It was a 4-day professional stay where the location was a deciding factor. I must highlight the comfort of the room, which is definitely a plus. However, I have to mention that the staff's organization could be improved. Upon check-in, there were six people at the front desk, but only one was serving customers, causing an unnecessary queue. Additionally, a deposit was made to the room account to cover breakfast; nevertheless, I was charged again at the breakfast room. This forced me to go back to reception and then back to the breakfast area to get a refund. Finally, the shower pressure could and should be better. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The room had a noticeable smoky odor, which caused discomfort. Housekeeping service was inconsistent; on the first day, drinking water was not provided, and on the final day, the towels were not replaced

The staff was immensely nice, every single employee was nice to us and we were treated with such respect and kindness. The room was very clean and had all the right necessities. Breakfast was wonderful

I used to stay at this hotel but this time the room was without AC and hardly you can breathe at the room i complained about this and some people told me it is beacuse winter and others told me ac is broken down my concern is it is my freedom to use ac and if the ac is broken and you knw it why you allocate such room to customers
