Cher Monsieur, Nous vous remercions d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour et nous sommes sincèrement désolés d’apprendre que votre séjour n’a pas été pleinement à la hauteur de vos attentes. Concernant le confort sonore, nous souhaitons préciser que nos chambres sont bien équipées de fenêtres en double vitrage. Toutefois, l’animation du quartier et certains bruits extérieurs (circulation, tramway, nettoyage de la voirie) peuvent malheureusement se faire entendre, notamment en soirée et durant la nuit, et cela reste indépendant de notre volonté. Nous tenons également à clarifier un point important : aucun supplément relatif à la chambre ou au surclassement n’a été facturé. Seuls les petits-déjeuners ont été ajoutés à votre note, conformément à votre réservation. Nous regrettons néanmoins si cela a pu prêter à confusion lors de votre séjour. Enfin, en raison d’une contrainte de disponibilité au moment de votre arrivée, nous avons cherché la solution la plus confortable possible et avons fait de notre mieux pour vous proposer deux chambres communicantes afin de répondre au mieux à vos besoins. Nous sommes désolés si cette alternative n’a pas correspondu à vos attentes. Nous vous présentons à nouveau toutes nos excuses et espérons avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir de nouveau afin de vous offrir une expérience plus agréable et conforme aux standards Mercure. Regarding your comment about in-room amenities, please allow us to clarify that our **Standard rooms fully comply with the 4-star classification requirements as well as Mercure brand standards**. For guests seeking additional comfort and extra amenities such as **bathrobes, slippers and an enhanced welcome set**, we recommend our **Privilege rooms and suites**, which are specifically designed to offer a more premium experience. That being said, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the hair dryer bag, which does not reflect our quality standards. Regarding the linen and towels, as part of our environmental commitment as a Green Key certified establishment, they are changed upon request in order to reduce our ecological impact. That being said, for a 10-day stay, we should indeed have been more attentive and clearly informed you of this option, or taken the initiative to offer a change. We are also sorry that the breakfast did not meet your expectations.
