I've stayed at Adagio multiple times because I appreciate the large rooms and the kitchenette in each, as well as the cleanliness and quietness. However, where I would like to see improvement is: - The breakfast: I find it quite annoying how oftentimes I feel that the personnel's number 1 priority is to see whether you have that (annoying) plastic card showing that you've actually paid - not if there's any eggs or yoghurt left. Having trays is a big turn-off as well, I've never seen that in any other hotel - The gym needs some serious love and care. It's rare to see all the machines in shape (right now the running mat doesn't work). I would also love to have some more weights and a bar for them. - The room temperature is always too high and there's no way to adjust it. - The shower draining is often a little clogged

Decent place, receipt was not properly provided

The apartment was okay. Towel dryer didnt work. Dishwasher didnt work. Everything else was fine. The biggest issue is that the receipt was provided in a non-standard file format which requires additional software (which was also not provided) to open. This seems highly suspect and not traditional for the industry. I don't know what's hiding in that receipt, what additional charges may be incurred until they hit my credit card.
