The room in itself was fine, however the matras was horrible. It was extremely hard with no flexibility. Aweful!

The breakfast experience was horrible. There wasn't a single seat available including at the bar, yet at the entrance they continued letting people in and only opened an additional room quite late. It was loud, busy and wasn't appealing to have breakfast at all. It felt like everyone had to rush having breakfast. The elevators are not great either, you push the button to go up, it goes up, in between someone else enters and wants to go down and it goes down instead of going to your floor first.
