This hotel was honestly better than the Ibis Styles Vieux Port in Nice. The TV was huge with very modern amenities like a Chromecast! Very impressive. The only thing that would have made this stay much more perfect was if there was a kettle in the room but also understand that this was meant to be a 2-star hotel. However, for a 2-star hotel, this was very excellent and would stay again!

The reception staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was very spacious and very modernly decorated. Unfortunately the windows are not quite noise isolated so I woke up quite early due to the traffic noise. But all in all, nice spot for a budget city trip.

Check in and check out were seamless and the hotel was well located. That said, you cannot take away from the fact it is the noisiest hotel room I have ever slept in and was awoken many times due to outside noise (traffic, people, protests, building works) You should provide ear plugs with the rooms to avoid reviews such as mine.

The room was big and stylish. The entire hotel was very nice, and I appreciated the baggage hold service and the breakfast. The only complaint is some of the front desk people being a bit gruff.

From the moment we set foot in the hotel, we were dissatisfied with it. We felt that some of the front desk staff were not friendly and they were not helpful or trying to help.

I stayed for a few nights in Greet Marseille. I had a great time in the city and it was great to come home to my suite at the end of the day. The best was very comfortable, the room was cozy and very well designed and the bathroom was big and with lots of light. The staff was very helpful and accommodating and because I booked in plenty in advance I got s super affordable rate!

I was exhausted when I arrived on the room on Sunday night. When I entered in the room I noticed a smoking light smoke smell. I was so exhausted a d I fall asleep. Around 2 O’clock in the morning the smell was so strong that this woke up. I then ask the front desk to change room, as just could not stay, in such a smell. My request was by him telling me that this was not a reason to change room and that no more manager was in the hotel for obvious reason. When I inserted he then came in my room with a sprayer, and then told me that there was no smell grin his point of view. I was so upset then I decided to leave the hotel even though I had pay for a week. I packed all my , left the and tried to find another hotel, but at 2’Oclock was simply impossible. After one hour of try in cold and windy streets, I then came back to the hotel, and slept all night with an open window. That was may be the fourth time that I came back to this hotel, but could never imagine such a lack of respect and humanity and professionalism , specially when I know that the hotel was almost empty. N1 This room was not clean and ventilated to receive customer. N2 Front desk call not have a look at me face to face to tell me that there was no smell in the room. Every body has his own sensibility. But I never made any issue in this hotel, so I had a track record of good customer.

The AC broke down for the entire hotel and no one informed us before checking in. Only to realised once we are in the room and no employee could help with anything. Note that I have a free cancellation. If i know this before I wouldn’t stay at this hotel.

First of all I had good time at your hotel everything goes well as I expect it but only one thing I regret is that I didn’t sleep well in the midnight because they are something under the bed biting me like a bedbugs that’s too much kindly treat that part and every other service is good and perfect thank you babe
