Comfortable Stay and Convenient to the Old Town

Our room wasn't the cleanest (mold in the shower, stains on the sheets), but it was still reasonably comfortable. That said, it was a relatively cheaper option for the location and front desk staff was able to help us in English when needed.

No facial tissues available at all; no hand towels at all. Buffet Breakfast was included with our room, however on the Sunday, there were no utensils available, no food on the counters, … We had to go out for breakfast. And when I asked that the cost be deducted from my bill, the hotel refused. And I won’t even talk about the lack of service at the bar. The only thing this hotel has going for it, is its location. Will never stay here again!

Regarding the absence of facial tissues and hand towels, these items are unfortunately not part of the Ibis brand standards, which provide one large bath towel per person. However, guests are always welcome to request additional bath towels at any time free of charge from the reception. As for the breakfast, which is generally well-appreciated by our guests, it is served as a buffet until 10:30 AM. For those who prefer to sleep in, a lighter option is available at the bar after this time. We sincerely regret that you were unable to fully enjoy this service.
