No service room to clean the room and change towels or empty the trash. For 180€ per night it is the minimum service we can hope.

There is an overall smell in the residence which is a mixture of individual cooking and Indian spices which I find difficult to put up with. Thin towels no hairdryer. Flat pillows. Night light Far away from the bedside, tv positioned so that you cannot watch it in bed, stained corridors, very tired decor.

Staff was really nice Room was basic but location of the hotel and available services make up for it

Welcome was OK when I arrived. I was a solo traveller but had a double and 2 single beds in my room which made it feel like a hostel. Also, breakfast wasn't included, nor were any coffee making facilities. There were cheap plastic cups in the bathroom rather than glasses, although 8 towels were provided!! I feel that 197 euros is exortionate for this kind of hostel style property.

Good location, in the heart of business centre and close to the metro. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Lovely and helpful staff. However, the room could use some renovation (it was a little shabby and worn out), there was no hair dryer in the bathroom. Breakfast fresh and tasty but limited mostly to sweet options.

It was good overall but theft happened with my charger in room and bicycle was also lost when I kept infront of hotel even though camera is there but camera is not in a position to capture who is infront of hotel.

I really enjoyed the 3 nights I spent in this hotel, the rooms were great and the staff were very helpful as well.

Bathroom is too small. Apart from that I'm happy with my stay

Excellent and very courteous staff. Always available to help and it feels positive to see cheerful faces of the hotel. :)

It was good and everything was perfect. Hopefully it becomes better.

While I checked in the room wasn't cleaned at all. I personally had to call the housekeeping and then wait outside for considerable time before it got cleaned.

When I come for 12 nights I would prefer cleaning/towel exchange in the middle of stay - after 6 days, not 7 days.

I've stayed at this aparthotel several times already and I'd recommend it if you're traveling for work at La Défense area. The rooms are big, not super modern or fancy but very clean, and well equipped (the kitchen, the bathroom). This last time I had issues with the wifi connection late in the evening, but every time before it worked fine. The staff is super super friendly and helpful.

This hotel didn’t get any room upgrades for years. Don’t expect much from it. Even a Formule 1 is higher standard! Kitchenette isn’t very useful, as not very well equipped. No AC, and very basic bathroom and furniture. Breakfast is quite ok. Location is great and in a quiet street.
