The staff at the reception was friendly, and the check in/out were quick. The room (a twin room) was alright, not that much space to keep clothes (no wardrobe or cabinets) so if you are staying for longer time it could be a bit unpractical.

We were very impressed with the staff. So helpful, and when the air conditioner stopped working, they immediately called and got a technician lined up to work on the problem. It wasn’t anyone’s fault that the outside temps were so horribly hot and the air conditioner couldn’t keep up once the technician got it working. The lobby was very comfortable and the staff didn’t mind us spending time there.

The shower was cold, the room was hot. The breakfast was nice, however, it was chaotic. Plates missing, coffee machine not working. On the plus side, staff were friendly.

Unfortunately the hot water didn't work but the people are very accomodating and really good

The entrance was small and untidy. The car park a nightmare to park in. The disabled room was awful with steps into the room and shower which caused a problem for my husbands visual disability. The breakfast was basic. Very disappointed and will not book again.
