Not very pleasant. I got a room on the first floor facing window towards a wall with very noisy in the night. Heating was not working properly.

We were pleased with the room, comfortable bed, free mini bar and the location is terrific for walking though old town. When asked, the staff was happy to assist with restaurant bookings. Check-in and check-out were very efficient.
