My second visit in under a year. Breakfast staff were very helpful, encouraging us to order from the menu which was also included in the package at no extra cost. The buffet had everything you needed. Very clean tidy quirky hotel in an interesting hidden little old village. Half hour walk along the canal into Oxford City.

Two night stay in the Elm House part of the hotel which was a beautiful building. Fantastic room with a comfortable double bed and a wonderful bathroom. Tea/coffee and biscuits replenished daily. Good choice at breakfast with GF catered for. The only negative was the air conditioning in the bedroom which made an annoying sound every 10 minutes so unfortunately, a very disturbed nights sleep, this was reported to front of house staff.
