Overall good. At my arrival, i had to come back to the reception as the key card did not work. Finally i was allocated another room as the lock seemed out of order. The rest was good. Good breakfast.

Elevators are really too slow, they stop at every floor, and it takes a while to wait and then to go up and down

Our four elevators with key card access prioritize guest security while moving between floors, though we regret any inconvenience caused during peak times. It was a 4-day professional stay where the location was a deciding factor. I must highlight the comfort of the room, which is definitely a plus. However, I have to mention that the staff's organization could be improved. Upon check-in, there were six people at the front desk, but only one was serving customers, causing an unnecessary queue. Additionally, a deposit was made to the room account to cover breakfast; nevertheless, I was charged again at the breakfast room. This forced me to go back to reception and then back to the breakfast area to get a refund. Finally, the shower pressure could and should be better. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The room had a noticeable smoky odor, which caused discomfort. Housekeeping service was inconsistent; on the first day, drinking water was not provided, and on the final day, the towels were not replaced
