Our main complaints are that the Bistro was closed & that the breakfast selection was disappointing compared to other Ibis hotels (Strasbourg, Chartres, amongst others). Also the coffee machine was offering only cappuccino,hot chocolate or hot water. No other forms of coffee were available. Also the car park location was very unclear.

This was hands down the worst hotel experience of my life. First, they put me in a room that reeked so badly it was genuinely nauseating it literally smelled like something had died in there. The stench was overwhelming and impossible to ignore. When I checked the bathroom, I found the shower covered in black mould completely disgusting and absolutely unacceptable for any place claiming to be a hotel. After complaining, they moved me to a different room. I thought the nightmare might be over until 1:30 AM, when a male staff member LET HIMSELF INTO MY ROOM WITH A KEY WHILE I WAS ASLEEP. No knocking, no warning. Just opened the door and walked in. I was terrified. I had to call the police. And guess what? There was NO MANAGER ON DUTY. Not that night, not the next day not for the entire three days I was there. No one in charge, no accountability, and clearly no standards. This place is unsafe, unsanitary, and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Do yourself a favor STAY FAR AWAY.

Il y a même pas de Clim ! Un pauvre ventilateur, Au prix que j’ai payé inacceptable. C’est digne d’un ibis budget. Le petit déjeuner il y avait strictement rien et quand je vois le prix que j’ai payé également. Sa mériterai un remboursement surtout que je pense que je suis un bon client de all accord

Très déçu nous étions avec un bébé L équipé du samedi soir a mis 30 mn pour encoder la carte de la porte Ils ont failli faire régler la chambre de mon fils alors que tout était déjà reglé Bref équipe en dessous de tout
