The first night we stayed on 7/f was terrible, we cant sleep well at all, which was noisy at the midnight, and the accommodation was not good (see below),so we requested to change a higher floor see if it could be better, So 2nd to 4th nights we changed to 17/f, it was better, thanks for the help, There were Cleaner kettle, cleaner sleeper ( but one off sleeper will be much hygienic), better water pressure (shower room), quieter environment, better hanger (which is movable),etc .. There was quite a lot of difference between floors, may be it needs many improvement . The front desk ladies and gentlemen were nice and helpful.

The location was very good, however the cleanliness was very poor. In the last two nights of my extended stay, there were black hairs on the bathroom door and on the floor. Even after the room was cleaned the next day, the hairs were still there. Some of the reception staff were very kind and helpful. However, even though we requested a price including breakfast, the hotel offered a room-only (RO) rate for two nights that was higher than the rate we were already staying at. As someone who has previously worked in Accor Türkiye in the hospitality industry, I would like to emphasize that there are significant shortcomings in the hotel–price balance. Not every request should come with an extra charge; guest satisfaction is also very important. If it were not for the good location, I would not choose this hotel again. As mentioned above, the cleanliness was very poor. The toilet constantly smelled of urine, and it was clear that detergent was not properly used.
