My room was next to a room where someone lived and it smelled like weed, smoke and food, I found the bed was uncomfortable and there was a light that I was unable to turn off (it just was bright or less bright). I missed the value for money. The breakfast was ok.

I paid for early checkin at 9 am to get refreshed after several hours of travel but I found the room with no water until 4 pm. I want refund for my early checked in fees
