Our first room was on the ground floor which had no Aircon and was very hot. When opening the window all you could smell was food smells from the restaurants. The cost of the rooms in the hotel is very expensive for what you get. The one night we stayed there the cost was £99 definitely not worth the money. In our first room then floors were dirty and dusty. Not sure when a mop was put to them.
