Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The garage was a nightmare to get out of, very steep, very tight, and not enough time to exit, so I scarped the car panicking that I would not get out in time and the garage door would close on my car

Location of the hotel is very good for visiting Annecy. A nice stroll by the river to get there and enjoy this beautiful town. The local area has a nice bar and couple of restaurants. Secure garage parking at the hotel for our motorcycle was good. The room was nice and big and comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom. Poorly designed with the sink too close to the toilet giving inadequate leg room and when showering, the water ran over the floor unless we used towels to stop it as it was a wet room style. The light was sensor activated so would regularly switch off during a shower if it didn’t detect any movement. It would also come on when you didn’t need it if you left the door open and it picked up movement in the room. None of these big issues but a little more thought would make things far better for the price of the rooms. Breakfast was adequate for the price. Nice scrambled eggs.

Pleasant staff, room very very small, nice outlook over park, room had a hint of a horrible damp sewerage smell though and bathroom floor being black looked clean until the white towel touched it and it proved quite grubby. Bed was nice and clean, ok for adults but I wouldn’t have stayed with young kids that would be touching the floors more. Good breakfast. Our 2nd room was bigger and looking over the front with lovely big window, much cleaner and much nicer, although again the bathroom floor very grubby. Wouldn’t chose again if I could help it.

L’accueil du personnel est agréable Petit déjeuner complet Literie confortable Un peu loin du centre ville d’Annecy (30mn à pied) même si la balade en bord de rivière pour y accéder est agréable. La chambre est modeste, pas de rangement et pas de porte de douche donc on en met partout.

Chambre correcte et très propre. Très bon petit-déjeuner avec un bon choix aussi bien salé que sucré. Pratique le garage souterrain mais uniquement accessible avec des vehicules de petit ou moyen gabarit. Attention: l'hôtel se situe à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville d'Annecy. Personnel très serviable et aimable.
