We stayed in many Ibis Budget hotels in different places in Europe and this one was one of the worst. Very kind and helpful staff. Nice and fresh breakfast buffet. Room requires renovation definitely.

There was an all pervasive smell of cigarette smoke and antiseptic throughout the hotel, with a more intense smell of smoke in the room I stayed in. The paint on the bathroom door in my room was chipped and peeling. The overall appearance of the room was grubby. The breakfast room was bright and clean. It was not an enjoyable stay.

The hotel was very noisy with a lack of staff presence at all. People throwing what sounded like parties in the rooms until 2-3 am on 3 out of 4 nights. No way to contact staff to complain and seemed to be acceptable behaviour. Paper thin walls and completely unable to sleep. Rooms are basic as expected, but you get what you pay for and we were quite satisfied with this. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels.

People very friendly and efficient. Bed good. No back pain. Breakfast correct. But to many noise inside the Hotel on the first floor, and in the corridor... :-(. It's a IBis Budget 2 stars not 4... I didn't have the opportunity to sleep correctly. No restaurant inside the hotel.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are good for our purpose, shower is nice and hot water. The only criticism is there isn’t any place to socialise, we were a group of more than 10 people and we needed to squeeze in a room to spend time together. Overall is a good place to spend a night!

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights solo. It was comfortable but rooms were basic and not very big. I think 4 nights sharing such a small space may have been too much. No hot drink making facility in rooms Staff were friendly but the chambermaid didn't seem too bothered if my do not disturb sign was on the door. He came in at 8am on a Sunday! Breakfast was very limited. Croissants, bread (no meat), yogurt and cereal. Heating in room was good and controlled by the guest rather than centrally. Shower was nice and hot. Overall would stay again, but basic improvements could be made with breakfast etc.

1 night stay on way to Ferry, booked as close to Rouen. The cathedral night laser show on Saturday was spectacular. Well worth waiting for. Hotel has excellent safe and secure car park. Room a good size.

It was a bit of a walk to the train station and also a bit of a challenge to find. Friendly and helpful check-in staff. Only a few minutes to the shopping centre. Overall clean, tidy me well appointed.

At the end of the day, you book a budget hotel, you expect a budget hotel! It was a very basic room with a hard bed, 1 pillow per person ( I did ask for another but I was told there were no more) and a bunk above the double bed. Bathroom was very basic but functional. Breakfast was good. Our only main problem was that our room was flooded by the time we left on the morning. The shower above our room had somehow been flooded which caused water to strengthen down our walls and flood the floor. It was quite amusing as we were about to leave. If it had been the night before it wouldn't have been so amusing! Overall not a bad place for 1 night, any longer would be pushing it a bit.

Our first night here arrived late no bedding provided for the kids bunks. No one on duty. Reported next morning not even a sorry. Rubbish service. Not going back to this place for sure. A sorry would help.

As a budget hotel it is as expected. my only suggestion would be to add more options for food and drink. The vending machine has a limited and quite expensive range. I would suggest and enjoy a kettle in my room to make hot drinks at my convenience. But I like the location for my business and find the staff pleasant.
