Need to improve the service in the hotel no water in the room the hotel need to improve the facilities.

i MUST ADMIT OUR LAST STAY SOME MONTHS AGO WAS MUCH LESS NOISY. THIS TIME WE COULD HEAR THE TRAIN PASSING BY AND ALSO SOME NOISES IN THE MORNING SUCH AS A WATER HEATER COULD MAKE !!! i WOULD PREFER A ROOM WITH A SMALLER NUMBER NEXT TIME ?

Great staff! Enjoyed the Happy Hour at the pub. Room was clean, but a bit hot! I know there is a deal about 24*, but that is a bit too chaud!
