Our Diamond members deserve seamless service, and we regret the challenges with your room arrangements and technical aspects of your stay. While all our rooms feature individually controlled air conditioning with extra fans available, we understand this wasn’t your experience. Our team remains available around the clock to address any room comfort needs immediately. Regarding financial procedures, our damage deposit policy requires pre-authorization but doesn’t restrict restaurant purchases. We’re reviewing this misunderstanding with our staff to prevent recurrence. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
