The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall. However, the service left a lot to be desired. Communication was quite difficult since I don’t speak French, although I could tell the staff were genuinely doing their best to help despite the language barrier. Unfortunately, the breakfast was extremely disappointing. The coffee from the machine tasted poor, and the pre-made meal prepared for our school group included only three croissants and a single piece of bread — one of the simplest and least satisfying breakfasts I’ve ever had. With some improvement in food quality and service, this hotel could be much better.

No parking close to the hotel for an SUV. The rooms are very small with barely any space in the bathroom to move around. The bed was too short even for someone who is 180cm. Breakfast was very minimal with very little space which may have been a problem if more people turned up. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with this hotel.

Regarding breakfast, we have chosen to focus on offering high-quality artisanal products, including items from renowned producers, rather than emphasizing quantity. Nevertheless, your comments have been shared with our team for review. Concerning parking, we work in partnership with public parking facilities in the city center, as clearly stated during the reservation process. Access may be more challenging for larger vehicles.
