Basic hotel which does its job, but a newly fitted alarm caused a full evacuation at 04:55am. Everyone came out of their rooms and down to reception, but there was little if any direction from staff as to what was going on, leaving us with a 4 year old who was very upset and scared due to the loud alarm going off.

Bonjour Martin, Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour l’inquiétude suscitée par l’activation de l’alarme incendie pendant la nuit. Elle a été déclenchée par une détection de chaleur et confirme le bon fonctionnement de notre système de sécurité incendie, en pleine conformité avec la réglementation en vigueur. Nous regrettons que la communication à ce moment-là n’ait pas été perçue comme suffisamment rassurante, surtout avec un jeune enfant, et ce point a été abordé avec notre équipe.
