We have been visiting this hotel for a number of years. There is always something new and different - refurbished room. Staff turnover is very low, so it is always pleasant seeing same faces during each visit. The staff warm reception is impeccable. Friendly yet professional. Looking forward our next visit.

Great location, right across from a metro RER station. A big shopping mall behind with fast food options and a huge supermarket (similar style to Walmart, Target, etc.). Clean. Had 3 single beds. Good for families. Friendly staff.

It was great. The only thing to note is that I was told the room wouldn't have a fridge, but upon arriving thankfully it did. I learned from staff that the fridges are being phased out and not replaced when they break. I think that's a terrible idea. Having a workable mini fridge is something I highly value on my hotel stays and would be the reason I might choose to stay elsewhere if there was no fridge. I recommend the hotel reconsider their strategy and consider keeping working fridges in each room. It wouldn't cost much to keep them and adds so much value to the stay.
