It's in a good loaction. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The only complaint I have was that the AC wasn't working well in my room.

used filters on search to ensure breakfast and parking was available and included in the price arrived to find no spaces available had to make alternative arrangements away from hotel and pay for it told we had been upgraded to a balcony room which we found to be dirty with fag ash and butts lying on the floor disgusting !

The staff at the reception was friendly, and the check in/out were quick. The room (a twin room) was alright, not that much space to keep clothes (no wardrobe or cabinets) so if you are staying for longer time it could be a bit unpractical.

We were very impressed with the staff. So helpful, and when the air conditioner stopped working, they immediately called and got a technician lined up to work on the problem. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that the outside temps were so horribly hot and the air conditioner couldn’t keep up once the technician got it working. The lobby was very comfortable and the staff didn’t mind us spending time there.

The shower was cold, the room was hot. The breakfast was nice, however, it was chaotic. Plates missing, coffee machine not working. On the plus side, staff were friendly.
