No parking close to the hotel for an SUV. The rooms are very small with barely any space in the bathroom to move around. The bed was too short even for someone who is 180cm. Breakfast was very minimal with very little space which may have been a problem if more people turned up. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with this hotel.

J’avoue que j’ai un avis assez mitigé. Tout d’abord, comme j’ai pu ici, les chambres sont petites. Personnellement, j’avais une chambre privilège qui me paraissait déjà petite, et mes collègues m’ont dit que leur chambre classique l’était encore plus. Petite déception, je lis que certaines chambres privilèges possèdent un balcon, cela aurait été courtois de me donner une chambre sympathique, vu que j’ai réservé six chambres pour mon Groupe, et que je me suis offert une privilège. Mais pas grave. Petit déjeuner complet avec produits locaux, saumon fumé… comme j’ai pu lire ici aussi, salle du petit déjeuner très petite donc il y a d’autres espaces aménagés pour le petit déjeuner qui vont jusqu’à la réception. Aussi, il fait extrêmement froid dans les chambres. Malgré avoir monté au maximum, nous nous sommes réveillés gelés la réception nous répond que le système vient d’être changé. Espérons qu’ils arrivent rapidement à savoir le régler 🤪 À noter quand même la gentillesse du personnel et ça c’est très appréciable.

Very small hotel with badly designed room that have aged badly. The bathroom mirror and sink were cracked, the tiny tolet was barely big enough to be in and dirty/dusty mechanism. The hotel is not up to standard of mercure and should be a budget hotel/hostel. Almost bad enough ti no longer reserve with mercure group again in the future. It was by far the worst Accor hotel I have stayed in and was the down point of our visit to the beautiful city of Annecy.
