Rooms are dated and over heated. When asked for to manage the temperature in the room (it was so hot I woke up swollen up), I was told the air con is switched off in winter , and to keep a window opened. This is a hotel in central Marseille which is a very noisy place day and night. Keeping the windows opened is not an option. If the hotel cannot guarantee a good night sleep, then it fails its primary purpose.

The hotel is located very close to the old port, close to Tram and buses. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.However the twin room we booked was very small and basic but it was clean. No slippers wers provided and when we asked for it, we were told they are for priviledged guests only! In my opinions its not 4 star but more like a 3 star hotel.

Hotel in a great location to explore the old town and the harbor on foot. The entrance to the hotel garage is a bit tricky to get to, as it is separated within a large underground garage. According to the hotel, the vehicle should not be higher than 1.80m. We had a lovely room on the 10th floor with a great view of Notre Dame de la Garde. The breakfast on the 2nd floor was delicious and well stocked.
