I booked two rooms. The stay was great, location, breakfast, service... The app is not user-friendly, I almost was booking a different hotel for one of them, ended up making a booking from the company website and one from the app. 2 days later I was called and told that the payment through app didn't go through. I really appreciate this heads up call, its partly my fault and I rebooked again. But the prices had jumped and I had to pay a higher fee and therefore decided to book through an online aggregator (still much more expensive). No problems in check in, but in check out, once we were trying to catch our flight, the gentlemen in the reception insisted that I did not pay through the app and need to pay. If it was the opposite, I could understand, the booking through third party may be problematic. But it was ok, the problem was with the app. The gentlemen suggested to check my app, I showed him that in the app the booking is seen as paid, in addition, I showed him also the payment record in my credit card account, he still insisted he can't see the payment, obviously not his fault. After a painful 15 minutes, we agreed to l leave and if something is wrong, my credit card I left for deposit can be charged. This extra 15 minutes put us into the traffic and eventually we missed our flight. The fault is here on our side of course, but unfortunately your employees (or system) contributed too. I stayed one night at the Grand Hotel in Marseille Port as part of my short trip to Marseille and I’m glad I did. The hotel is well positioned, the rooms clean and comfortable and the staff are lovely. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Both check in and out were fast with very nice front desk employees. The room I was in had all you need to spend a great night. The location is in the very heart of Marseille with plenty of lively bars and restaurants. Very nice experience..
