Our family stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping, though, was disappointing. The was also no proper connection between the two teams. Our privacy was greatly disturbed again and again by housekeeping. Any request for complementary tea and coffee also cannot be done with the front desk.

The aircon system was not working and as the weather was so warm, I requested it to be fixed but was told it would not be done until 01/05/2026. This meant four nights that my son and I couldn’t sleep and the worst hotel stay I have had. This comes nowhere near an acceptable standard. The electric panel with light switch next to the bed was unsafe. It was hanging out of the wall, attached only by live wires. I must say that your maintenance man is excellent. He fixed the light panel quickly and his customer service is perfect, he clearly cares about the hotel guests and was keen to help me. He is an example of how customer service should be and he had already helped me with the safe as that couldn’t be used until he had fixed it.

I have stayed at your hotel several times because of its convenient location close to my office. Overall, the location works very well for me, which is why I keep returning. However, I would like to share some feedback about a few areas where I believe the experience could be improved. First, I find that the breakfast offering is quite limited. The variation is rather low, and after staying multiple times it feels repetitive and not at the level I would normally expect. Second, I have unfortunately experienced some challenges with service from parts of the staff. While there is one team member in particular who is exceptionally friendly, my overall impression has been that the attitude from some staff members could be more welcoming and service-oriented. I have also had recurring issues with my invoices. On several occasions the invoice has been missing specific details that I require. I have pointed this out multiple times and have been promised that a corrected invoice would be sent, but this has unfortunately not been fulfilled. At one point I even called to follow up and was told to send an email instead, but the email system appears to be problematic as I did not receive the assistance I needed. Despite these concerns, I would like to highlight that the kitchen and breakfast staff are consistently very friendly and service-minded, which I truly appreciate. I continue to stay at your hotel because of the convenient location, and I hope this feedback can help improve the experience for future stays.
