Your team were very friendly and helpful, including the breakfast staff. The choice for breakfast was just enough. We were very grateful for the coffee machines. The only reason i havent given it a 10 was because there was no sink in the toilet and the bathroom was the other side of the bedroom. However, I would definitely stay in the room again as the size was brilliant.

Olympics S. Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

Very nice decoration and facilities. Great room Size and view. However, the air con did not seem to work well. Reception staff were great and pleasant. Unfortunately let down by housekeeping. The floor wasn’t hoovered once whilst we were there. Quite regularly did not have new coffee cups provided so no wake up coffee (as they were paper cups). Rubbish left around if we hadn’t put it into the bin (not intentionally trying to create extra work for staff but if we have left an old used paper coffee cup on the side, we would have expected it to go)
