We hosted our office Christmas party here on Saturday evening, and the entire experience, from booking to the event itself, was delightful and seamless. Shivangi, who coordinated with me via email, and Sujoy, the Operations Manager were fantastic both before and during the event. They were very accommodating and managed to handle some last-minute changes, which we greatly appreciated. Although the tables were a bit tight, the evening was wonderful. We enjoyed delicious food and plenty of dancing! The Jersey Boys tribute singer was outstanding, and the DJ did a great job managing our lively group on the dance floor. We would definitely recommend this venue and look forward to hosting another office event here in the future.

Hotel staff friendly. Hotel Room clean and spacious. Shower was powerful but could use a wider screen to stop water splashing everywhere. Would stay here again if in area.

A huge thank you to Laura at Reception who made our stay wonderful. Nothing was too much for this lovely young lady, Laura really made a huge difference to our stay. The room was a delight, so clean, free parking, a delightful lounge with a big screen TV and also the best curry ever. But to be honest - it was Laura at Reception that made our stay a delight. We visited the Mercure Newbury West Grange first as it was right next door to the Crematorium, attendees just had to do left and left again from the one place to the other. Although we visited without appointment, the Manager, Shivangi, was called and came over to discuss, quote and show us round the possible areas and media we could use, with the offer of complimentary coffee. Her explanation of costs, showing us the facilities had us sold. she was careful to offer the options of sound in the room or from the projector and sources the tracks we wanted played. We went back and met Shavangi again and tested a laptop with the projector so we knew it worked. On the day itself, 30th October, everything was prefect, we had hot and cold buffet, including Gluten Free, hot drinks, projector. We had the room for 3 hours, 1pm to 4pm, but could have carried on with drinks away from dining area, big room, and hung on longer. Free parking if you enter your reg. no. Shivangi and her staff were at all times helpful. Very happy to have chosen the Mercure for my wife's Celebration of Life. Would highly recommend.

Arrived around 8pm, very friendly gentleman on reception called Muhammed got me checked in. Room was very modern, lovely new bathroom. Checked out early no fuss. Pleasant experience all round.
