I could ned get a key to the room because the internet was down

The room was generally clean, though a large cockroach was present. During breakfast, the staff appeared overwhelmed; I received the wrong omelet, the hot water dispenser was unavailable, and repeated requests for hot water went unanswered. Several items were also not replenished.
