We arrived around 1:30pm. We had asked for an early check in. They said that the room was not ready and to come back around 3pm. I went back to check in at 3:30 and the room still was not ready. The employee offered for us to go to a smaller room and to transfer to our suite later. After refusing to do that, the manager came and offered us another suite that was ready but not the one we had reserved. We took the room since we were tired. Then the next day they dropped another client’s dry cleaning ($208 worth) in our room. We took the clothes back to the front desk. We asked for service at night and we were charged $22.

Once is chance, twice is coincidence, three times is a pattern. This is my third encounter with your group, and I am deeply disappointed. Most recently at Pullman Paris La Défense, I arrived at 9 AM after a 9-hour trip with a group of 18 people, including families with young children. Despite arriving well before the standard check-in time of 3 PM, we were told to wait until 5 PM. After waiting for several hours, we still hadn’t been checked in. While the location is good, the lack of respect and poor service make it not worth it.

The room was clean, staff were amazing but foods was not God because myself and my baby vomiting after we had had diner from the restaurant.
