Hakim from the room service was really helpful. Overall the staff was very welcoming Otherwise, the facilities are quite old and there are way too much single usage disposable items.

Had a great experience with the services team who really looked after me. Daniel was very entertaining as was Koray. Never felt more relaxed with the team from the Bar and the restaurant. Shift manager was on the ball and was not afraid to get involved. Service areas in other hotels could take a lesson from these guys. Only input I have is that your cocktails need more work on. Not enough selection and variation.

I had a relaxing stay. This is an ideal location if you want to stay on the outskirts of Paris on a weekend when it is quiet or if you are working in La Defence in the week. I stayed over the weekend and it was very quiet. There is a huge shopping mall a couple of minutes wall, opposite the hotel. The Metro into Central Paris takes 15-30 minutes depending on where you are heading and is less than 2 euros. Staff were friendly, even when passing me while walking around the hotel. The cleaning service in my room was fantastic. Tea and face towels were replaced. I would stay here again!

No more Fitness Room Mini bar always blocked and/or not refilled despite having the right to 2 soft drinks per day. What's the point of having 2 soft drinks offerred, if the bar is not refilled. This was really cheap.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable- could feel the springs! Room was very stuffy - air conditioning appeared not to work.

Had to do a last-minute change to my travel plans, and the hotel was able to quickly accommodate. They also upgraded my room to the Presidential Suite (I was the "customer of the day")! It was terrific. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant was excellent. Great experience.

The cleaning service arrives to clean my room between 4- 4:45 PM each day. The bedsheets had stains on them on the first night, the room was cold, the heating system was not working. After I raised it to the staff, I was given a small electric heater for the 4 nights. The bed is old and really needs to be replaced for some time. The only plus is the location, as it's convenient if you work in La Defense, but the stay was definitely a bad surprise. My room was 920

I stayed at the Pullman for 2 days on a work trip. The office I was visiting was close by and it was easy to get to the hotel from the Eurostar. Staff were all very helpful and friendly and the rooms were of a good standard.

Restaurant service is especially poor. 30 Euro for cold food or a long stand in the line at the grill for undercooked food. When I asked for coffee, the host said right a way and went away to do something else so it never came. Results were the same for the 4 days there and for the last stay there. We had 10 people in the hotel, booked a conference room twice, when asking the host for something he said 'ok I don't know maybe you can call room service" Beds are horrible

Value wise is very good, rooms are a bit of modest design but very clean and quiet. Area for breakfast is not spacious for the size of the hotel so one might experience waiting in line to get a table, which might be inconvenient if you are in a hurry. Breakfast is nice - french style deli.
