Room was comfortable. AC system not working so temporary electric heater permanently in place. Dinner okay but breakfast poor and no staff visible. Had to wait 10 mins for receptionist to turn up.

Shower pipe was split so no water coming out of the shower head. No shower gel shower. The mattress wasn’t connected properly there was a massive height difference making a step in the middle of the bed. It was my daughter’s wedding I was arriving for after a 4 1/2 hour drive.

Room very cramped and restricted. Restaurant charge incorrect and staff unaware of full board allowance. Starter arrived after main course!
