Very good stay, very friendly and helpful staff with a very comfortable and quality accommodation. The room was quiet, clean, high quality, and there wasn't any issue during the whole stay. The breakfast was good as well. Amazing stay overall for a very affordable price!

Please read the feedback I have provided below. nice staff good breakfast and staff very friendly only thing missing in the room were 'hooks' or something to hang your coat. Specially when it rains it is not handy to hang your coat in the closet

excellent stay reception great service. only one comment that it is external the stair to go to la Defense Arch didn't work properly difficult to the people that has problems or luggage.

I am amazed by the team and the hotel itself. Great service, super comfortable bed, I feel like heaven. Delicious breakfast which will be missed by me... First stay we had bath but didn’t in our second stay also not very clean stains on carpet and phone is yellow colour. Would rate a firm 4*The breakfast is good and the bar. We was charged twice for dinner and this is ongoing.. so not very professional.

My family & I stayed at your hotel from 2/13-2/17. I anticipated a five-star experience based on previous reviews however I was sadly disappointed. The sheets were dirty & the overall cleanliness of the rooms were below average. There was a lingering foul smell throughout the lobby of the hotel & in the hallways. Your room service line was always busy after midnight so it was impossibly to place an order & you ran out of Sprite throughout the entire stay. I was very disappointed with our stay and it did not meet our level of expectations.

it was only one night for business, the room was clean and spacious but the shower was cold no matter how long I left it to run even turning it off and leaving a few minutes
