Great hotel. Only check in was a bit long waiting until someone showed up.

Miss a normal reception, rooms are OK but not extra ordinary. Price of 200 Euro a night is high. Location is great to access La Défense

Two days for visiting family

My room was very cold and the AC/Heating control was not working. I made reception aware but they told me heating was not being switched on until end of October. I found this odd because there was heating in the reception area. I was not offered a different room. There was also ongoing construction and the noise levels started up around 8am on Saturday morning. This should have been stated when reserving the hotel that there is ongoing construction....

The hotel no way deserve 4 star rating

Nice, comfortable and clean room on a short walking distance to the Metro station #1 which leads you to the main attractions of the city.

It is amazing!!!! There is friendly personal! You have attract modern design!! I would like add in breakfast vegetables and boiled oatmeal.

I felt very welcomed, the room was nice and comfortable, the breakfast tasty even if not very varied and the hotel itself is easy to reach and in a chic area.

The hotel was on good location and 10min walk from a Defence shopping Cetre. Hotel is newbuilt, but the rooms are quite spartanly decorated and nothing additionally except from a small round tabel with a chare work conduting andy work (at least the room I had), could have something more as the room is quite big anyhow. Breafast OK and as usual standar for Ibis, you had free coffe and crossaints also in the evening just to take with you or eat at the lobby.

Location is really not the best feature of your hotel, but naturally I accepted it during the booking. I was not really satisfied with the breakfasts. No variety, croissants were not refilled, there was huge mess with freshly squeezed orange juice (which is great idea BTW). Also I requested to be invoiced on my comapny's name where I received invoice with my personal name on it wihtout VAT-EU number.

Very nice staff but there are a few things that upset me. First I was asked once again for my credit card while I gave already all the details when I booked accomodation. And I would expect a slighltly more trustful relationship with platinum customers. Then I did not have a remote control in my room. Then no indication on the phone or in the room on to how to call reception. So I had to go back to reception to ask for one. Then it was the day of a champions league game with PSG. It is really a shame that we can not watch on the TV the game whose main sponsor is accor. Eventually I am chocked by the price increase of accor hotel in Paris. I was used to going to the pullman La Defense. Too expensive now. And this Ibis is also very expensive . If it continues line that, i am going to consider to go elsewhere
