At our initial arrival, the reception experience was disappointing. The staff member on duty was not welcoming, which created a negative first impression. However, later in the day, another receptionist was present and provided a much more professional and friendly service, which we appreciated. Regarding the room, it was slightly smaller than expected. That said, the hotel benefits from a convenient location, particularly for guests traveling by car, which is a strong advantage. Unfortunately, the cleanliness standards did not fully meet expectations. The bed sheets were not properly clean and had visible stains, which is an important point to address in order to improve overall guest satisfaction.

We felt very welcome upon arrival, especially compared to our previous stays. A friendly young man who spoke excellent English greeted us and took great care of us throughout the evening. The lounge area with the games and the restaurant are both lovely and nicely decorated. This time we had the larger family room, which was very comfortable. The only small downside was that the lady at reception the next morning was a bit reserved.
