Nice privilege room, new shower fixture makes showering a pleasure. Excellent sleep quality. Privilege standards slipping as the fridge is empty and no soft drinks are provided anymore. Also, very few Nuxe toiletries provided - only shower gel and body lotion. No shampoo and conditioner. Still good and sleep quality wonderful. Breakfast people wonderful.

Nice staff, worthy of a better hotel

Kind personnel; upon my request, upgraded us to a somewhat bigger room. Sadly too small, and hotel is in great need of refurbishment. Worst Mercure hotel I ever stayed in. Two Star rather than four

Good Central Location

I was booked in for one night en-route to ski resort. On the Saturday night the resort was closed due to the Coronavirus. Our stay was very quickly extended for another night until I could organise a flight back home. The staff were extremely competent and helpful especially Amandine on reception.

Internet reservation error resulted in several discussions in hotel on final price,even though I called customer services and hotel immediately when it happened.extremely hard matress in a privilidge room.Not possible to use shaver or hair dryer in bathroom as cannot plug in.Mirror in bedroom has no lighting above. Good location,good breakfast and good staff.

While the staff was wonderful, unfortunately I can not say the same for the facilities. While to room was fine the Breakfast Room was very small and not big enough for the number of quests trying to use it in the morning. To be fair, this is an old building with limited available space and everyone was doing the best they could with what they had to work with.

I stayed for 2 nights while attending several meetings in Annecy. The 24-hour reception was a plus as I was very late on the day of arrival. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. There are many places in close proximity to dine or have a drink. The lake is within walking distance.

Our standard room at the back of the hotel was bright, quiet and very clean. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet, the large windows opened for fresh air. The location was excellent, less than a five minute walk to the train/bus station/old town. Staff were friendly. Breakfast room is very small but we had no problem getting a seat each morning and the staff were fast to clear tables and replenish food. Standard breakfast, but the same choices daily. Our bathroom had a tub/shower combination, but I found the tub very deep and very slippery to step in and out of.
