Nice clean warm hotel on a cold wintry English afternoon. Special shout out to front desk employees Ms Hind and Ms Marissa were super-friendly and efficient. Novotel is a good value corporate hotel but Novotel Reading is just that more human. Really positive experience.

My husband, my son and I stayed in one of the family rooms. It was clean and tidy and extremely spacious. The staff were all so kind and made us feel very welcome.

hello, the shower drain was not working , the floor and the carpet in my room was so and obviously dirty which means nobody took care of the cleaning of the room since a long . Said the same to reception while checking out and I did not get any feedback of apology. overall very poor experience
