Door lock was broken, got locked out of my room. Staff Said to block the door jamb every time I leave to not get locked out!! No solution, no room transfer, just matter of fact, don't leave your room because you might be locked out all night until we someone comes on duty in the morning!! Also, the desk lamp didn't work.

We arrived late but the gentleman in reception was really helpful and welcoming. The room, despite being one of the more comfortable and pricier options, was basic and the double bed was small (more queen size), which wasn't so comfortable for my partner who is 6ft2! But overall a good option for a couple of nights on a small budget.

Decent mattress, pillows too soft. Shower works well. Sink is made for dwarfs. Toilet functions. Soundproofing not good. Some pubes in the shower, clean otherwise. Good enough for one night if you're not too fussy.

Matras is basic. Breakfast was good for the price.
