The hotel hallways were cold, the hotel room was cool on arrival. the bet sheets were stained.. the shower room was very small but the radiator in the shower was scalding hot and i dropped something in the bathroom and burned my right shoulder from the radiator which has left a red burn mark on my skin.

Booked rooms for 3 elderly relatives & needed guaranteed swift & easy access. I booked via receptionist Nicola who was very helpful. On Christmas night, Laura was lovely & my "oldies" had a lovely welcome. The rooms were clean & high spec & all had a great sleep. Pick-up was trouble free too. Well done to all the staff & thank you!

Perfect room and hosts for a wake following a family funeral. Extremely helpful and considerate from the outset, the space allocated was stylish and spotless with plenty of room for the guests, all of whom commented afterwards on the tasty food - of which there was more than plenty. The staff were friendly and respectful throughout, even the bar prices were reasonable. All in all, the best review I could give is that my mother would have enjoyed it.

We regularly use the conference and restaurant area for a weekly meeting. The space is perfect for our needs but more importantly, the service we receive is always beyond expectation. Always greeted with smiles, we never ask for too much and the communication is always sound. Thank you Mercure for being our meeting host.
