Hello! I booked a room in your hotel for my parents for one night. The appartement was clean and the staff friendly but we had an issue with the heating. There is a system in place, but it was not working so I went to the reception to ask. They told me we should find some electric heaters in the room. There were none, so a member of the staff brought us one. One electric heater for a 2-room, 4 person apartment. For my parents it was ok, since there was only the two of them, but maybe an easier, safer alternative of heating should be proposed to guests.

The room is poorly lit with limited air circulation, resulting in an unpleasant odor upon entry. The bathroom facilities are outdated. Despite a nightly rate exceeding 250 EUR, no daily cleaning service is provided. Additionally, the 45 EUR charge for early check-in is excessively steep.
