Your staff were friendly and the check-in was easy. We stayed in room 408 for one night. But the room itself was unpleasant. The duvet inside the cover and the pillows smelt bad (They clearly needed to be washed / changed). The shower had black mould all over the grout/ joins. The toilet floor was disgusting under the toilet and smelt awful. Your cleaning needs to be significantly improved.

Good choice to stay here, as 4 mins away from the train station and we can stay for late check out as our train depart late. The balcony overlooking the church and great cityview. Great choice and we will come back staying here again.

Great location right next to the old town of Annecy. The amenities were helpful with being able to access a washing machine and dryer and use the coffee machine. The one bedroom apartment had everything we needed.
