I have stayed at your hotel several times because of its convenient location close to my office. Overall, the location works very well for me, which is why I keep returning. However, I would like to share some feedback about a few areas where I believe the experience could be improved. First, I find that the breakfast offering is quite limited. The variation is rather low, and after staying multiple times it feels repetitive and not at the level I would normally expect. Second, I have unfortunately experienced some challenges with service from parts of the staff. While there is one team member in particular who is exceptionally friendly, my overall impression has been that the attitude from some staff members could be more welcoming and service-oriented. I have also had recurring issues with my invoices. On several occasions the invoice has been missing specific details that I require. I have pointed this out multiple times and have been promised that a corrected invoice would be sent, but this has unfortunately not been fulfilled. At one point I even called to follow up and was told to send an email instead, but the email system appears to be problematic as I did not receive the assistance I needed. Despite these concerns, I would like to highlight that the kitchen and breakfast staff are consistently very friendly and service-minded, which I truly appreciate. I continue to stay at your hotel because of the convenient location, and I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future stays.

overall room were okay and in good order, however when checking out the invoice address was not correct and your receptionist was not able to get it corrected, she promised to speak to her manager and ensure that the correct version of the invoice is being send to me via email, as of today, a week after check-out nothing received My assistant contacted you directly reminding you on the requirement to receive the corrected invoice, but also no response this is definitely a lack of client focus

I have been coming back here since a while and my experience has been great. A special mention for Ornella who is outstanding at what she does, Elina (sorry if i missed your correct name) had just joined in couple of weeks ago but she attended to my requirements with a smile. The breakfast manager cooks ausum meals. Overall a great experience.
