The staff are lovely but being on the ground floor and right next to reception I didn't feel safe to be honest. This is because the front door was never locked, didn't require any keys to get in and was just left. Anyone could walk in and I was told the area isn't the best of places

It was very good overall. Just the car park spaces are very limited. Rooms are a bit small.

Stayed for three nights to visit both Paris and Disneyland

Dear Mr. F., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your recent stay at ibis budget Villemomble. We are delighted to read that you appreciated our location and the friendliness of our team. I will make sure to pass your kind words to the receptionist who assisted you with your room card. We are, however, sorry for the inconvenience regarding the charging bay fee. The charge is applied automatically by the charging system when a vehicle remains plugged in after the charging session has ended. We fully understand that this may have been frustrating and we will make sure to remind our guests about this policy to avoid similar situations in the future. We also take note of your comment regarding the room size for three people. Our rooms are indeed designed to be compact, and we apologize if this impacted your comfort. Unfortunately I did not feel safe sometimes. Because some men were smoking INSIDE the building and elevator. I faced some difficulties when talking to workers since she could not speak english well
