I was disappointed with my experience. I booked a room one year in advance and, due to a system error, the reservation was automatically registered for one person only, even though it was always my intention to stay with another guest. When I arrived at the hotel, I was unexpectedly charged an additional fee for the second breakfast, with no flexibility shown. It is also worth noting that, despite having an account, my reservation disappeared from my customer area without explanation, making it impossible to verify the number of guests beforehand. I even had to send an email to confirm whether the booking had been correctly made. It was an unpleasant situation, and not something I expect from a chain like Accor. I hope these procedures are reviewed to prevent other customers from experiencing the same issue.

Really enjoyed the unlimited refreshment/tea at the reception, but as mentioned on my checkout, the bathroom had traces of mold on the joints and ceiling which is not normal...

Perfect for a weekend trip and just round the corner from family. Small rooms by USA standards, but comfortable and well equipped. Excellent breakfast with a good selection and especially good bread and pastries. Friendly staff with better English than my French!
