Good hotel in LaDefense area in Paris. Very comfortable and big rooms. Delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, I have been charged twice for my one night stay in the hotel and have not received any reply from the hotel on my claim.

Fine. I wouldn't recommend the hotel as it was expensive for what it offers. The gym is severely lacking. Actually, it's a bit of a joke.

The hotel and rooms were excellent The breakfast experience was terrible If you have to pay lots of euro's for your breakfast it should be good First you have to stand in a line of people because the server has to check each and everyone and than bring the person to a table before helping the next person, and than she has to print a ticket which you have to sign After you finally sit you have to search for a coffee machine which does not work because there is no water in the machine and the machine is totally not suited for a hotel like Pullman replace the machine with a good and fast service So breakfast was a disaster

It was ok but nothing exceptional. The rooms could be refurbished as they are a bit dated. Couldn't open the window for fresh air which was quite unpleasant. And price of breakfast over priced.

lovely hotel, nice friendly front of house staff. Check in and out is very efficient. A bit slow getting a table at breakfast. Process seems a bit inefficient. The man who cooks the eggs is fantastic. Really professional and fast.

After several hotels in Germany, I was happy to stay in a French hotel. The restaurant has tasty French cuisine. Both room and bathroom were very clean. The remote control had batteries. And finally, nice people at the reception.
