Our review really has two parts - when we arrived we were allocated a room on level 2 that looked into the confluence of two buildings and wire grates, with a staircase. You couldn't even see the sky anywhere to see what kind of day it was. Additionally, it was right next to the cleaning supply office, and it was quite noisy. We booked well in advance and I am an Accor Platinum member, so we were disappointed. The next day we asked about a new room and were allocated another one on level 5. This room was much nicer, with a view over the roofs of the old town. So the first 24 hrs of our stay was only OK, and the next two days were better. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful If you can, I would ask for a room overlooking the lake, as we could see that some rooms on level 5 definitely have those views.

I stayed in the family room. The WC and the bath were separate blocks with no basin in the WC block. How is one suppose to wash hands.

Great location, nice balcony, but felt we were on a boat due to constant fan noise through the night. Unsure where it was coming from but probably not in the room as switching AC off did not help, just caused bad air quality in the room.
