(For reference, the travel agency managing our trip booked us this hotel. We stayed for 4 days & 2 nights, with free breakfast) Our stay has been wonderful! The location of this hotel is very convenient, being near two MRT stations and two malls. The staff has been welcoming & accommodating, and the check-in & check-out process was swift. I would like to give special commendation to Kian, who had been assisting us throughout our stay. Aside from facilitating our check-in/out process, he is also knowledgeable about transportation in Singapore and helped us in our first time being in this country. For a budget-friendly hotel, this is a very good pick!

Visited Singapore ibis Singapore Imperial for business purpose, the location is very nice, walking distance to Little India district, across the street, there are supermarkets, convenient stores, food courts. The fast speed wifi never failed us unlike in many other places. My hearty appreciation goes to the front desk staff Allen, Kian, Mery and Jin Wei are super nice, very friendly, polite, professional and helpful! I will definitely come back and will not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who plan to visit Singapore.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Thanks to the exceptional service from the front office. Kian and Jude were particularly very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, which made my stay more enjoyable. The housekeeping staff is excellent and trustworthy. The hotel area is great, close to all necessities like shops and more. I highly recommend this hotel!
