The check in staff was very kind, his name is Kian (if im not mistaken). It was busy afternoon, but he is very attentive and kind. The lady at the restaurant during breakfast was very kind as well. Room is clean, location near MRT and convenience store and halal food. Very happy with the stay.

Restroom stinks even without using it. When taking shower the whole bathroom is wet.

Hotel is located in a good location, very short walk to the MRT station and easy to book Grab. Employees are friendly and helpful. Room is quite nice and spacious, enough for us to open all our suitcases and still have some walking area remaining. The only downside is the toilet jetspray is not working (not sure why, already tried turning it but still not working) thankfully I got my own portable bidet. The flush is also not working that well sometimes (sometimes water flow is slow) Other than that everything was good and I had a good experience and would recommend the hotel to others.

Pool was not open for day one. Then extended on day two. Also doesn’t participate in ALL. Rooms not soundproof at all. Give this one a pass, not sure why Accor bothers

The receptionists are very nice and welcomed. We arrived earlier than expected, tho the room wasn’t ready yet. The receptionist let us leave our luggages in the lobby and even put on a lock on it, which makes us feel safer . All the facilities, bed, toilet, towel were nice and clean Tho the room wasn’t really big and wide, but still good enough to stay. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to my friends and family. I may book again next time when I come to SG.

Dear Ibis Budget Team, I am writing to formally complain about the handling of our booking at Ibis Budget Emerald/Jasmine. We had booked a Superior Room with two separate beds. Only around 45 minutes before arrival, while already on our way, we were informed that the hotel was closed and that we should instead go to a Fragrance Hotel in Balestier, where a room had supposedly been arranged for us. When we arrived there, the promised room was not available, and we were sent again to Ibis Budget Imperial, requiring a second taxi journey. We have now ended up in a different area of Singapore and in a room with one double bed instead of two separate beds. This caused us significant inconvenience, additional costs and lost time during our short stay in Singapore. The accommodation provided is simply not what we booked and paid for. We therefore request a full refund of our accommodation costs as well as reimbursement of both additional taxi journeys. Attached are screenshots of the chat regarding the relocation, as well as the receipts for both Grab journeys. We would appreciate a prompt response and a fair resolution. Kind regards, Linus Köhler

No recommended, no drinking water bottles in room, room had smell, no window, not good washroom, not interested anymore

Tap water was trickling, hard even to wash hands Hand held shower hose could not stay in place, spraying all over. No water provided, have to go to reception and there is not even paper cups. Reception was friendly and ok. Is this a franchise hotel with an owner who is stingy with water usage ?
