Its the location!!! 5 star right in the hub of city, walking to all attractions, restaurants and shopping center. Hotel lobby is lively and good to relax when it gets chilly outside Very comfortable stay , reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very disappointing ( cakes were not even fresh ) no egg station Honestly its better to have ur breakfast in many bakeries across the street

Despite the train noite, it’s comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly!

Fantastic staff. Very friendly especially the receptionist on shift who was on the evening shift. Her name began with M. So sorry for not having written it down but she helped us with all our enquiries and nothing was a problem. We def will be returning
