This hotel is amazing the food was made to our standards and needs and the breakfast is lovely the staff are even better. Shivi and Mohammad do an excellent job and they are very kind to me and my colleges and made our stay enjoyable the chef bogden is also good at what he does and I asked for curtain stuff taken out of my beef burger and they made it happen the rooms are very nice in addition they made my stay wonderful.

My family and I were recommended this hotel as a venue for the wake following my late mother’s funeral. Shivangi and her team did a wonderful job, she was charming and easy to deal with and answered all emails quickly and efficiently. On the day itself everything went smoothly and chef Bogden provided a plentiful and delicious tea for 80 people, everything was fresh and more food was quickly brought out to replenish plates. Sujoy kept a close eye on everything and ensured that everyone was well looked after. Some relatives stayed at the hotel and commented on the helpfulness of the staff. Thank you so much to everyone, I can highly recommend.

Thee bathroom had evidence of being cleaned however the toilet bowl had a large piece of faeces in it from the previous occupant. Clearly the cleaning regime is lacking. I was offered a complimentary drink by means of compensation but should really have been offered a different room. Staff were apologetic.

I had a great weekend at Mercure Hotel, enjoying drinks at the bar in a serene atmosphere. The manager, Suejay, was welcoming, and the reception staff, especially Mohamd, provided a funny and lighthearted experience. The hotel was peaceful, and the rooms appeared inviting and well-maintained. I highly recommend hotel for a relaxing getaway and look forward to returning!

Great service always by Shivi, Laura and Mo. Always personalised and exceptional service. Friendly, welcoming and nothing is too small or too big. Home away from home. Cleanliness and house keeping is always hospital clean, and not a dust in site. Lorreta the house keeper is always smiling and so friendly. A lovely gem. Rooms made up immaculate, and the best hotel to stay at. A million percent recommended.
