Not the best option for a solo female traveller. The lift did not work and there were no shutters or curtains on the large glass shower room window. Staff however were friendly and it was close to the port and restaurants.

I booked two rooms and while one was ok the other had no sheets, dirty towels and dirty bathroom. Upon asking we were told it would be fixed in the morning. Not acceptable and was offered another room - better but stains on the sheets. Very disappointing and surprised Accor put their brand to this. No mention of Diamond status.

We were initially put on the 5th floor - when the lift was knowingly broken and we had heavy suitcases. We got up there and there were renovations works on the level. We requested a room on a lower level. That room was small but comfortable. The building is quite run down but the rooms are clean and well sized.

Bon accueil, très bien situé, chambre bien. Accès aux étages compliqué par ascenseur centenaire et ensuite des marches à descendre puis à monter pour atteindre sa chambre. PDJ inclus correct seulement car 1er jour pas d'oeufs et 2ème jour pas d'oranges dans la machine à presser...
