Usually customer service in France is really poor! On this occasion reception staff through out my stay were just extremely customer oriented and pleasant! On the first night Emily sorted the room after my complain and together with her colleague arrange for the refund that I requested and when I changed my mind overnight they willingly accommodated me with no fuss at all. Then the following day the manager at reception was just great , smiling and offered to match the cheaper rate advertised online and at checkout the same manager assisted with my bags for late checkout! The bedding was ok, breakfast was really good! I really enjoyed the crepes. Overall I wasn’t sold on the room but what impress me was the service from the staff! At the restaurant the lady who assisted through my stay was very on hand and pleasant! Sometimes it’s not only about the accommodation but more about the experience! I had a really pleasant stay and Before I forget, the cleaning lady was really good! Rooms are outdated to my liking but very clean. My experience was great despite the outdated rooms. My sleep was ok too and I room isolation ok.

I enjoyed my stay in your hotel, it's neat and well kept but there are things you can improve on. There was no complimentary item like water, beverages or soft drinks throughout my stay except for the breakfast i paid for. No fridge in the room. It can be better

We stayed 5 nights with two rooms during summer hot season. After one night stay, the air conditioning system was out in the whole hotel rooms. But it was not fixed till checking out. Temperature in Paris was peak at 42 degree Celcius, so the room was really hot without any cooling system. The room maid didn't change bed cover everyday, with stain remaining. Most surprising experience was at the morning breakfast restaurant, My son was shocked after he noticed two cockroaches under the table, after that time, my family lost any more appetite, So terrible environment. I have stayed many accorhotels brand, such as Novotel, Mercure, Ibis . Most hotels was satisfying, but this time Ibis Styles Val de Fontenay was really terrible, I don't think it is worth of Ibis brand or any accorhotels brand.

I was satisfied.

The tween room i stayed in was kinda small, but clean. Also the breakfast was the same. I wish they had some variety. I would recommend this hotel.

Given double room instead of twin room ,on arrival.waited a long time to move to twin room. The second day we came back to hotel in the evening to discover that our room had not been cleaned,the beds were not made , the bins had not been emptied ,there was no toilet paper or clean towels.

They gave me one 1st room that was not clean, then they moved me to another one noisy and smelly, with cigarette smell At restaurant I got very bed services

location good enought if you working arround easy acces from Hight way ...Pitty about the week end from friday to sunday restaurant and bar closed.... Breakfast good enought ....room are clean and good bed as usual at Accor hotel

clean, friendly reception, small room, in front of bus and RER, very good breakfast on sunday morning at 8.30 awfull. tables filled with empty dishes, no fruits, no fruitsalad, bread only on asking, clean dishes only on demand, one hour later still the same !!!! no refill for other guest, still the same mess on the tables

Good morning, I was very happy with the hotel. The only thing I need to complain about is housekeeping or communication between reception and housekeeping. We came for dance festival and were going to sleep around 9am each morning. Upon check in we informed reception we don't need cleaning at all during our stay. I believe this should be communicated to housekeeping. First morning the cleaner came at 10am, just after we went to bed. I translated for her on mobile in French that we don't need cleaning. She came back again one hour later!!! She got upset and left after. Then last morning we paid for late check out 30 euro. Again cleaner came at 10am and woke us up. I didn't open the door. Then again she came back. I was furious at that time and went down to reception to complain. Reception did not do or say anything. People go to hotel to have a sleep and not to be disturbed all the time. I believe that simple things as not cleaning our room should be easily communicated between departments and makes a job of cleaner easier too. Unfortunately, two out of 3 mornings we were disturbed few times and almost had to argue with cleaner not to clean our room because we want to sleep. I would require a refund of our 30 euro late check out. With regards, Anna C.

Our experience was disappointing. Firstly, housekeeping was inadequate. There was rubbish on the floor, left from the previous occupant. We had to ask for toilet paper and a towel, as there was a quarter of a toilet roll and one towel for both of us. We had to go to reception twice to ask for a towel. Also, there should be more variety for breakfast, eg something simple like boiled eggs. If you don't like bread and jam, there's nothing else to eat.

Easy access to RER, great price, nice friendly staff and the free breakfast was very much appreciated. Rooms not spotlessly clean but fine for one night. Free parking under the building (not secure however).
