It took us four attempts via the phone centre to make the booking. Once the system didn’t work, then the agent didn’t understand what type of accommodation we were trying to book and then twice the line dropped. Then we arrived the staff was very friendly but the beds were very uncomfortable to sleep. All of us woke up in the middle of the night with back pains and we woke up in the morning without having rested at all. Also there was a constant noise from the flash in the bathroom. It was very weird to have the toilet separate from the sink where you had to walk across the room to wash hands after having used the toilet. Also, the little room where the toilet is didn’t even have a bin.
