Little hot water; shower sprays toilet.

I was not told that we were to be put in a handicapped room, where the shower sprayed directly onto the toilet because the bathroom was designed for wheelchair access. The toilet lid was not fixed to the toilet, but slid off whenever someone sat on it (how can this be safe for handicapped people?). There was less than ten minutes of hot water–a first for me, in any hotel. And the 'king' bed was two twins pushed together, not even made up with a single sheet across them both. I spent a good portion of the night sinking into the crack between them. Check in and checkout were smooth and painless.

Great aparthotel, the apartment was spacious and modern with all amenities we needed for our weekend trip. It was clean and the location of the hotel is very good. And the receptionist was very friendly!

The stay could have been better if the staff was More attentive to our need and had prepared our arrival (missing towels, remote control), air conditioning was deficient.
No priority welcome, no facilities, no breakfast

The hotel is without service described on accor website. Rude staff and room without toilet paper. No possibilities to have a breakfast, children was very disappointed for this. COVID-19 is not explanation of this situation. Hotel is also poor ready for virus.

At check-in, there is no information about any restrictions on the business of the hotel. I only got the key, for which the card was previously blocked, although I paid for the entire stay in January. Why this blokadę, for breakfast? No possibility to use breakfast and a voucher to the store. The accorhotels website provides information on such services. Great bitterness of children. Attempts to settle something as a result were doomed to failure. I felt like an intruder, not a customer. At the reception there is no equipment from the hotel description and rude gentlemen. In the room, half a roll of toilet paper for 4 people for 3 days. It's embarrassing
