Great experience. The two receptionists Hind and Salima were very kind as well as the restaurant staff! The room was very clean and the location was perfect, 5 minutes walk distance from the train station. Fully recommended and I will come back!

We stayed for my sons birthday. The staff kindly let us check us in early , they were very helpful and the breakfast was great. Hotel itself is well located, rooms could do with a bit of an update but good value for money.

I was checked in at 9am by Toni who was very nice and helpful. I given clear instructions on breakfast and my early check in fee was waved which was very nice. The room was very tiday and clean. There is a desk in the room which is very useful for working or gaming.

The space is quite big and pleasant. The Toilet is actually bigger than expected with numerous utilities. The receptionist (Toni) was quite receptive and friendly. I will recommend this place to other people if they are visiting Reading.
