Pleasant reception staff except for one rather grumpy girl who made me feel she was doing me a great favour when I said I didn't have a phone to scan the QR for my welcome drink. She grudgingly gave me a voucher. What a pity All Accor fails to realise that not all elderly customers are glued to their phones! Some of us don't have or need one. Excellent breakfast.

Lovely stay, clean room, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast. However, we had a very unpleasant incident. On checkout day, we were supposed to leave the room by 11 a.m. My partner and I went down for breakfast around 8, and when we came back to the room at 9 to wash up, get ready, and grab our last things, we found a cleaning lady sitting on our toilet taking a shit with the door open. That was extremely unprofessional. We chose not to report it to the front desk to avoid causing problems for the workers, but it was definitely not pleasant. Other than that, I would still recommend the property.
