Good points: Clean. Close to station. Comfortable bed. Negative points: Hot rooms with little ability to control temp, no lower than 19 degrees. This meant the window had to be open all the time and it is a fairly loud area. No availability of a fan when requested. The tea/coffee facilities not good. When we arrived there was no tea, sugar, milk or creamer, or even cups. These were also not replenished during our stay meaning we had to go request every day. When we did have a problem, after spilling a drink, although the member of housekeeping came and helped by changing a sheet, we were made to feel how much of an inconvenience it was for her. In general staff were not particularly friendly or helpful, it wasn’t until checkout anyone even spoke to us.
