We found the Adagio Annecy Centre a very pleasant place to stay, within a short walk of the old town. Arrival and check-in was straightforward with everything as booked. Our room was very well equipped although some of the cupboards and the sofa bed showed signs of wear and were overdue a re-fit. The air conditioning unit was operating but did not affect the room temperature. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable. A second/improved coffee machine and bigger seating area would have improved the overall breakfast experience.

Clean, has everything we need for cooking, had good sleep at night. Blackout curtains. Dry rank for clothes over bath is very useful. It dry out overnight.

Well located, kitchen was well equipped - shower gel / shampoo was poor and could have been improved - room was really hot, and air conditioning couldn't be lowered any further

Our room was clean and comfortable with a large deck, very close to the railway station and its location makes everything from the old town, the lake, the market, the amazing shops and the Courier Centre walkable. But for us the nicest part was the friendliness of the people who work there …

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The location is perfect, with easy access to everything you might need. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would definitely come back.
