We are sincerely sorry to learn that you did not feel completely safe in the room that was assigned to you. We fully understand that when travelling alone, certain aspects such as room location or the presence of a connecting door can be particularly important. We would, however, like to provide some clarification regarding our connecting rooms: when these rooms are sold individually, the connecting doors remain locked and secured on both sides. They can only be opened when both rooms are booked together. Nevertheless, we regret that this room configuration caused you any discomfort during your stay. We are also sorry that your request to change rooms gave you the impression that it was not well received by our reception team. This is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide. We have also taken note of your comments regarding the room location, despite your request for a higher floor, as well as the lack of privacy due to the visibility from outside. We are, however, delighted to read that you appreciated the warm welcome and helpful recommendations provided by Lilya and our reception team, as well as the hotel's convenient location, the air conditioning, and the overall cleanliness of your room.
