Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, creating a positive atmosphere throughout my visit. However, there was one issue that I found quite concerning. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed on my door, a maid entered the room while I was in the shower. This was an uncomfortable and unexpected situation, and it made me feel that privacy protocols were not being properly followed. In terms of location, the hotel is about a 35-minute walk from the nearest tube station. This wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, but it’s something to keep in mind if you plan to rely on public transport frequently. Overall, the stay was good thanks to the cleanliness and friendly service, but the privacy incident and distance from transport do leave room for improvement.

The staff are lovely but being on the ground floor and right next to reception I didn't feel safe to be honest. This is because the front door was never locked, didn't require any keys to get in and was just left. Anyone could walk in and I was told the area isn't the best of places

It was very good overall. Just the car park spaces are very limited. Rooms are a bit small.

Stayed for three nights to visit both Paris and Disneyland
