The hotel is located near the NUS. The staff is professional and friendly. However, there is no free bottled water available. You need to purchase it from the nearby convenience store. You can ask for free toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, etc. But they are all of surprisingly low quality. For the consideration of your personal health, please bring your own. And I bought a soap bar to avoid using the shampoo/liquid soap (2-in-1) in the restroom. Oh, speaking of the restroom, the design is fairly unreasonable. Every day, the staff will provide new towels, but they are placed inside the restroom; there is no shelter for the shower area from the rest of the space, so I have to move those towels OUT of the restroom if I still want to have dry towels after the shower. This reminds me that I am not well off enough to afford a better place to stay in Singapore, lol.

The hotel's location is one of its biggest strengths. It's just a short walk from a bus stop and very close to the Circle Line MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get around the city using public transportation. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Every team member I interacted with made me feel valued and comfortable. I stayed at the hotel for 18 days, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I'd especially like to thank Eng Lee and Keith for their warm hospitality and welcoming attitude.
