Good location, clean room, very nice employees who helped with my bags as the elevator unfortunately wasn't working during my stay. Everything was very satisfactory!

The hotel is obviously undergoing refurbishment this should be relayed to customer. The roon v basic. No hearing. And breakfast room depressing in its decor

I booked two rooms and while one was ok the other had no sheets, dirty towels and dirty bathroom. Upon asking we were told it would be fixed in the morning. Not acceptable and was offered another room - better but stains on the sheets. Very disappointing and surprised Accor put their brand to this. No mention of Diamond status.

The arrival (elevator) is problematic. Also - there is poor signage (eg indicating the guest floor you are on). Needs immediate attention.
