The staff was not very polite at reception and the cleanliness is below standard.

Nice size room, plenty of storage, minimum accessories all there although glasses would have been preferable to paper cups in the bathroom. Good breakfast.

À good experience. Hotel is right next to a shopping center and the metro. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only real inconvenience was the bathroom sink which allowed for a mere trickle of water to descend...meaning you couldn't let much water flow from the tap.
