I stayed 3 days, but 2 of those were affected by power outages. And being on the 9th floor, meant walking up and down. Showering with minimal waterpressure, warm water and in the dark. Fortunately it wasn't in the winter. The power outages occurred during the peak times in the morning and affected the possibilities for breakfast as well. Information shared by staff was minimal and not pro-active.

The hotel room needs some renovation, although we already booked the renovated category. The location of the hotel was very good for us, especially because it is located right next to a park with a few nice playgrounds, which was perfect for us as a family. Also, it is very convenient to get into the center of Paris by Metro.

My family of four had an amazing time - the apartment was very spacious and clean! The staff were super helpful and we felt safe with the security being around. My personal favourite was the football table in the reception area and the kitchen, where we comfortably prepared meals. The location is perfect and very central. You’re literally minutes away from buses, trams and trains - we saved a lot of money being so central. La Defense is huge in itself and there are lots to do. Monoprix is just outside the aparthotel where you can get groceries, including fresh bread and drinks - the prices are very reasonable. Overall, we had a great stay and will be staying here next time we come to Paris. Some things to note - they provided towels, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets - I was super impressed with this! Highly recommend this place!
