Staff were lovely, both at reception and in the breakfast room. The location is fabulous, the bar very comfortable as were the rooms. Could do with a lick of paint in some places in order to keep the place in good condition.

Pleasant reception staff except for one rather grumpy girl who made me feel she was doing me a great favour when I said I didn't have a phone to scan the QR for my welcome drink. She grudgingly gave me a voucher. What a pity All Accor fails to realise that not all elderly customers are glued to their phones! Some of us don't have or need one. Excellent breakfast.

Bed had two different heights, room had a very limited view, overall hotel experience was rather fair as the look is worn. Pictures in the internet show different hotels
