I booked this hotel on a business trip expecting just a nice affordable stay and was very pleasantly surprised with the spa. It was very affordable, and I had it to myself which was an added bonus after a long drive. Soothing music, hot tub, sauna and hamam made for a relaxing evening and a great sleep before an early departure.

It was interesting to see how it worked. There was no illumination to help us find the hotel and no restaurant where we could have dinner. After our positive experience at the Mercure Hotel in Belfort, it was really strange.

Pleasant and helpful staff facilitated slightly early check-in, and guided during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. However, I found paper cups for beverages in this Accor property also, maybe indicating this as a standard fit across all Accor hotels? This could be improved. The breakfast fare was minimal, maybe because I went in amongst the first few customers as the restaurant opened. Can be improved. The hotel is slightly away from the city centre, but cabs are available. If booking for pick-ups, intimate the cab driver to approach from the front gate as the rear gate will not be opened. I lost some time in this as the cab driver had reached the rear gate and found it difficult to reroute himself to the front gate thereafter.
