Lift needs fixing, one lift not enough for the number of floors.

I've stayed here and at the Novotel next door many times over the past 10 years. The hotel is now at the point that it really needs a revamp. I was in room 1114 and the water pressure in the shower was really low, and the shower gel dispenser was empty. There was also only 1 lift working, which was a nightmare in the morning
