The hotel entrance is stink. The staff is not helpful at all. I have used so many hotel in Acc group around the world and this is the first time I experienced such bad service. You have to paid extra for luggage storage. Bed is not proper. No first aid too

The room was well cleaned The personnel at the reception desk were attentive and helpful. I wish there were more choice for the breakfast: it's not right to have limited options at 6am
