At check in we were told the two rooms were next to each other. They were nowhere near each other although the room numbers indicated they were. Confusing that reception did not know that. The cot provided had no mattress - It was a board with sheets wrapped around it. Reception offered some towels for padding. We were told no one had ever complained. Quite simply this was completely unacceptable.
