I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at this hotel, and it truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was spotless and spacious, with a stunning view of the mountains and the train station, which to my relief, was peaceful and quiet. While my initial interaction with a receptionist wasn't ideal, Kenza made a wonderful impression, transforming my experience. She was exceptionally professional, kind and went out of her way to accommodate all my requests, ensuring a pleasant and seamless stay. Breakfast was a delightful start to each day, with a buffet downstairs or a more private à la carte breakfast in-room (though with slightly fewer choices). The location is ideal, a 5-min walk to the train station and about 10 minutes to the lake and historical center, making exploration effortless. Having stayed at multiple Novotel hotels, I can confidently say that this one is among the best I've visited. Thus I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Annecy.

Last minute booking, and the hotel was very responsive to email enquiry after booking. When I was allocated my room I was concerned about heavy train noise, but did not prove a problem during the night. A massive standout was assistance received from receptionist Kenza who supported me through a very difficult situation with a hire car. She went above and beyond and I remain grateful for her assistance.

I think it is the third time i book for our customer meetings this hotel and most likely will not book in the future. We made a reservtio for 8 people, send the document signed back but when i arrived there was not reservation. Apparently a perso has left the team and our reservation was handed over.

Location is good and staff also quite friendly. The problem is maintenance a bit lousy. The plaster ceiling in my bathroom nearly fall down. This issue need to solve as soon as possible.
