My experience is not so bad, but it is not good was expected. Positive points: -good shower -good bed -excellent location Negative points: -Moldy bathroom and bedroom -fire alarm went off at 05:15 AM, reading the reviews on google, it's something that happens with great frequency. -One day, they put only one bath towel, when there were two people in the room, and the bath towel they put was dirty. I had to leave a note so I wouldn't forget, and next time, they put 6 towels. -Liquid soaps ran out on the last day -I had to leave a note to put more toilet paper -The room was not cleaned very well, could see the dirt on the carpet -Breakfast was very simple. -They didn't quickly replace the ingredients for breakfast, running out of cheese was normal, and even juice ran out. -At check-in, the person who was assisting us made us wait almost 10 minutes, while he kept some files. -I left a wine bottle opener in the room, and on the last day, it was broken. -The air conditioning worked only on the first night, on the other nights, it kept turning on for about 30 seconds, and off, repeating this process randomly. -Behind the reception, there was a room, which looked like a tornado had passed, everything playing and messy, not something pleasant to see when you arrive at the hotel. First impression is a mess. -When booking, I selected an extra internet package, and the internet was free, what's the point of charging for something that doesn't exist? -the internet was horrible, it used my mobile data more than the wifi, as it was very slow. Overall, it wasn't too bad. However, this is not what is expected of an "ibis styles". I've been to many ibis that weren't "styles", and they had a much better service, breakfast, service, room, infrastructure than this one. This was my second time staying in an ibis in Paris, the first time in a normal one, and the experience was negative, this time I chose a "styles" to see if it improved, and it also left something to be desired. Honestly, next time I won't risk staying in an ibis.

Needed an easy access from motorway, cheap parking and fast train into Paris. All boxes ticked. Also had joined rooms for the family.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER HAD WITH ACCOR HOTEL

I'm a Platinum member of All Accor reward program as I very oftern choose to stay in Accor group hotels and overall I had only good memories and experience, of course considering the different categories and levels of hotel where I've choosed to stay. But this time, I had a very bad experience which it doesn't belong to the level of quality and standard that is expected by this hotel chain. The room was assigned had a very bad smell of smoke, heating system didn't work and more of all the room was not very clean. An electrical heater was given to warm up the room. The morning after during check out, I've asked to have a copy of the invoice but the computer was broken so they promised to send by mail, but after 3 days not yet received. Last thing, the price. I've paid 120 euro for this place outside Paris, not in a very special area. Absolutely not worth the price paid.
