Great location, friendly staff, and easy to sleep at night as the location is away from major roads. You can sleep with a window open. Will be back when next l am in Paris as the location is near the shopping center and train station meant no taxi's.

Great stay for a work trip. An easy walk to the train, space was comfortable and the bed was great. Staff were very helpful

We stayed in this hotel because of a concert in Plenitude Arena. This Arena is easily reachable in a maximum of 10 minutes' walk. The Défense Arch and shopping centres are also within walking distance. The hotel room was spacious and in the modern style of Adagio aparthotels. The breakfast was very good, very extensive. In conclusion: if you need to be in the La Défense area, this aparthotel is worth considering.

My Allaccor points were not credited for last year stay of 6 months. Hotel ppl not taking any responsibility. no support.

The room are comfortable, breakfast room is very clean. The residence is well located. Nevertheless, front desk staff seems not informed about All Accor loyalty card and that's a shame. The flat is well furnished

One Remark, i scheduled towels change but nothing happened..

I had an extremely disappointing and, frankly, pathetic experience during my stay at Adagio. Unfortunately, the problems were not limited to one isolated incident; they appear to reflect serious shortcomings in the property’s facilities, management, and the attitude of some members of staff. The behaviour of the staff has been one of the biggest disappointments. Several members of staff have been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful when guests have raised genuine concerns. Instead of trying to understand the problem or find a reasonable solution, the attitude on several occasions has been that guests should simply accept the situation. This is particularly frustrating when you are staying for an extended period and paying for accommodation that is expected to provide a basic level of comfort and service. More seriously, I also experienced behaviour from certain members of staff that I found discriminatory and racist in nature. I do not make this allegation lightly. The manner in which we were spoken to and treated on certain occasions was completely unacceptable and left me with the impression that we were not being treated with the same level of respect and consideration that any guest should reasonably expect. This is something that management should investigate seriously rather than dismiss as a simple misunderstanding. The condition and facilities of the property are another major concern. There are two lifts serving the property, both of which are in a very dilapidated condition, and it is common for only one of them to be operational at a time. This creates significant inconvenience, particularly for families, guests carrying luggage, and anyone with mobility difficulties. For a property accommodating a substantial number of guests, having unreliable lift facilities is simply not acceptable. The most unacceptable issue, however, has been the complete lack of air conditioning. During an extreme heatwave, guests are effectively left to cope with the heat on their own. This is not a minor inconvenience. The rooms can become extremely uncomfortable, particularly for families with young children. When we requested an additional fan because we are a family of three, the response was essentially that only one fan could be provided and that we should share it. That response was incredibly disappointing. Asking a family of three to "share" a single fan during extreme heat, when the property has no air conditioning, demonstrates a complete lack of empathy and customer service. We were not asking for a luxury or unreasonable upgrade; we were asking for a basic measure to make the room tolerable during exceptionally hot weather. What makes the situation worse is the apparent lack of willingness to find solutions. When a guest raises a problem, the reasonable expectation is that staff will at least try to help. Instead, our experience has repeatedly been that concerns are met with indifference, excuses, or an attitude suggesting that guests should simply manage with whatever is available. For a hotel/aparthotel operating under the Adagio brand, I expected a much higher standard. The combination of poor staff attitude, inadequate facilities, unreliable lifts, lack of air conditioning, and the refusal to provide even a second fan for a family of three has made the stay extremely unpleasant. I strongly believe that management needs to review both the condition of the property and the behaviour of its staff. In particular, the concerns regarding discriminatory/racist treatment should be taken seriously and investigated properly. Guests should be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their nationality, background, or appearance. Overall, I would not recommend this property based on my experience. The issues are too significant to be described as minor inconveniences, and the response from staff has made the situation considerably worse. A guest paying to stay at a property should not have to repeatedly argue for basic comfort, assistance, and respectful treatment. I hope Adagio management takes this feedback seriously and uses it to address the underlying problems rather than treating this as simply a negative review. The condition of the facilities, the lack of adequate cooling during extreme heat, the unacceptable response to a family requesting an additional fan, and especially the conduct of certain staff members all require attention. This has been a very poor experience, and it is far below what I expected from an established accommodation brand such as Adagio.

I recently completed along summer stay at this hotel, and it was easily the worst hospitality experience of my life. This place is run by a rude, manipulative management team that actively tries to scam its guests. Here is exactly how they will try to cheat you:The Breakfast Scam: On the day I checked in, the staff explicitly told me that breakfast was included. I ate there on few occassions, and my name was clearly printed on their guest list. During checkout, they slapped me with a massive, unexpected bill for the food. When I confronted them—asking why no one stopped me during my 5-day stay if it wasn't included—they claimed my name was only on the list so they could "tick it off." I have never seen such a bizarre, deceptive practice in my life. They flat-out bluffed and trapped me into paying extra money. THEY EVEN CHARGED FOR DAYS WHEN I WAS NOT IN THE HOTEL. ON CONFRONTING, THEY Remove some of those fraud charges. The Laundry Fraud: They tried to illegally charge me €80 for someone else's laundry bill. When I demanded to see physical proof and a receipt, they instantly backed down and called it a "mistake." They are clearly throwing random charges onto bills hoping guests won't notice. Zero AC in Summer: Do not trust their listing. There was absolutely no air conditioning working during the peak of the Paris summer. This major defect was never mentioned during the booking process. I had to sweat through my entire stay in a suffocating room. The hotel manager is incredibly hostile, manipulative, and refuses to take accountability for their broken amenities or dishonest billing practices. They tried to fool me at every turn. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you want to be scammed and gaslighted.

Good location in quiet neighborhoods. Good metro connections. Small but functional apartment.

Room is well equiped, tidy and clean, beds are comfortable but no air condition during hot summer is major lack.

Shitty hotel experience and staff. Stay away

the room was warm, conditioning could be leaved on but it delivered only noise but provided no cooling

No Air Conditioning and for a week stay, there was not enough toilet paper nor room cleaning.

Overall it was a decent stay but the Air Conditioner was not working during a heat wave so it ended up being very uncomfortable. I could not sleep well and it hindered a lot of my plans.

Arrived late at night to find the room's AC wasn't working. Despite repeated requests, no one came to repair it, and the hotel was unable to provide an alternative room. There was only one staff member on site and no engineer available to even assess the issue. Left with no choice, I had to book another hotel at significantly higher last-minute rates, causing major inconvenience and unexpected expense. The management showed little regard for the situation, and I am still waiting for the city tax charged on arrival to be refunded, despite being forced to cancel and relocate. Trip.com was helpful in arranging the cancellation, but my experience with Accor has been extremely disappointing. After 7 days of calls and emails, I have received neither a refund nor a meaningful response, NEVER again!

I liked the convenience of the location, early check in option, nice sized room and balcony and the breakfast offering. Did not like the non-functioning air conditioning.

Overall very comfortable and cosy. I like the cleanliness, every spot was clean and dust-free. However, we had 3 consecutive mornings of power outages which caused quite a bit of alarm and frustration.

This hotel was chosen because it fit into a budget and was conveniently located within walking distance of my office, making the morning commute easy. The guest room itself was clean and had been renovated, which was a positive aspect of the stay. The rest of the property felt dated and could benefit from significant upgrades to match the condition of the renovated rooms. I was also disappointed with the customer service, as several staff members came across rude and unhelpful during my stay. One of the biggest frustrations was that the hotel's website advertised air-conditioned room, but my room (nor my colleagues') had functioning air conditioning. This was particularly uncomfortable and did not match the expectations set by the property's description. The breakfast was average overall. However, on the first morning, some of the breakfast meat appeared undercooked, which was concerning. While the location, price and cleanliness of the room were positives, the lack of air-conditioning, poor customer service, and dated common areas made the overall experience disappointing.

It is very sad to see the livable conditions of this hotel has gone down quite a bit! Not well maintained, No air conditioning, Very old Mattress and Bed triggered by backache:( People at the reception are arrogant and not very cordial like earlier.
