Nice employees at the reception. The lady who checked in was really cordial and helpful. Breakfast staff needs to upgrade little bit manners. Otherwise everything was perfect .

My stay was great, the staff were incredibly helpful at reception and were able to communicate in both English and French. The breakfast staff, Noman, Sulman and Arthur were also very helpful to me with things I needed.

I must say waiting to get key card and going up and down to go to the defense is not great. But lift not working (key card on one side) and very lobby.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It is situated very convenient near the Westfield mall and train en metro station. The connection to Paris city centre is also just a short 15 minute trip with the train or metro. We were lucky to be upgraded to a corner suite, so coming “home” in the hotel after being outdoors was very nice.
