Waited too long for room availability, pricey for a compact small room with half window.

Paid over 400EUR for a twin room over the holidays. Got assigned a tiny accessible room. Everything in the room feels like an old motel, not a '4-star' hotel. The faucet is wobbly and water either too hot or too cold, never the right temperature. The shower, which is already moldy, sprays water everywhere perhaps because of the accessible room design. The bed mattress and pillow is covered in a thin layer of plastic film - like an airline or hospital pillowcase. The location is good though. Right in front of the lake Annecy. But the twin room I got has zero view because it faces a wall directly. Maybe a lake view room would be better. Front desk service is cordial and efficient. If it weren't for their cheerfulness leaving a good first impression would probably have checked out right away.

We are a family of 4 people. Our kids are 16 years old and we have been given an interconnecting room. We did made the reservation via phone almost 2 months before our arrival and without any prior notice they did well remember and gave us the best room. Once we entered the room we requested for an assistance and 2 minutes after someone came to resolve.The staff was very helpful, professional and extremely polite. They did assist on organizing our dinners and provided a very helpful reply to every request. The breakfast was a real value for money offering even local diary products of excellent quality. At this point as Greeks we are very hig qualified on all diary products and the Annecy products offfered to us at the breakfast were great. Excellent vintage rooms with a lot of space and great bathroom. We will definitely come back Thanks a lot to all
