Room was clean. Was cold on arrival but did warm up. No decaf hot drinks avaliable. Which ruined my stay as couldn't have a drink. I asked for decaf was told you dont offer any and advised to go to Star Bucks.

Both myself and my companion in separate rooms had people let themselves into our room in the middle of the night. We were told that this was a mix up at reception and our rooms were reallocated after we checked in. This felt very unsafe and should never have happened. We both felt violated and had a terrible night's sleep as a consequence. My companions room also absolutely stank of cigarettes.
