The hotel is a little away from Paris center but located close to metro and RER lines, from where it’s 10-15 minutes to major attractions. The rooms are small but comfortable and it’s perfect after long walking days. There is a mall above the metro/RER stations and hence plenty of options to eat and buy water /juices for the day. Breakfast was simple but enough. Staff were friendly and ready to help.

It's my second time at this establishment and I have no complains. Vincent (I hope I got his name right) who did my check in was so friendly and welcoming and patient. I noticed that shower soap dispenser was empty, he took the time to prepare it and explain to me how to use it. He was so helpful. Just because of the quality of people and customer relations, I would return again. The room is up to standard, clean, no smell, comfortable. I would suggest having bot hard and soft pillows available.

My family and I stayed here for a few days. We enjoyed the place, which has a good location, and the breakfast with fruits was nice. There are a few things that can be improved, for example, providing facial tissue in the room. Also, the soft bed is not very comfortable, and the springs are honestly very noisy.

My experience at Ibis Hotel Puteaux is usually very good. Although this time I have encountered some issues - Airconditionning was not working properly in my room (while the heat outside was very high) - the room was smelling cold cigaret while it was supposed to be non smoking

No recognition of Platinum status with no upgrade proposed, room preference not given, welcome drink not offered. Breakfast experience was similar to a bad school canteen one. Stay was good, however I would expect the bottle of water to be replenished on a daily basis. Also water pressure in the shower was low and temperature variated from cool to hot all the time. These shower issues occured no matter of time of using it (morning, evening, middle of the night). Breakfast could offer more however I guess this "standard" is common among hotels in France. Other than that good stay and I might return on my next business trip.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is well located, 10 mins from La Defense station, and from there you can go anywhere basically. The breakfast was nice and with many options! The room was cleaned and big enough! I highly recommend this place!

The stay was quiet and comfortable. The only point I'd like to mention - there was a wall pocket with hygienic bags in the bathroom, but it was not possible to get a bag out to put used hygiene supplies in. Trash bins also did not have any liners inside, which created some issues. It would be good to have an option for accessible hygienic packages and/or trash bags in the rooms.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed at your hotel from April 25 to April 30, 2026, in room 215, together with my wife and two children. During the first two days of our stay, we purchased several souvenirs in Paris with a total value of approximately 85 euros. These items were stored in a black paper bag with a PSG logo, which was kept next to my bed in the room. On the last day of our stay, when we returned to the room to pack our belongings, we discovered that the bag was missing. I immediately reported the issue to the reception desk, and a staff member came to the room to assist in searching for it. Unfortunately, the bag was not found. Given the circumstances, I have reason to believe that the bag may have been removed from the room while we were out. Each day, we left the room at around 10:00 AM and returned at approximately 9:00 PM. I kindly request that you investigate this matter and arrange for the return of the missing items to my address in Poland via FedEx. If the items cannot be located, I expect compensation in the amount of 85 euros. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly and professionally. Otherwise, I will be forced to share my experience publicly. I look forward to your response. Yours faithfully, Rafal
