Room quite noisy and small. There is no shower box or even a curtain, so if you take a shower, prepare yourself to dry everything or simply wait for it. The breakfast is limited and the waiter is quite rude with hosted, but specially with the other coworkers. The only positive thing is that it is located near the public transports and some restaurants.

Staff is friendly and provide good service. There is water available at lobby. Close to Lavendar MRT and many eateries close by. There is a small shopping mall near the hotel.

Overall, I would rate my stay around 7/10. The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and helpful, and the room was generally clean and well maintained. The basic accommodation experience was good and comfortable. The main downside was the sound insulation. Every morning, the noise from doors opening and closing in the hallway was very noticeable. The doors closed quite loudly, which could easily disturb sleep. If the hotel could improve the door cushioning or overall sound insulation, I believe the guest experience would be much better. Overall, it is still an acceptable place to stay, but the noise issue was definitely the biggest drawback during my visit.

Unfortunately, my stay with my children was disappointing. The room size was acceptable, but the poor soundproofing meant we could hear everything, and noisy guests from early morning repeatedly woke my children. Despite complaining several times, no meaningful action was taken. The open shower also flooded the entire bathroom after every use, which requires better maintenance and design. I appreciate the professional and helpful night staff, especially during check-in. However, overall, the lack of response and basic comfort issues made this stay far below expectations.

The check in staff was very kind, his name is Kian (if im not mistaken). It was busy afternoon, but he is very attentive and kind. The lady at the restaurant during breakfast was very kind as well. Room is clean, location near MRT and convenience store and halal food. Very happy with the stay.

Hotel is located in a good location, very short walk to the MRT station and easy to book Grab. Employees are friendly and helpful. Room is quite nice and spacious, enough for us to open all our suitcases and still have some walking area remaining. The only downside is the toilet jetspray is not working (not sure why, already tried turning it but still not working) thankfully I got my own portable bidet. The flush is also not working that well sometimes (sometimes water flow is slow) Other than that everything was good and I had a good experience and would recommend the hotel to others.

Pool was not open for day one. Then extended on day two. Also doesn’t participate in ALL. Rooms not soundproof at all. Give this one a pass, not sure why Accor bothers
