A lot of noise in the middle of the night . Have requested late checkout but different receptionists kept knocking on our door to ask us to check out . Breakfast is good but not included in the accomodation fees . With the amount of money we paid about $800 Australia for two nights - not worth the money at all . There is no toothbrush etc . Bed making is delayed till late afternoon and receptionist was very rude stating “we have 72 rooms but don’t have 72 staffs “ .

Virtually everything pretty near perfect. Good facilities, helpful and friendly staff. The only slight criticism relates to the washbasin in the bathroom - too big and unwieldy and the plug was next to useless

Loved the hotel, great staff, great room and great food. Breakfast was fantastic. One problem was that housekeeping let themselves into our room TWICE before we had checked out and once when we were naked. This was very unsatisfactory.
