The hotel is based in the town centre of Reading where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to visit. Reading also hosts the annual Reading Festival. The hotel is also only a short drive away from the Madejski Stadium Leisure facilities Day Pass in Novotel Reading Centre available for £8 when staying with us. Room was by the lifts the lifts were noisey all night. One was very squeaky and banged. Why did it not be put out of action between certain times of night. It kept waking us up. Nothing wrong with the room etc
