Staff was friendly enough but hard to get service in the bar area. Breakfast was good. Rooms are old looking and need to be updated. Location was convenient to walking to the harbour.

Good stay, nice staff, room is good, one drawback is that the hotel staff need to pay attention to water leaking out of the bathroom to the rug, it makes a bad smell in the room.

Well located a few minutes walk from the Old Port. Room a bit dated but good size and very quiet given the hotel is in a pedestrian zone. Only complaint was the bar man was not very friendly and would only offer a small 25cl beer as our Gold Accor welcome drink which was mean for our loyalty.
