Given double room instead of twin room ,on arrival.waited a long time to move to twin room. The second day we came back to hotel in the evening to discover that our room had not been cleaned,the beds were not made , the bins had not been emptied ,there was no toilet paper or clean towels.

They gave me one 1st room that was not clean, then they moved me to another one noisy and smelly, with cigarette smell At restaurant I got very bed services

A good short stay on Paris for work.

It was a short business travel, and despite this wasn’t a really good stay. Smelly room and bed, and I didn’t got a really good reception from staff

location good enought if you working arround easy acces from Hight way ...Pitty about the week end from friday to sunday restaurant and bar closed.... Breakfast good enought ....room are clean and good bed as usual at Accor hotel

clean, friendly reception, small room, in front of bus and RER, very good breakfast on sunday morning at 8.30 awfull. tables filled with empty dishes, no fruits, no fruitsalad, bread only on asking, clean dishes only on demand, one hour later still the same !!!! no refill for other guest, still the same mess on the tables

Good morning, I was very happy with the hotel. The only thing I need to complain about is housekeeping or communication between reception and housekeeping. We came for dance festival and were going to sleep around 9am each morning. Upon check in we informed reception we don't need cleaning at all during our stay. I believe this should be communicated to housekeeping. First morning the cleaner came at 10am, just after we went to bed. I translated for her on mobile in French that we don't need cleaning. She came back again one hour later!!! She got upset and left after. Then last morning we paid for late check out 30 euro. Again cleaner came at 10am and woke us up. I didn't open the door. Then again she came back. I was furious at that time and went down to reception to complain. Reception did not do or say anything. People go to hotel to have a sleep and not to be disturbed all the time. I believe that simple things as not cleaning our room should be easily communicated between departments and makes a job of cleaner easier too. Unfortunately, two out of 3 mornings we were disturbed few times and almost had to argue with cleaner not to clean our room because we want to sleep. I would require a refund of our 30 euro late check out. With regards, Anna C.

People were very nice and accommodating. They fulfilled whatever I asked them for. Thanks to all of them.

Our experience was disappointing. Firstly, housekeeping was inadequate. There was rubbish on the floor, left from the previous occupant. We had to ask for toilet paper and a towel, as there was a quarter of a toilet roll and one towel for both of us. We had to go to reception twice to ask for a towel. Also, there should be more variety for breakfast, eg something simple like boiled eggs. If you don't like bread and jam, there's nothing else to eat.

The room was reasonably clean and staff where friendly no major complaints. However the toilet seat was broken and kept sliding of the bowl . And we also found 2 condoms in packets in the bedside tables clearly from previous customer .

Being near to the RER station and in rhe same time the hotel was quiet.

Room was cleaned but dirty walls and doors.

Second visit as very close to friends , free underground parking. Unfortunately very noisy this time as a fight broke out on 4th floor.

The hotel looks great from the lobby, but when you get into the rooms they are of a very standard and in desperate need of some refurbishment. My first room smelt very strongly of smoke and it was clear that somebody had been smoking in there the night before and not attention was given to getting rid of this smell. Upon complaining and being given another room the air conditioning and television didn't work and upon opening the window for some air to circulate into the room I then discovered that I was opposite the extraction unit for the restaurant downstairs, so the smell was terrible. A very poor hotel and one that I will not be staying at again.

Lovely. The staff were kind and helpful and the room was always spotless when we came back to it. It was also in the perfect location to get to Paris and Disneyland which made the trip better
