Excellent location. From our room we could see the Notre Dame de la Garde as well as the Greek ruins of the nearby museum. We walked everywhere without any problem. Comfortable room.

The only feedback would be to have cooler sheets. Our room had a duvet which in the summer is quite hot. We ended up removing the interior and kept only the duvet cover to use as a sheet. besides that, the room was clean and comfortable. The people working the front desk were only helpful and welcoming.

The hotel was on a quiet side street near the busy Old Port and within easy walking distance of Le Panier district. The staff were very friendly and the room comfortable. The buffet breakfast was quite extensive.

Second time at this hotel as I liked the central location. Was delighted to get a room on 11th floor with wonderful views of the city and Port. Bed was very large and very comfortable . Bathroom was perfect with good shower and fluffy towels. Room had a fridge and complimentary water which was very welcome. Bar is cosy with a small selection of snacks. Would definitely stay here again and request upper floors.

The hotel is modern, but rooms are small for a Mercure level. Staff is friendly. The parking is terrible: entering at 9 PM, the only way I could leave the parking was through the emergency exit, leading to a closed park. I had to climb over a wall to exit. At the reception, I was informed that I needed a code for the elevator, wich had not been given to me at check in the day before.

we have been offered a disabled room without any notice possibly because of we're with a dog? Bathroom is the only downside otherwise room a spacious and clean. Strong smell of pee in bathroom especially after hot shower, not sure it's coming from the floor tiles or drainage (we were located at 4th floor).

Well located a few minutes walk from the Old Port. Room a bit dated but good size and very quiet given the hotel is in a pedestrian zone. Only complaint was the bar man was not very friendly and would only offer a small 25cl beer as our Gold Accor welcome drink which was mean for our loyalty.

Disappointing hotel not worthy of a 4 star rating. 2.5 is more appropriate. Comfortable beds but tacky rooms, no cups, no glasses, no spoons, no bottle opener and no views. Some helpful staff some not so helpful. Area is dirty and too far from the port. Overpriced and under delivered.
