Not very good won’t recommend this location at all

The overall experience wasn't great. We came early, so need to wait for the room during check-in time. After we came back during check-in time, I was queuing behind this family of 4. Then some new guests just stand on the right side of the reception, and they actually thought that they are first? The bar/drinks area is not bad to chill to have some drinks and food. On the last night, I asked for new towels, a new water bottle, and cups because we have been out the whole day and didnt have housekeeping. Someone from reception wrote down our requests and said will send it to our room asap. But after almost an hour nobody came up. So I called front desk, and they told me to come down.

On the day of your arrival, our team was assisting other guests, including a family checking in ahead of you, which may have contributed to the waiting time you experienced. We sincerely apologize for the confusion at the reception desk and for the delay in fulfilling your request for fresh towels, water, and cups on your last evening. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to wait and then be asked to come downstairs. We have shared your comments with the relevant teams to help us improve our communication and responsiveness. The location is excellent — right in the city center and close to the train station, so it’s very easy to find. However, if you’re planning to do some work during your stay, don’t count on it. It’s hard to find a proper space in the room to use a laptop. The breakfasts are also quite average.
