We stayed here on 12 and 15 June as was close to the train station. The sound proofing of the rooms is excellent. Our first night we were on Level 1 on the busy street but were not disturbed at all by the noise. We were on Level 3 the second time and again no issues with noise The staff were lovely and we were able to leave our bags after check out for free before we needed to get our train. The station is close and the old port is walkable also. Rooms were spotless and beds and shower very comfortable. Reception is 24 hours which we like. Highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and perfectly located. We booked a block of rooms for a business trip, and Fernanda was incredibly flexible, cooperative, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made organizing our group stay so much easier and stress-free. The staff were also always willing to assist with any additional requests, making us feel truly welcome and at home. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and outstanding service, and we would definitely stay here again.

There was a cockroach in the bathroom. The tiles were dirty in the bathroom, the toilet was also quite dirty with limescale in the toilet. No iron to use. The shower wasn’t great pressure
