Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast and appreciated the range of options, especially the cooked breakfast, and that the initial party noise was manageable. However, I’m very sorry that your night was disrupted by noise from the neighboring room. We understand how important a peaceful stay is, and it’s disappointing that you were kept awake until the early hours. If you let us know at the time, we will make sure to stop the noise from the other rooms so late at night. I truly regret that this impacted your stay and understand your decision not to return. Thank you for sharing your feedback. I am very sorry for the issues you experienced with the heating and the cleanliness of your room. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and I completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after a long journey. I’m glad our receptionist was able to assist, but I appreciate this did not fully resolve the situation. We are reviewing both the heating and housekeeping procedures to prevent this from happening again. Your comments are taken very seriously, and I sincerely apologise for the disappointing experience.
