completely understand how frustrating it would be to have to move rooms more than once, especially when the following rooms didn’t meet expectations. I’m sorry that one of the rooms was not acceptable, and that the other felt run down. That’s certainly not the standard we want for our guests, and I’ll be following this up with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so we can address these issues properly. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and I’m sorry we couldn’t provide a smooth and comfortable stay throughout. It was fine but the room was dated, no matching wine glasses and no wifi available.
