Dear Guest, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. I sincerely apologise for the inconveniences you experienced and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. I regret that you were unaware of the breakfast arrangements. While we did provide breakfast in our sister hotel for the holidays period, I want to clarify that there is an interconnecting door, allowing easy access without needing to go outside. Regarding the parking situation, I apologise for any confusion. The £7 charge is available with a validated ticket. We encourage our guests to validate their parking tickets to ensure they receive the proper rates. As for the noise on the top floor, I understand how disruptive this must have been for you. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the weather, and adverse conditions can sometimes lead to unexpected sounds. We genuinely appreciate your feedback and will consider it as we assess our room allocations in the future. Thank you again for your comments.
