I’m very disappointed by the front desk manager. I asked for a specific bill while checking out . No answer. I called back , the girl said it will be fine , they will send me the bill . Nothing … this was my second stay but I will definitely write a bad review online if I don’t get any feedback and … my bill …

Dear Mr B., Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel. I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. Please accept my sincere apologies for your final bill not coming through. This was passed to myself on the day of your departure and I was able to amend the invoice as requested. I then resent it through our system so am not sure why it did not come through to you. I have generated a copy to myself and have sent it directly by email to you this evening. I do hope this copy of the invoice comes through to you. Beautiful Hotel and Privilege room - staff really helpful and friendly- we are in the Hotel Restaurant for dinner and the food was delicious and reasonably priced too. A really lovely experience and will be back soon
