The location is good very easy to walk to the old town and near the train station and shopping center but the both lift didn’t work we had to walk up and down and work out a lot and plug in the bathtub doesn’t work

The hotel lobby was completely reserved for an event throughout our stay. As regular hotel guests, there was hardly anywhere to sit, as all the seating areas had been removed. One of the two elevators was out of order for our entire five-night stay. The reception staff did not seem particularly concerned when we mentioned this. We were simply told that we should leave our feedback online. No actual solution or assistance was offered. Breakfast was also chaotic every morning. The tables were not properly clean, even after being wiped down. The buffet was clearly not being monitored properly. Whenever something ran out — milk, juice, jam, or even juice glasses — we had to ask the staff ourselves for it to be replenished. The staff did not appear to check the buffet regularly or refill items when necessary. Overall, we had the impression that the needs of regular hotel guests were completely overlooked because of the event. For a hotel of this standard, this is simply not acceptable.

Room second floor and directly over railway was very loud - not impressed. No fresh air option. TV not compatible with Apple. Also took €200 deposit when we arrived. Was unaware of this when booking and this was a lot of money for a two night stay?

Having been handed the prepared key we went up to our room to find it already occupied but the key still worked. Going back to reception the same had happened to another couple. At reception neither of us received an apology. Poor service really - mistakes like this shouldn’t happen.
