i was there for business trip, it was already paid in advance, they needed to charge me again extra like tourist tax, breakfast etc, which were already paid before, terrible breakfast which was 18 EUR you got just bread mostly, poor room quality and service

It smelled as is I was staying at an African restaurant. Couldn’t sleep well. For the price I expect more. Also bathroom was small and shower was not very comfortable.

Hello! I booked a room in your hotel for my parents for one night. The appartement was clean and the staff friendly but we had an issue with the heating. There is a system in place, but it was not working so I went to the reception to ask. They told me we should find some electric heaters in the room. There were none, so a member of the staff brought us one. One electric heater for a 2-room, 4 person apartment. For my parents it was ok, since there was only the two of them, but maybe an easier, safer alternative of heating should be proposed to guests.
