The rates were too expensive due to Olympics Games 2024. The room was dirty and dusty. There was a dead insect on the floor that stayed there during my entire stay, nobody cleaned it.

This place is terrible and it shouldn't be allowed. It completely spoils the image of accor hotels of which we are long term customers. We got there late and only found out on the spot that this hotel has no staff after 9pm. We had to check ourselves in. A little info 1-2 days before would have gone a long way! The whole place smelled bad, like cigarettes and mold. Walking toward the room, we gagged. When we opened our door, it got worse. The hotel has no central air conditioning. The room was closed without any air or cooling throughout the very hot day. As a result, the air inside was unbreathable. Our choices were to open the window or use the fan they provided. We did both but it barely made a difference....and of course mosquitoes entered through the open window and bit our son. The window had no mosquito net. A large spider also entered but we caught it and ended up closing the window and spending a sweaty, suffocating, extremely uncomfortable night. To be clear, we stayed at ibis budget hotels many times before. We don't have unrealistic expectations. This was by far the worst experience. By far. This hotel stains the brand, it's way overdue for refurbishment. I could say more but what's the point. Avoid at all costs!
