No air conditioning and no complimentary water in fridge which would of be a nice gesture considering the room was stifling and As I pulled curtain shut massive amounts of spiders webs

The best thing about our stay was the air conditioning! The room was clean. The shower was in a dreadful condition at the bottom and the sink was cracked. One of the lights in the room didn't work. We didn't complain as we had booked via a Travel Zoo voucher and paid £75. However the breakfast was terrible and we did mention this to the staff on Reception. The food was cold and unpleasant. If we had paid full price for this room we would have been really disappointed.
