Receptionist Laura extraordinary friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a catastrophe - from thin orange juice cocentrate water mix, over unhealthy Kelloggs Muesli to cheapest sausages and disgusting scambled eggs. Breakfast chairs dirty, found one of five possible to sit on without necessarity of bringing my suit to laundry next day. Rooms are clean and ok, 233 ist located beside chimney with exhaust from kitchen. Fan running from 05:00am to 10:00pm - impossible to sleep after 05:00 in that room. Left my window open during day, all my clothes still have the smell of the terrible sausages. Friendly Laura offered me to change room, but I was to lazy... Thanks to Laura again.

The extraction in the bathroom is atrocious and therefore the bathroom mirrors are useless. The shower varied in temperature wildly. The breakfast on the Saturday morning(we were first in to the dining room) at 0730 was barely hot. The Sunday morning breakfast was of a similar quality ie not hot. This bear in mind is £22!!!! Apparently you can get Vegan however only if you give them 24 hrs notice which we were not made aware of. Conversely the room was very comfortable and quiet.
