On the edge of Paris, take the A4 to Disneyland and the city, or RER E to the department stores and Gare du Nord. Our hotel has 74 fully-renovated bedrooms, a restaurant bar lounge with terrace and private undercover paid car park next door.

From Paris or Metz/Nancy (A4): Nogent-sur-Marne exit then signs for Nogent-le-Perreux. From Lille on the A1: take the A86, Nogent-sur-Marne exit, exit the tunnel, direct access on right. Easy access from the A86, good secure underground car park. Decent breakfast buffet Friendly staff Not too happy about the new 80cm single beds and the recent room refurbishment seems to have missed peeling skirting boards and dirty/rusty door hinges (bathroom), but still clean and tidy everywhere.

Our main complaints are that the Bistro was closed & that the breakfast selection was disappointing compared to other Ibis hotels (Strasbourg, Chartres, amongst others). Also the coffee machine was offering only cappuccino,hot chocolate or hot water. No other forms of coffee were available. Also the car park location was very unclear.

Grande déception pour ce séjour puisque nous venons régulièrement dans cet hôtel . 30 mn pour avoir la clé de la chambre en arrivant...CH 406 allouée...mais déjà occupée ! Chgt pour la 204...lunette WC pas nettoyée...mais fatigués, nous avons nettoyé nous mêmes ! intrusion en pleine nuit d'un client ! En plus pas de clim...mais les autres chambres proposées non plus ! 2eme tentative d'intrusion la 2eme nuit sans succès cette fois-ci ! Pour couronner le tout, le ménage de notre chambre n'a pas été fait après la 2eme nuit . A peine quelques excuses, aucun geste commercial ! Nous devons venir début et fin juillet, mais nous nous posons sérieusement la question pour le choix de l'hôtel.

La climatisation est en dysfonctionnement, notre chambre sur route et au soleil était étouffante malgré la mise en route du système de climatisation qui n'a rien donné par la suite. Nous avons pu changer de chambre côté jardin la seconde nuit, le système de climatisation ne fonctionnait pas plus et était très bruyant mais il était possible d'ouvrir la fenêtre après avoir éteint le système de climatisation, ce qui nous a permis de dormir. Par ailleurs, convivialité minimaliste : à part une serviette de bain par personne avec du savon liquide et des draps propres, aucun kit de bienvenue , les boissons sont sous cadenas au rez de chaussée. Le parking à onze euros la nuit n'est pas accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, escalier en colimaçon dans l'obscurité.

Nous avons changé une première fois de chambre car la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et lorsqu'on nous a donné la nouvelle chambre la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas à nouveau. Environ 2h après notre arrivée, nous avons décidé de quitter l'hôtel malgré que nous avions payé pour une nuit car nous voulions pas passer toute notre soirée à changer de chambre et que la climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Dans la chambre la chaleur était vraiment insupportable et nous ne pouvions pas passer une nuit comme ça sans la climatisation. Nous avons justement choisi cet hôtel car les chambres sont équipées de climatiseur.
