I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it. The entire team was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. They were always quick to provide information and assist with anything I needed. I especially appreciated their responsiveness when an important document of mine was mistakenly delivered to the wrong hotel. The staff immediately took action, contacted the other location, and helped me locate it quickly so I could retrieve it without any issues. That level of care really stood out. The room was amazing: comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. The location is also fantastic, making it a perfect place to stay. A big thank you to Stephanie, Lilya, Lana, Adrien and Lorenzo (I’m sorry if I miss someone, all reception staff working on 4th of May was amazing!) for their kindness, professionalism and reactivity! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

On the whole, positive. Room was quiet and kept clean. One suggestion I would like to make is for there to be USB charging ports available in the room. It would also have been appreciated if the staff were able to accept postcards (with stamps) for postage as there seemed to be very few public postboxes in the locality. I have experience with All Accor Hotels and find them very reliable and with good service and knowledgeable, friendly staff
