Dear Mr. P., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at ibis Styles Marseille Gare Saint-Charles. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for the fire alarm that went off during the night and disrupted your rest. After investigation, we found that it was triggered by another guest smoking in their room, which automatically activated the alarm system. We understand how inconvenient this was and are taking measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Regarding the issue with retrieving your luggage, we are truly sorry for the delay. At that moment, our receptionist was assisting other guests in a room, which unfortunately caused a delay in attending to your request. We completely understand the stress this may have caused, especially with a train to catch. Please rest assured that your comments have been taken seriously and shared with the relevant teams to improve our service quality. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and restore your confidence in our hotel.
