I've stayed here so many times over the years, love it! Convenient, central location, everywhere walkable. I mainly have to give a shout-out to the staff. Over the years I've always found the staff to be 99% superb - helpful, cooperative, efficient, & polite. This time the experience was exceptional. I feel reluctant to single out one member of staff, but feel I must mention Toni on reception. She is welcoming, a real problem solver, communicative and all with a wonderful smile on her face. Thank you! (The rooms are getting somewhat tired but I understand that Accor plans comprehensive renovation of Novotels - it's my favoured brand, can't wait!)
