We stay here quite often and never had any problems apart from this time the Wi-Fi was playing up but that’s the only time this has happened

I have used the hotel consistently for two years and the staff have always been polite and helpful. The hotel is also well located and comfortable. My last visit though, the room heater was quite noisy, hence I took off a star. This has not been my experience previously though. Would definitely recommend.

I have stayed several times at the Ibis in Reading and generally have had a good experience. This time, checkin was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and generally good and I enjoyed the breakfast. There were two problems - I couldn't get my TV to work (I didn't actually report this so I didn't give them a chance to fix it or explain what I was doing wrong) and one of the two lifts wasn't working, which was poor considering how many floors the hotel has.
