Il est de notre priorité de veiller à ce que nos clients bénéficient des hébergements qu’ils ont réservés et qu’ils méritent. Je regrette que nous n’ayons pas su répondre à vos attentes cette fois-ci. Par ailleurs, je suis désolé d’apprendre votre déception quant à la qualité de la literie. Notre literie a été complètement renouvellée fin 2024. Soyez assurée que nous allons revoir nos procédures afin d’améliorer l’expérience de nos clients, notamment en ce qui concerne la réactivité de notre personnel. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered, particularly concerning the availability of the room type you had pre-booked. I understand how disappointing it must have been to not have the family room with a balcony that you were looking forward to. I also regret the issues you faced with the amenities in your apartment. Please know that your comments about the bedding and mattress have been duly noted, however, we would like to inform you, that all of our bedding was replaced in November 2024.
