Arrived late at night to find the room's AC wasn't working. Despite repeated requests, no one came to repair it, and the hotel was unable to provide an alternative room. There was only one staff member on site and no engineer available to even assess the issue. Left with no choice, I had to book another hotel at significantly higher last-minute rates, causing major inconvenience and unexpected expense. The management showed little regard for the situation, and I am still waiting for the city tax charged on arrival to be refunded, despite being forced to cancel and relocate. Trip.com was helpful in arranging the cancellation, but my experience with Accor has been extremely disappointing. After 7 days of calls and emails, I have received neither a refund nor a meaningful response, NEVER again!

This hotel was chosen because it fit into a budget and was conveniently located within walking distance of my office, making the morning commute easy. The guest room itself was clean and had been renovated, which was a positive aspect of the stay. The rest of the property felt dated and could benefit from significant upgrades to match the condition of the renovated rooms. I was also disappointed with the customer service, as several staff members came across rude and unhelpful during my stay. One of the biggest frustrations was that the hotel's website advertised air-conditioned room, but my room (nor my colleagues') had functioning air conditioning. This was particularly uncomfortable and did not match the expectations set by the property's description. The breakfast was average overall. However, on the first morning, some of the breakfast meat appeared undercooked, which was concerning. While the location, price and cleanliness of the room were positives, the lack of air-conditioning, poor customer service, and dated common areas made the overall experience disappointing.
