Arrived before check-in time, hoping to store luggage, but Toni, on reception, was able to check us in early, which was a bonus. Problem with tv coming on of its own accord but advised how to deal with this and given drinks vouchers for bar to compensate. Very good location, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent selection of food at breakfast and very charming and pleasant staff.

It was a lovely place to stay, and the reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay overall. I only had one slight issue, which was that I had a late check-out and had also put the “Please Do Not Disturb” sign on my door the night before. However, while I was still half asleep, I saw a member of the cleaning staff walk into my room. This caught me completely off guard and left me feeling quite panicked, as I wasn’t expecting anyone to enter, and I don’t remember hearing a knock beforehand. Other than this incident, I had a lovely stay, and I would like to thank the reception staff for being so kind and helpful.

I was pleasantly pleased with my room with en-suite bathroom. It was clean and comfortable and the pillows were lovely and soft. The only downside was the water did not get very hot in the shower. It really could have been hotter.

Had an overall smooth stay for nearly 2 weeks but the handling of a “water suspension due to maintenance” needs much improvement. Basically only a notice to inform the customers without any proactive support or compensation. Few cans of still water were provided after repeated enquires.
