This hotel definitely does not match the Pullman standard, best case Novotel's or Mercure's ... Computer systems down 3 days in a row, queu's for breakfast, rather poor breakfast buffet for 28 € (if I remember well), average standard restaurant & bar ... Have a better souvenir of Hilton La Défense and although I am Accor loyalty program member, next time it will be Hilton ...

The hotel was busy over the weekend and the flaw in their catering was exposed. The breakfast room was dreadful, it was like a motorway services, busy, noisy and running out of food. not at all a 4* experience. No better than a much cheaper motel. There were issues with the IT in the rooms meaning we couldn't access Netflix. It took three calls to Reception before a technician arrived. He said he needed replacement equipment, and was never seen again. Missing grout in the bathroom probably accounted for the smell of drains in there. Not how we expected to spend our 30th Wedding Anniversary. No reply to email either.
