Was ok being stayed here many times here before. Kudos to Muriel in cafeteria for excellent services and also to manager in reception who is friendly forgot her name but seeing her since 2014. Things that was bad. Broken kitchen cupboards, rude cleaning staff especially the person who did the first Saturday literally came into the room yelling at us kids got really frightened, she don’t know what is client service. Considering stay was long room couldn’t have been better even after requesting it was not genuinely considered.. after every room cleaning things were not refilled we have to remind and follow each week

Very good location, comfortable and clean. Properly equipped kitchen. Only negative I can say is that the TV in the room was not fully set up (smart tv stuck on "accept terms"), so couldn't use it. To be fair I didn't report it as I didn't have much time to use it anyways, so a very minor inconvenience. Short walk to my work and well connected with metro, supermarket and restaurants all nearby.

The sleep quality was bad because the bed wasn’t queen It is two single connected together During sleep the beds separated cause fall down inside !!
