I booked two rooms and while one was ok the other had no sheets, dirty towels and dirty bathroom. Upon asking we were told it would be fixed in the morning. Not acceptable and was offered another room - better but stains on the sheets. Very disappointing and surprised Accor put their brand to this. No mention of Diamond status.

The arrival (elevator) is problematic. Also - there is poor signage (eg indicating the guest floor you are on). Needs immediate attention.

Great staff Good breakfast Good size room Negative was Room too dark need another large light Can't see what you're looking for in the storage area Reasonably quiet through night for city centre location... Didnt disturb apart from 1 night someone blasting music in street at 3am Good location Lift was fun! Would possibly stay again if room lighting improved but also felt price on high side

We were initially put on the 5th floor - when the lift was knowingly broken and we had heavy suitcases. We got up there and there were renovations works on the level. We requested a room on a lower level. That room was small but comfortable. The building is quite run down but the rooms are clean and well sized.
