Love the location. Service, however, was just okay. A few staff members came across as curt and not particularly friendly, making the experience feel more transactional than welcoming. Also, charging for an extra set of towels during a week-long stay feels unreasonable and a bit like nickel-and-diming guests. Overall, a great location, but the service and policies could use improvement.

First of all, the air conditioning was producing a bad odor whenever we used it during the hottest days in Paris. We asked the reception on the first night to have it checked. However, there was no technician available, and during the following days we were out of the hotel most of the time, so nobody was able to inspect it. As a result, we had to endure very hot nights in the room. Secondly, when we unfolded the sofa bed on the first night, we noticed some beard hairs on the bedsheet. I went to the reception to request a clean sheet. The receptionist (his name was Alain) did not believe me and asked for a photo. I explained that we had already removed the hairs and swept them onto the floor, but he still did not believe me. He brought a clean sheet and came to the room with me to see the issue for himself. I showed him the spots and hairs on the bed, after which he left the clean sheet and took away the old one. Normally, the hotel staff could have simply replaced the sheet without questioning the guest. Instead, I found his attitude unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. On a positive note, the room facilities and equipment were generally good.

The place is peaceful but kinda dull. Associates make no effort to make the stay enjoyable - they are not unpleasant they just don’t care. A smile at the front desk? Dream of it. The larger rooms are advertised with a sofa bed but since the replacement of the mattress late last year the system can’t fold anymore so it totally fails the purpose. Breakfast is built quasi exclusively on carbs. I enjoyed the peace at night but I was glad upon checking out

Day 1 - during check in, Ms Leyla behaved with us in a rude manner. She asked, were we supposed to check in the previous day etc! The question of early check in was discussed, for which we had agreed that the hotel would consider the request, they did not. This was ok with me. But the manner in which she spoke was not okay. We were also mentioned that people coming in from India not clean and mess up the room etc. Why do you generalize your customers? We did not mess up the room nor were we rude but this is not on. Last day - when I asked for breakfast to be accommodated 30 mins earlier, once again, Mrs Leyla was at it stating that I have not booked for breakfast. Why cant you check my booking clearly? There was breakfast for me on all days. Clearly, not ok for me this time with Mrs Leyla not be nice to customers. This was my 3rd visit and by far the worst

We have been at Adagio Vincennes for a few times already and it is always a pleasure. Besides the great location and facilities around (shops, restaurants, metro, RER, etc m.), the hotel is great very comfy, clean, tidy and welcoming. The parking is also a great asset. The reception staff we had on Friday afternoon (15/05/26) when we arrived and on Sunday morning when we left were awesome, very pleasant, kind, smiling, helpful and professional. It is always a pleasure to interact with them; the same goes with the cleaning staff who are very helpful and professional. Besides the quality of the hotel, the parking and the location, the main reason for us to stay so often at Vincennes is the staff.

Our experience was very disappointing. We paid for the room in full at check-in and were charged again, without authorization, at check out. We immediately reached out to the Adagio to attempt to remedy this problem, provided the charge information, and were met with absolute silence. I strongly advise not to do business with this property based on our experience. Furthermore, the thermostat did not work in our room and you could not turn on the fan. We asked the front desk if they had any portable fans available and they did not. Keeping the window open was not a good option due to the room being directly above a bus stop on a busy street. The room was unpleasantly warm for the entire stay

I always appreciated the location as it`s very close to the office. Also, the staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the water fountain and the coffee machine which are always available and accessible. On improvement sides, I see 2 main improvements: - the rooms need some upgrade (the shower was running water on the floor as the glass was not secured and it was switched from cold to hot water during the shower) - the breakfast was not enough at times (pastries finished fast since there was a big group during my stay) Thank you again for the stay and see you next time

We had a wonderful stay at Adagio! The studio room was very spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped with everything needed for both living and cooking. It truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. The parking was very convenient and reasonably priced, especially for Paris, which was a big plus for us. The location of the hotel is excellent — we actually enjoyed the neighborhood even more than the city center. It felt more relaxed, authentic, and pleasant to explore. Getting to the city center is also very easy thanks to Metro Line 1, with the station just a one-minute walk from the hotel. We also had a great experience with the hotel staff: we accidentally forgot a jacket, and after calling the reception, they kindly arranged to send it back to us by post. That level of service was truly appreciated! Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!
