it was great stay, everything is just walking distance, all though the parking is small and narrow if you have a car like us.

This is our second time staying in Novotel Annecy but experience this time was very disappointing. They assigned right above room right above the train station. Everytime the train passes by, I could hear not only loud sound but also vibration of the floor. Also the sink in the washroom was so clogged that every time we wash our hands / brush our teeth, the water didn't go down right way and took forever. I told the reception so hopefully they fix it. For breakfast, hope they equip some more selection of vegetables and fruits. I was looking for basic items like apples /bananas or lettuce salad ... I couldn't find any.

We had a great room with view to the mountains - very dogfriendly hotel - our dog even had a good size dogbed and amenities in the room. Lively and very enjoyable atmosphere in the hotel - very friendly team.

Good location near bus and train station We asked for a high floor so not to hear the trains and it was a lovely stay . Good breakfast yet boiled eggs were extremely cold :) Also check in is at 4pm . We left the luggage still it is very late
