Staff were welcoming and polite. The rooms were smaller than the photos online, no walking space No Iron in the room. No kettle in room to even make a cup of tea The access card kept failing to open the doors and had to go downstairs each time.

The service is not to my expectation. E.g the shampoo in the bathroom was nearly empty when I checked in the hotel. I expect that the bottle should be filled whenever a new customer check in the hotel. This is very basic. Despite making requests several times, the necessary was only done on the third day of my stay at the hotel. Further, the breakfast was always the same every day. No variety and the taste was also poor. I would not recommend to return there.

Very close to RER station and bus station. Did have to wait a while to check in, could do with an extra person on. Unfortunately room allocated to me was right by the lift, and you could hear every time someone used it. I could also hear the people next door very well which no fault of their own, a crying baby doesnt help you sleep well! The rooms had lots of marks and just looked in quite a run down state. Breakfast was expansive. I would probably not stay here again although the price point id say matches the level you expected, quite cheap.

At check-in, there was no express counter for cardholding customers. There was a long wait, and at no point did anyone even look at us or tell us that it would take a long time. In the room, not a single electrical socket was working, so I was unable to charge any of my devices, computers, phones or tablets during the night, even though I had paid for the room. The bathroom sink was also blocked. I reported all of this the following morning. No one even looked at me while I was explaining the situation. I was simply told “thank you”, without any apology, which would have been the bare minimum. The staff at the Novotel reception desk during breakfast were not friendly at all. They seemed unhappy to be there. Perhaps they should consider changing jobs.
