Good Hotel, clean, friendly and mindful staff. Breakfast was decent (not much quality but it's quite varied), I would have loved more fruit and better coffee :D. The lack of refrigerators in the rooms is very uncommon sub-standard for a Hotel, especially at this price. That really needs an upgrade. It's OK for a short stay. I'm still trying to contact the hotel again because I may have lost my car key in the safe

I was a bit disappointed this time. It was the first time of all my stays in hotels of the Accor-Group that I have to give a deposit. I think my behaviour in all those many years and in so many hotels was absolutely correct, clean and fine. I disliked it. My wish for a view to Vieux Port or direction to was not fulfilled. I just so a wall. It's also my first time to mention that I am a Gold-Member. I felt a bit angry but now it was written. And maybe the next time... (-:

First 4 nights were v.good but for our 2nd stay it was horrible.The ac was not functioning well..it kept making a very disturbing noise even when turned off. We had to take the plane early the next morning and we cudnt sleep at all

I loved my stay. Fortunately I am extremely sportif and I love walking stairs. The elevators were out so it was a lot of stair walking. for me it was no problem and fortunately this happened after depositing my suitcases.

Hotel is getting an update and a little more is required. The lift worked intermittently and we had a room on the seventh floor. The bath towels were small and had reached the end of their lives. Air conditioning was good during the heat.

Very, very helpful staff. Room spotless but the bathroom was a little too quirky for Americans; the shower was not enclosed in the bathroom and thus wet the entire bathroom floor when you used it. Standard room #104 was huge. Ask for it if you like a lot of room. I would describe the furnishings as IKEA modern. The elevator was out of action for part of our stay, it seems the hotel is in the process of upgrading to a four star hotel under the Novotel name

Well located. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Thank you Was desperate for a cup of tea. The water station in the corridor had no water! Also the £50 charge. I am not happy. I have to pay the exchange rate. And then again when it’s refunded. I was told this is in case people smokes. It’s not my issue!

Generally good with friendly enough staff. Nice breakfast with good variety. Six days after check-out and the deposit (which I found unnecessary since I prepaid the entire stay) is still pending. Furthermore the hotel WIFI was out of order for a third of my stay and I wasn’t offered anything complementary in return. Convenient location for the train station.

There’s no phone in our room while they have a card to call for housekeeping service if needed. Housekeeping were below standards as the amenities were not refilled thoroughly. Sanitation was also an issue. On one day we were back for a break and witnessed the service lady changed our new towel after handpicking the bin.
