Not for family, poor service, no coordination between central booking team and hotel front desk

No co-ordination between their front desk and central reservation team so if you’re going to use any promotional vouchers than please make sure you go through all Ts&Cs met for the duration of your stay, we’ve long debate at check in desk and finally managed to get the room keys, out of 3 only one lift was operational keeping long queue to get to your floor. We’ve booked a family room but have to ask for towels and kids bedding so room wasn’t prepared. there were no ready made tea or coffee available in the room. Unfortunately we’ve left a hair straightener at the check out and i returned a call after few hours to collect it but neither front desk or housekeeping since comeback to us. the house keeping staff are very unprofessional. Please don’t book this hotel if you intend to stay with family.

We visited the hotel for dinner. The staff (especially Sanda and Alexis) were super super friendly and accomodating, the food was great as well and it was very enjoyable after non-memorable UK fast food. We came for the food and stayed because of the staff. Would highly recommend.

Really poor infrastructure

Been here 3 weeks have had to renew the door key card 4 times at the same of the three lifts available you are lucky to have one working. Just got in the only working lift with 5 other people in the pitch dark as the only working lift has no lights. Very very frustrating waiting 10 mins for a lift and being on the 10th floor it's not easy using the emergency stairs

We arrived late in the afternoon and had no reservations for that night. The receptionist proposed immediately a very nice solution to our late request. She was very kind and listened carefully to our needs. She showed us the rooms and we were directly convinced that the proposed solution was in line with our expectations.
