We had a wonderful time at the Mcgallery , with the hotel on the water esplanade for easy access to the boat cruise and walking. We found the breakfast staff very friendly and accommodating but however the front desk were at times to busy to assist and abrupt and possibly need more staff.

We returned back late in the evening after check in. I believe there is/was an issue with our rrom conditioner. Too late to mention it to the front desk and make a room change.

Pending payments have still not cleared and is nearly a week since departure. Told arly check-in available but not given. Evening bar staff seemed lazy. Nice view of Port but expect it to be noisy into the early morning hours.

All good. Very friendly morning staff particularly for the breakfast. Thank you for the welcome card and the soap! One downside: the hotel did not use my Accor points claiming that the website wasn't working! No sure it was the case. Not "nice"! It works very well at the MGallery Saigon; it worked very well in the Accor hotel the following day in Avignon. Was the switchboard person really wanting to process the point?

We had a room facing the port which was a fantastic view. The room was a bit small for a ‘deluxe’ and we did have no shower gel for the first night as it was empty. It is worth noting the rooms can be loud at night with the summer activities along the front by the port. This was annoying the first night but I think only because we had to get up early and wanted to sleep, it wasn’t an issue the second night. Just worth remembering if a light sleeper. Otherwise a lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel perfectly located at the end of the old port. Great views of the Port. Despite being on a busy street, the room was incredibly quiet. A Metro stop was just a short walk from the hotel. We'd definitely stay here again.

Loved this hotel. The staff was very friendly. Only reason for not giving a 10 was because the Air conditioning never really worked and the room was hot most of the day.

Was ok. The AC in the hotel is very poor and needed a fan in the room which is not ideal. All hotels we stayed in (4stars) provided breakfast, this one was 28 Euros for breakfast unfortunately. Most staff friendly and helpful, some neutral at best. Nice bathrooms. Good location.

Fantastic room. Nice bar, but too hot by the windows later in the day. Good food. Needs more lifts and the lobby could be nicer. Also would benefit from a proper restaurant.
