Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was good, but we believe it could be improved by offering a wider variety of options. The room was quite comfortable and clean. However, the mattresses were not comfortable at all, and we think this is something that should be addressed to improve guests' overall experience. On the positive side, the location was very good. 300 meters away from the train/meteo station. The hotel is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet it is still close to the city center—only about two metro stops away—which made getting around very convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially if the mattress issue is improved .

Here are briefly all the things that went wrong - the toilet was running water all night long (Toilettes qui coulent) - The drawer’s door was stuck (Porte armoire désaxée) - the shower handle was leaking sideways (Pommeau de douche qui coule à la jointure, j’ai du la visser et la tenir pour prendre une douche) - the water was stagnant in the shower (Eau qui stagne) - oil stains everywhere in the kitchen, curry or yellow sauce has been recently cooked and it shows (Taches d’huile) - towels have a persistent unpleasant smell and I resorted to air-dry myself (Serviettes qui puent) The overall feeling was that the room was a long term residence of someone who just moved out while shoddily self cleaning after himself and staff didn’t bother to deep clean afterwards. Hygiene was so sloppy that I feared that there must be other deeper problems and woke up twice inspecting bedbugs. It’s a shame because I stayed at Apart’hotel for work in 2012 and 2014 for work and appreciated the stay and was looking forward to renew the experience. I travel weekly for work and I am highly unlikely to come back let alone recommend it to peers or family

Nothing about this hotel felt safe. We arrived to homeless people outside and police officers debating something with the front desk in a lobby that had the appearance of a rough train station. The parking garage was the least safe in the 30+ countries we've traveled. You used a code to open the solid steel exterior door to the parking for all cars, then EACH stall has concrete sides and its own private door--but apparently that is not enough, as you must padlock a chain across the front of car after pulling into one of the stalls (blocking your car from escaping) then further close the individual steel door and use a separate padlock to lock that door into the concrete floor. Padlocks and combos were provided by the hotel. We then made our way to the elevator, where a note said there was some kind of bug spraying going on that day in the rooms, making us begin to worry about bed bugs. Our room had a deadbolt, but it wasn't lined up so you couldn't actually use it, and no additional way to prevent the door from opening. Finally, we pulled the sheets back to check for bed bugs after seeing that elevator sign and found many small black things on the mattress--they were not moving, but it made me decide to leave.

Stayed for two nights. Good location very close to the station. Only negative was the moquette but the room and the bathroom were clean and had good quality sheets and towels. The staff as well was kind. They just had to Inform guests that there is no room cleaning.

It was fine but it smelled so incredibly horrible in the hallway it made me not want to leave my room for any reasons. It smelled like years of cat piss and cigarette smoke gone wrong and something rotten.
