We stay at quite a few Novotels and unfortunately this fell well below our expected standards. When we arrived in the room there was no hand soap or shower gel. This was not replaced or replenished throughout our stay. The sauna was not working and the changing rooms were not very clean. Breakfast wasn’t great either, one day the coffee machines were broken and filtered coffee had been provided, unfortunately it wasn’t very filtered though, lots of black coffee grounds floating. There was also limited places to sit and even a dog was in the restaurant! And it wasn’t a guide dog. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
