Staff -the staff during the daytime (the ladies) were rude and I believe racist. Especially the Moroccan girl (she even try to deny me an extension stating we’re full when online showed every room type available … 🙄🙄). The staff at night (the guys) were very polite and friendly. They would do better to switch or just get rid of the girls altogether. The cleaning staff are sweet and helpful also. The rooms -the rooms with the double beds are much nicer than the super standard rooms (they give “motel super 8 off rural highway” vibes lol do not recommend). The hot water doesn’t last long enough for a full shower (can’t shave or wash hair at all, the water will be cold and you’ll be stuck with soap everywhere forced to hurry up and rinse off in the freezing cold water). Overall -lobby is nice, area is nice, just need to do a staff cleanup (the women that work day shift at reception in particular) and some repairs & renovation on your rooms. The rates are surprisingly high for the quality of living there. So definitely bring it down because truly nothing special … sorry to say. If it weren’t for the guys that work overnight, my entire stay would have been unpleasant.

++ Good stay with basic services. Walking distance to La defense business area and Metro station. Clean room with a good kitchenette (microwave, fridge, stove, etc.) and a digital safe. -- No room cleaning or towel changing throughout my 6 days stay (they do it once every 7 days); Breakfast is very basic and the restaurant is very small and crammed with people making it uncomfortable at peak times. Verdict: So depending on your expectation, the amount you paid (I paid higher than regular rates), and other options nearby, you may find this property a good choice for your stay in La Defense and Paris!
