Room was cosy and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Staff are very kind. The only thing is the elevator and toilet were both very small. It was fine for us but big people may have a hard time. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Easy walk to the lake and old town.

All good except the room had a strong smoking odor when switching on air conditioning

Chambre 106 a fuir avec salle de bain littéralement INDIGNE d un 4* et accueil très moyen !!!

Opération déminage .. réservation de 3 chambres 2 semaines avant Le réceptionniste de nuit nous indique 3 chambres identiques … on s installe, déballe et mon mari fatigué se couche … Découverte horrifiée de la salle de bain de la chambre 106 (déjà bien plus petite que les autres) … pas de wc séparés 😬 indigne d un 4* !!!! Et wc littéralement encastres entre le lavabo et le mur (voir photos) … obligés de se faufiler pour y accéder et éviter le dérouleur Un scandale pour un hôtel de cette classification !!! Les deux autres chambres sont très grandes, les salles de bain spacieuses et ont bien sûr les wc séparés … Le lendemain matin, je tente en vain d expliquer notre déception au réceptionniste (surtout que les 3 chambres « prétendument annonces identiques » sont au même prix et je demande un geste commercial .. blocage .., la responsable arrivée peu après me prend un peu de haut et indique si Accor a donné son ok pour qu il y ait des chambres plus petites et que c est normal 😳😳 et qu en gros elle n est pas d accord avec moi … Accor a t il indique aussi que les prix devaient être les mêmes ???? … Fidèles clients d Accor on a souvent été nettement mieux traités dans des i is budget ou styles … peut être à Annecy faut il choisir le novotel ? En tous cas éviter de réserver la chambre 106 ou alors à ses risques et périls ÉNORME déception sur la chambre et sur l accueil … hôtel à ne pas recommander à moins d avoir envie d être traités avec mépris Pour info, la chambre était indiquée en prix d arrivée à 180€ (heureusement que la réservation anticipée ne l a facturée qu à 129€ mais elle ne méritait pas la moitié du prix !!!)

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel idéalement situé au centre-ville d'Annecy. Acceuil chaleureux, belle chambre et petit déjeuner de qualité. Très bon service assuré par un jeune monsieur , professionnel avec un vrai sens de faire plaisir à ses clients. Astuce: les hôtels Mercure accordent un avantage aux seniors en offrant le petit déjeuner.( toutefois à verifier pour chaque hôtel à la reservation) Nous recommandons l'hôtel
