Hotel is good, location perfect, staff friendly and breakfast meeting expectations. Slept well, the bed is comfortable with good mattress and pillows which is the essential. However the bathroom is dated. The sink was broken, the tap threw out more water sideways then to the sink which wet my whole toilet bag, the shower has most of the holes stuffed with no water coming out evenly and there wasn't a lot of water pressure. Oh well, it was functional, but I would expect more from Pullmann.

service overall needs to be improved. Front office is not on top of things and front office manager is rude - questioned if guest is saying truth instead of checking his employee who gave false information. Accor should consider changing the hotel management entirely- unsuitable to run a five star hotel in prime business area.

Nice room, clean and good amenities, friendly staffs! Both of the agents at Front Desk (Mr. Yoann and Ms. Kalhee) was very helpful and offered a very warm-welcome! Breakfast was good!
