Stayed for 6nights. In which, the bins were not cleared daily, the sheets were never changed during our entire stay. The switch for the aircon was not entirely functional. We were too tired to raise the issues to the counter. However as a 4 Star hotel, I think that is the minimally required.

Can not edit booking when plans change, was asked to cancel and rebook. But if cancel, worried that there will no availably of rooms.
