Stayed for 2 nights for work. Comfortable bed and good shower. The desk was a little squashed in the corner. Slept well with good blackout curtains and windows that open. Breakfast had some hot and cold options, a little overpriced. Fire alarm went off around 6:30 am but stopped a few minutes later, no mention by staff of why.

Nice room on first floor, terrace by the flags overlooking the lake side. A bit noisy at times. Very good breakfast buffet. Fitness room needs improvements, the heavier dumbells are missing. Sauna is very good, top quality, thank you.

The beautiful design of the hotel was evident from the moment we stepped into the lobby. Beautiful mid modern designs; muted, intimate colours. It situated right next to the lake and the parks and bear to the old town part of Annecy. All within walking distances. Lots of shops and Cafes nearby. The room was well designed with adequate power outlets and a coffee machine. We were able to look out onto the lake and the mountain range. Breath taking views every day. Wonderful stay. Nothing to complain about.
