Location was fantastic, close to the historical and most beautiful part of the city. The room was adequate, albeit a little too warm, something that we could fix by opening the windows several times a day. The shower was nice but on occasion the water was running cold and the back to warm/hot. Breakfast was okay, personally I found it satisfactory although my son was a bit more reluctant with the variety. All in all, we were happy with very few points to remark

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Despite arriving around 5:00 PM, our room was not fully prepared. The sofa bed was not opened, and after calling for assistance, a staff member entered our room without knocking, which was extremely shocking and unacceptable from a privacy and safety perspective. The room was sold to us as a suite, yet several basic facilities were not functioning: • The light next to the closet was not working. I was assured it would be fixed the next working day, but it was sorted only last night of the stay. • The safe box was locked and unusable, requiring a reset. After multiple calls to reception, I did not have the energy to raise yet another issue. Additionally, there was a persistent unpleasant smell across the entire floor, resembling a sewage odor, which significantly impacted our comfort. We also paid for parking, which turned out to be one of the worst parking experiences I have encountered. The entrance and exit are extremely tight, barely allowing access through the gate. I almost scratched my rental car despite driving a normal midsize vehicle (Skoda Kodiaq). Parking spaces were very small with inadequate spacing between cars, making maneuvering very difficult. Overall, this stay fell far below reasonable expectations and did not reflect the standards implied by the room category or pricing.

it was great stay, everything is just walking distance, all though the parking is small and narrow if you have a car like us.
